Location was excellent on the Main Street but we could not hear any noise at night - great powerful shower, kitchen and utensils spotless. Super sized TV. Apartment was spotless - excellent amenities - all communications from Jamie were exceptional- our group all said we would come back and stay because of his professionalism and mannerisms was exceptional as he made everything as stress free for us as he possibly could - his customer service is gold star status

No curtains we all woke early due to sunlight

We stayed for nearly one month. The apartment is right in the town center and super convenient. We originally booked a 1 bed apartment with sofa bed which we found to small for a family of 4 so with the help of Katie, an absolute super star, we upgraded to a 2 bed at a very reasonable cost. The staff are very good here. Big shout out to Chris the night manager and Katie who went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible.

Nothing really. The street outside can be a little noisy on a Saturday night but the convenience of the location far out weighs the slight noise.

A nice apartment in a very convenient location. Apartment was clean and spacious. Liked that it had a free Netflix account to unwind with a film after being out and about. Good shower and beds inc sofa bed were comfortable. Easy process of self check in and key from the lock box.

For the price of the apartment, milk would have been appreciated to go with the tea and coffee sachets available at the apartment. Appreciated the offer of being able to leave bags (£5 per bag) at their office around the corner, but didn’t feel very secure as they weren’t stored in a locked or supervised space.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Near to restaurants, shopping centers, transport etc. We enjoyed staying in the apartment. If we will go back in Liverpool, we will choose to stay again in Lord street apartments.

The staff was asking for £100/person for damage deposit which was expensive. It was not mention in the description in booking.com that its supposed to be £100/person.

Excellent location for seeing the city, 5 minutes walk to metro train station and 15 mins to the main Lime street station. The apartment is well laid out and has everything needed for a stay here. I have stayed a few times now and will be booking again

Location was amazing, apartment was clean HUGE TV which was ace to watch the free Netflix on. Everything had its place.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and the main double bed was very hard, good for some but not for me. I wouldn't rule it out for a next visit just based on the beds though!

Location is everything, close to shopping, train stations, the dock area and restaurant, my only issue was that we like to cook and there was not even a spatula to flip eggs, enough bowls for 4 people. Management was excellent to work with and responded quickly

The bed was super comfy(nice and soft), great shower, comfy and clean apartment. I loved that there were distinct rooms, living room/kitchen and bedroom, stayed in an apartment that was studio style before and this was better.

The blinds didn't really block the window fully in the bedroom so, with the lights from the street, it was pretty bright in the bedroom when it came time to sleep. There was an odd smell when we went into the apartment, partner said it smelt like a "weird strawberry cleaner" it wasn't overwhelming or anything but noticeable. It had faded by the time we got back from our night though so that was fine.

The location of this apartment is superb! It offers exceptional convenience to the city center and has many nearby restaurants within easy reach.

a few bits were slightly broken including the bedside table lamp which was a bit inconvenient. Also parking included would have been a major improvement.

The TV in the apartment was Hugh, and where the property is located is fabulous within walking distance to everything. The shower was brilliant, and the beds were comfy.

The apartment was not as big as in the photos. The sofa was uncomfortable. There was no cleaning equipment, i.e., dustpan, brush, cleaning cloths. Staying for 4 nights, you would want to clean yourself a bit. The fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning, but there were no instructions on what to do in an emergency.
