Unfortunately, I was moved last minute from Dale St to Harrington St, due to a water leak. I stayed Tuesday to Thursday nights, so noise wasn't a problem at all luckily, given that it's situated right beside a pub. I can't comment what it's like on other nights. It was a great little apartment, right in the heart of downtown Liverpool. There are enough facilities in the kitchen to prepare basic meals, if you want to. It's so much better than staying in a single hotel room. I was able to relax after big days out sightseeing.

Disappointingly, there weren't any coffee making appliances - not even a French Press. There was a kettle, but not even a single tea-bag supplied. It certainly wouldn't cost much to provide some basics, just for convenience.

This is a truly lovely penthouse apartment to stay in. Everything that one would need for a nights stay or much longer. The design in the living room / kitchen is impeccable. The large sofa beds are stylish and extremely comfortable and the flow of the design of the kitchen into the living room is very well thought out. The view of the clock tower from the main bay windows at night makes one feel they maybe near palatial surroundings. The bathrooms and bedrooms much the same in lovely clean and luxurious in their offering. Noticeably it was also very quiet and didn’t pick up any noise from neither the outside nor the other apartments. Very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to visit Liverpool for a stay.

Location was perfect, right in the center of the city. Walking distance to shopping area, restaurants and bars nearby. Very spacious apartment just as I wanted and saw in description. Photos may vary as there are different units in the building.

Don't depend on the parking as there are 5 spots in a very tight ally. There is an NCP garage nearby with reasonable price if you have the app. Might get a little noisy at night after patrons leaving or heading to their next venue. Some curtains do not cover the entire windows, so if you cannot tolerate light, bring some foil and cover the cracks.

The apartment was spacious and modern. The beds were comfy and I had one of the best showers that I have ever had when staying away from home!! There was attention to complimentary details such as a coffee machine in the large kitchen area. The route to the city centre is quick and close by, providing a simple walk to shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately, while I’d rather not like to complain as I did enjoy my stay, the kitchen waste bin had not been emptied upon our arrival and there were a few items left in the apartment from previous guests. Simple mistake most likely missed by busy cleaners!

We loved the location. We arrived on Boxing Day night and it was party central and we had just come off an 18 hour flight and drive from London with our three children. We were all asleep really early and were ware of the noise but no bothered by it. After that first night it was much quieter. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. We loved walking everywhere and the train being so close by. The rooms were a good size and we could spread out. The heating was excellent. We made use of the washing machine and kitchen and really appreciated this. We loved being able to look out the window and watch the street below - we figured out people can see in! The halls were very smelly (smoke and marijuana) But this is the fault of other guests and not the host. Because we are a family with young children we noticed this more.

The location is great. Very central. Great restaurants and cafes within 2 minutes walk. Also, bus stops for buses to the airport are at a walkable distance. The check in instructions were clear and the host was quick to get back to our queries.

The apartment is not very noise proof. Saturday night was quite noisy. I guess because of the pub nearby, something you expect when you stay in the city. Sunday night was quiet enough. The security deposit has to be paid by bank transfer. I would have preferred if we can pay by cash or credit card, so you can settle that during checkout. I got the money back the next evening, but would have preferred it to be settled on checkout.

First time I've stayed in Apartments, Like home away from Home, me and my friend had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay, clean and tidy and friends already asking about the where we stayed after seeing posts on Social media, Sean was always at hand if we needed him and Damage Deposit was paid back without any issues, Didn't realise how close Matthew Street was, 2 minutes around the corner so God knows why it took us 90 minutes to walk home from our night out, but it was fun, 3 stadiums done, Albert Dock and the Cavern Done, Fabulous little trip, Thanks again for your Services.

The communication to the property contact for arrival details, parking info etc. was great, immediate responses with clear instructions. The property surpassed our expectations in every way,the view, accommodation, cleanliness and location were faultless. We had a fantastic visit to Liverpool, my favourite UK city, which was made perfect with the choice of this property. We also used the sofa bed facilities and they were very good. And, as it is pet friendly, at no extra cost, my cat had a fantastic holiday as well, even with an 8hr train journey from the South Coast (he loves travelling as its a chance to sleep on my lap for hours!) . I would definitely rebook it and use the same property owner for bookings in other cities. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Wish we had stayed longer! Apart from that we had no complaint at all.

Myself and 5 other girls stayed at the accommodation in Liverpool for 2 nights and it was amazing! Location: The location is a 10 minutes walk from the Liverpool lime street station and very close to main attractions. There is also a Tesco just up the street. Accommodation: The accommodation itself was very spacious, clean and organised with stunning views. As a group of girls we felt very safe and secure in the building. The appliance were good, although there is very few handy items: bin bags, dishwasher tablets, condiments… ect. The only minor complaint is that there is no full body mirror. I did not see any staff in the building during my stay other than cleaners, this caused a slight inconvenience if we had any little questions, however Sean was always at the other end of the phone if I needed to get into contact and he had very prominent responses! Overall, I will definitely be returning and recommending. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Location was excellent, very central and located near to all the places we planned to visit. Large clean and comfortable rooms with everything we needed for the stay, including plenty of clean twirls and linen. Host was very amenable and helpful. Easy access, easy to find and well situated. Good sized TV, good heating system, warm water and toiletries in bathroom.

The only slight negative about the whole stay was that we found the location to be noisy from the adjacent road, but that might be because where we live is very quiet in comparison.
