The apartment was very large and very clean. It was on the third floor with a sometimes temperamental lift. It was in a fantastic location within walking distance of most attractions and a couple of minutes walk to Mathew St and the Cavern. It is in an old building so has a masicator for any water/bathroom waste. This was not an issue though. Parking was available at a carpark about 5 mins walk away for GBP9 for 24hrs instead of the usual GPB25.

We arrived on the door step with all our luggage but had not received the email advising details for check-in and so I had to go to a nearby restaurant to get WiFi to contact the property. The email was sent very promptly but not the best way to start our stay. We stayed in many apartments during our trip but this was the only one that didn't supply even a few tea bags or some coffee to get you started or any information about the town.

Location was great and overall very comfortable.

Good size. Central location. Heaters worked well and were easy to operate unlike some in other locations that are on timers. There was only one small tube of soap for a three day stay. When I asked for more, the person on the phone was a bit annoyed and said they don’t advertise that they provide soap. I have been in many accommodations and there is always soap in the bathroom. I provide all my other toiletries. They did supply some in the end. The top of the range hood was dusty. Had to ask for a chopping board. Which was supplied. But it should be there in a kitchen where people are expected to prepare food.

Ease of finding communicating w/ host, the location and keys. Room was very spacious and had all the things we needed for making it like home.

The front door code seems to have been “compromised”. In a couple or three occasions, we found “locals” going in to use the toilet inside the secured door. On another ocassion, the blue door was hooked “open” so we closed it. On another occasion, there were people sitting on the steps that lead up to the apartment and another time, the “push door” was also propped open and we closed it. Something that would be helpful is washer instructions. We did a load of wash and there was a “drying” option on the setting but the clothes didn’t dry.

Great location, for visiting all the tourist sites of Liverpool. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. A beautiful apartment! Very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern with a very well equipped kitchen. Super comfy beds and plenty of storage. Everything catered for. Would definitely stay here again.

Could not fault the apartment. My only slight negative, was the noise. I appreciate being in such a central location it is going to be noisy from traffic, bars etc. A beautiful old building with single glazed windows, did little to block out any outside noise, especially the refuge collections at 5.30am. Besides that we still had a great stay.

Property was perfect for what we needed - being a base for a few days in Liverpool. It is close to all needed amenities - shopping, groceries, coffee, restaurants, things for the kids to do etc. Clean and uncluttered - you get what it says on the box!

While nice and central, it was in the heart of the "clubs". With younger children the noise from the downstairs/street pubs and clubs went on well into the night. This is not a pure negative as it would work perfectly for some who would be going to enjoy these things - just not for us with the family and needing to get kids to sleep.

The level of security was good with multiple key codes and locks. x2 sets of keys were provided too. The apartment was large and had a lot of light. It was comfortable and had been done to a good standard. A lift is currently being installed which would benefit some but didn’t concern us. Very well situated in the city centre with bars, restaurants and shops all on the doorstep. I recommend using the Dale Street Q-Park car park as you get a discount code through the property which saves you a fortune.

It seemed a little bit noisy at times due to the windows but this is a minor issue and we still slept well.

Cost of my trip for what I got was exceptional, this is even though mid-week in January is not the busiest period. The apartment was large a spacious, with high ceilings adding to the feeling of spaciousness, with 2 large bedrooms, a good size bathroom with walk in shower and a very large kitchen dinner/ lounge. Security is good with 2 key controlled entry points.

The lift was out of order, however, was on then 1st floor so no issue for me. But the ceiling are high so if you were on the higher floors 5/6 that’s a long walk. Inside the apartment: Cold water very noisy knock/vibration of pipes, when using any cold water outlet. There are a total of 46 bulbs in the apartment I counted 12 not working. The lights in the back bedroom flickered when the main ceiling light was on. 4/5 The radiator controls were old and the digits in the display were all but unreadable. Carpet was slightly turned up near the back bedroom.

The size of the apartment is great, it's fully equipped with the basics - plates, glasses, cutlery, kettle, toaster etc. Very clean. Comfortable, large double beds. Great central location. Free WiFi. Clear check-in instructions. The host sent us details of discounted car parking included close by and a 20%off voucher for a nearby restaurant, both of which we also used. Good bathroom lighting/mirror suitable for people who want to apply makeup. Excellent value for money and overall experience, would book again.

We loved it! The only tiny improvement I would suggest is if would be good to have bedside lamps.

The apartment was well secured, central to everything shops, pubs, food etc. Good communication with the provider via emails. The apartment was spacious and warm with everything we needed for a short stay.

In the evenings we found people would stay in the door way to the main door who had been drinking or eating food which was a little uncomfortable when arriving back to the apartment. The bed was 2 singles pushed together so was not very comfortable to sleep central on the bed. The living space could be made to feel a little more comfy with cushions on the couch. Could do with double glazing but was aware of the areas noise we were staying in.
