The apartment was very large and very clean. It was on the third floor with a sometimes temperamental lift. It was in a fantastic location within walking distance of most attractions and a couple of minutes walk to Mathew St and the Cavern. It is in an old building so has a masicator for any water/bathroom waste. This was not an issue though. Parking was available at a carpark about 5 mins walk away for GBP9 for 24hrs instead of the usual GPB25.

We arrived on the door step with all our luggage but had not received the email advising details for check-in and so I had to go to a nearby restaurant to get WiFi to contact the property. The email was sent very promptly but not the best way to start our stay. We stayed in many apartments during our trip but this was the only one that didn't supply even a few tea bags or some coffee to get you started or any information about the town.

We stayed in Flat 10. The third floor apartment in this beautiful building was spacious and clean (although windows were due a clean). The lift was a huge bonus. The two bedroom, two bathroom layout was really good. In fact the property was large enough to have a sofa bed. The location is spot on. It was near absolutely everything with amenities all around.

We stayed from Tuesday to Saturday. The property is located at the back overlooking a pub courtyard. Saying that it was nice and quiet until Friday night. But the general hubbub /karaoke calmed down at midnight and it was not really an issue for me but some might not like it. There is a Sandiflo unit that makes a noise but you easily get used to it. We had a no flush rule at night that helped.

Fully furnished and clean, comfortable beds, lots of room, convenient location.

Location - pub across the street was very loud late into the night but that’s sometimes what you get for having such a great location. Showers - 1 shower took so long to drain that it flooded the bathroom floor; obvious from the missing grout and “squishy” tiles that this is not the first time this has happened. Reached out to the property twice via Booking about it and never heard anything back. Fan in the one bathroom did not work and that shower was slow to drain as well. A few paintings/pictures on the wall would go a long way to making the space feel more homey.

Location was great and overall very comfortable.

BUT apart From that . Would Definitely Recommend. A Stay At. THIS Apartment. such A beautiful Building .. Plus Based in fabulous Central City CENTER. with Great Restaurants. BARS. Shops. & MUCH much More.

Location was perfect - abouts 5 mins walk from the main centre The room was very spacious and clean with all you could need

the fan system in the bathroom was really noisy. Fine for through the day but bad at night when people are sleeping also had concern that the key for the outer door was also used to enter the room which worried me that anyone staying the the next room could enter our room - might not be the case but was concerning - would have scored a 10 otherwise

From start to finish this company and service was incredible, great communication,clear and easy to book and find Amazing value for money, absolutely beautiful apartment and space, beds were comfortable and clean, Would have been nice to have salt pepper and maybe a coffee machine,but that's me being super picky, The location was soo good right near everything and peaceful at night, we had an apartment at the back num 8 Loved talking and feeding the pigeons and everything about this stay , our first time in Liverpool we fell in love and this company and the apartment was all part of that Thank you

Good size. Central location. Heaters worked well and were easy to operate unlike some in other locations that are on timers. There was only one small tube of soap for a three day stay. When I asked for more, the person on the phone was a bit annoyed and said they don’t advertise that they provide soap. I have been in many accommodations and there is always soap in the bathroom. I provide all my other toiletries. They did supply some in the end. The top of the range hood was dusty. Had to ask for a chopping board. Which was supplied. But it should be there in a kitchen where people are expected to prepare food.

As at the moment I suffer with a bad knee I was very worried as we wanted to fit so much in on our stay in Liverpool but I would not be able to do it the location of this property or central to everything everywhere we looked in our map was 10 minutes walk left right straight down straight up it was perfect I could not wish for a better place to stay. I would recommend this to all my family and friends and beyond.

Great location, for visiting all the tourist sites of Liverpool. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. A beautiful apartment! Very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern with a very well equipped kitchen. Super comfy beds and plenty of storage. Everything catered for. Would definitely stay here again.

Could not fault the apartment. My only slight negative, was the noise. I appreciate being in such a central location it is going to be noisy from traffic, bars etc. A beautiful old building with single glazed windows, did little to block out any outside noise, especially the refuge collections at 5.30am. Besides that we still had a great stay.
