Great location and really pleasant apartment.

Parking is located in public car parks which are 5-10 mins away. I think it should be a bit more transparent in the description. There is parking but it’s public car parks rather than by the property. We chose this venue for location and parking so were a bit surprised to find it was city centre car parks not linked to the property. Saying that the public car park was reasonably close and the company do reimburse your parking costs. So all in all not bad

Stayed here for four nights. Location was fantastic. Sainsbury's, Tesco, Greggs, restaurants, Matthew Street, Liverpool One all within a couple of minutes walk Loved the little package of cleaning products that was under the sink for us to use. The place was very clean (except the floor in the living room which looked clean but was very sticky. There was no mop so had to use kitchen roll with water to remove the stickiness - but the host had provided two lots of kitchen roll, so didn't really mind). Lots of space in the apartment. Has all the pans and cutlery you'll need (except a tin opener!). Loved that there was a washing machine and that they provided you with a detergent pod to use. They even had clothes maidens to dry the wet clothes.

Windows in bedroom would bang against the frame when it was windy so was hard to sleep one night

It was central for all the sites we wanted to see . So we didn't really use the car as much . A lovely hidden gem down a victorian courtyard . There are plenty of restaurants,cafes and local pubs nearby. Our apartment was really nice and quiet as it was at the back of the building. We got plenty of peaceful nights . The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for our short stay . We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends 👍 Just like to say thank you for the excellent customer service that sorted a few issues out for us 👏

Finding the apartment was difficult due to the one-way system . Maybe a sign saying where the apartment is would help to locate it . Outside the courtyard entrance would be ideal . Also, we didn't get information for the carpark until later as we had to phone up to ask the question 🙄 It would benefit people more if they got the information sooner .

Should have been advertised differently. Just off Dale street x castle street would be good. Advert says you park outside in a bay, unload then free parking. Wrong! Park, walk to office, book in, pay security deposit, pay parking. Anyone on a budget would struggle. You don't find this out until you have paid! Trading standards would have a field day.

The location was great, in the middle of the city center, the river was 5 min away. The flat was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed. From kitchenware to extra blankets and pillows. There was also a lift which was convenient to us since the flat was on the third floor.

Contacting the staff was a bit tricky. They did not reply to our messages or calls during our stay. I am not sure if the AC was not working or if I did not know how to turn it on. There was a deposit that we needed to pay, but it was never deducted from my account. We weren't sure the parking tickets were gonna be refunded, but they did refund us eventually.

Great location, right in the action, but tucked away. The whole place was put together very well. Good quality kitchen with everything you'd need. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows, etc supplied. Really good value for money considering all the factors involved

Sofa isn't the most comfortable, but I think it's a sofa bed. Main shower head had broken away from the wall and the shower screen kept falling off. Rope on sash windows was cut, so had to wedge them open as there was no aircon (fans provided though, one of the fans needed a good clean). Picking the parking pass up seems a bit pointless, given that it's just a QR code. Could be sent in the info email/WhatsApp. Niggling little annoyances that are easily fixed and stopped a 10/10 to be honest

The apartment was really nice with good facilities and freshly decorated. The building itself was lovely and in a beautiful little courtyard. Location wise absolutely perfect, very central and easy access to the main attractions being a short walk down to the waterfront. Just around the corner from The Cavern and plenty of different restaurants and bars nearby however it was actually quite quiet. All in all it was brilliant for our family get together and we all loved it.

Only major issue was the sofa bed being super uncomfortable both to sit on and sleep on. And the other problem we had was when we went to open the oven door the whole oven moved! We never used it but still that needs addressing.

In a side, quiet close in the very center of Liverpool, the second floor with a lift of a traditional tenant house, a huge comfortable apartment with a dining table nicely laid for a dinner for six. Two big and comfy bedrooms, one windowless, though. Well equipped kitchenette and basic food stores within a short walking distance. Everything as shown in the pictures. Very homely atmosphere, you feel good. The keys are available at the reception 10 minutes away. We paid a cash deposit, on our departure a quick check for possible damage, deposit returned immediately. You are a ten-minute-walk away from The Beattles memmorabilia and not far from all highlights of Liverpool. Being there do not drive, just walk.

The location was within 10 minutes easy walking distance to Matthew Street. The double room apartment we stayed in was lovely. Living room huge, bedrooms were an acceptable size, and the apartment had everything we needed. Lots of historical details showing what the room used to be used for.

More pillows would have been a nice touch, the ones provided were a bit flat and too firm for me. There are loads of windows in the living room area, so be careful when closing the roller blinds as some of them were a bit damaged, making them difficult to close/open.

We got a code to the front door and the apartment keys were left in the apartment. The apartment is beautiful. It is such a stunning property and the location is fantastic. My family and myself had the best time. The hosts were very accommodating. Thank you to all.

The issue we had was the carpark pass. We had to go to another address to pick this up. Being in the centre of town this was difficult with limited parking. I would like to mention the beds. The mattresses need changing and the pillows could also do with an update. The blinds need to be addressed too. Some are falling apart.
