Location, clean and good value

Hotel a bit of a maze and slightly confusing signs. A kettle would be good but I except it because of the price

The hotel was very clean and modern. The lifts are a godsend when travelling with a toddler and luggage. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. It actually felt quite cosy at night. Good views from the window if you like to see what’s going off outside in town. I loved my stay here and my little girl loved it too. The staff were lovely. It was really quiet considering it’s a big hotel in the centre. There was no noise in the hotel either. It’s a prime location having Greggs next door , Sainsbury’s about 2 mins away, and all the bars and restaurants (unfortunately I missed out on the nightlife due to having a 2 year old-maybe next time) I can’t fault the hotel at all . Will definitely stay again

There’s nothing I didn’t like. It’s not the Hilton so no one should expect that kind of stay. The parking isn’t brilliant in Liverpool centre - that’s my only grumble. Other than that, I’ve nothing negative to say

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city centre cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife. We selected this hotel as it was a short walk, 10-30 minutes, from both the station and the venues we planned to visit. The room was attractive, clean and comfortable, with views of the rooftops of the hotel and neighbouring buildings. It came with a spotless en suite shower room/toilet, TV, and free WiFi, which was simple to connect to using the password supplied on arrival. The person on the check in desk was friendly, welcoming, polite and efficient. Directions to the room were easy to understand and follow. When we had problems operating the TV, the same staff member came to the room immediately to resolve. The express check out made our departure stress-free. Overall happy with the hotel and our stay, which offered good value for money.

No major problems, just a few slight negatives. The room allocated was out on a wing on the 3rd floor which was quite a trek from reception, requiring 2 lifts, or 1 lift plus several flights of stairs. This did however mean that we got to see more of this beautiful old building, and it did ask about access requirements when I booked. The room did not have a kettle but drinks and snacks are available from reception. The en suite door is semi transparent glass, and did not close properly, and I would have preferred to have a hand towel in addition to the bath towels provided.

The location of the hotel is excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the bus staion, 5 minutes to the Mersey and 5 minutes to the famous Cavern Club. It is located down a quiet street , staff were very friendly and checking in was quick and easy. The room was windowless but I knew that when I booked. The room itself was a decent size, double bed was comfortable, en-suite was clean and the shower was good. The one issue is that to get to your rooms it is a little like running a maze as the layout of the hotel is a little crazy. Not really an issue but someone with mobility issues may struggle for example to have gotten to the room I was staying in. There are also a good variety of bars and restaurants around the immediate area to suit all tastes. There is also good transport links just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I was very impressed and have booked a further stay at the hotel for later this year.

It’s budget friendly in every way and yet the room wasn’t bad for the price. Decent bathroom, decent size.

I feel every hotel should have a fridge in 2025. Restaurants are in decadence, charging royal prices for commoner food, so budget hotels should accommodate that. Offer a mini fridge and a kettle, rather than charge £1-2 for coffee downstairs (you are next to Greggs who charge £2.95 for a coffee a breakfast roll every morning!).

Staff were so nice, friendly, and accommodating Considering a last minute booking and when in just a few minutes after booking it online as per advised by the staff over the phone, by the time we were on the premises, the papers were printed and just waiting for our signatures to be checked in. Rooms were given as requested, considering the time we did the booking. However, they provided us with what we wanted. it was excellent. The location was superb to mention, very accessible to the locations we were trying to get into. The price was very much reasonable and you can't argue with that.

- Convenient Location - Friendly and helpful staff - Modern Rooms - Value for money - 24-hour reception with a little snack/drink bar to purchase from is a great edition, especially for after the shops have shut in the evenings etc! I messaged the hotel a few days prior to staying as plans changed regarding who I was visiting with and the staff were great and easily helped me change my booking from a twin to a double room with no hassle!

- The beds are slightly firm but this is down to personal preference! - This is the second time I've stayed and in both rooms we had an issue with the bathroom lock on the door not working and the above bed light being broken. These weren't major issues for us but may be for others sharing a room that the bathroom door doesn't lock. - There is a fair bit of noise from corridors and outside. However, for the price you pay for these rooms for a weekday, these are all minor niggles and the rooms are great value for money overall.

Tune Hotel is in a very good location, 2 mins into centre Liverpool. There is a Greggs next door and Sainsburys local on same road. Hotel recentley Refurbished so all clean and smells lovely and fresh. Rooms are really big and clean. Bed nice and comfortable. Staff always friendly and polite. 2nd time staying here and would stay again.

Only thing maybe is there is only one Pillow so maybe 2 pillows would be nice, but i suppose if i asked at reception they would have given me one. Also its abit like a maze in there depending on what room your in you could have a long walk to your room so if disabled would need to let them know when you book in.
