Location. Price. Decor. Clean. Receptionist, I would say she was Asian, was friendly and helpful. She made sure I got my parking discount. Had a nice manner about her.

One of the seats in reception the springs were gone, husband couldnt sit on it. A few more, more comfy style chairs would have been nice.

The rooms are big with a big bathroom enough room to move around in. The beds are extremely comfortable had a really good night sleep without hearing any noises from the outside. Breakfast is continental which was nice and can go up as much as you can eat. Location was spot on about close by to the Liverpool Empire theatre which we really wanted it for. public car park at the rear and only cost £9 for 24 hours which is amazing as it would of cost £25 to park you pick up a discount code from the reception before you leave and put it in the machine after you put in the original parking ticket. Will definitely be staying here again.

The shower water was the only downfall as it was constantly going hot to cold over and over which let the experience down

The rooms were very clean. There was no noise, so we were able to sleep well. The hotel location was great, close to everything. The cleaning staff do a lovely job of cleaning the rooms and the facilities are good.

Arrived at 2:15pm but told our room was not ready as we couldn't check in until 3pm which was fine, however we waited in the lobby and by around 2:40 everyone who walked through the hotel doors we being greeted and checked in. We sat there right in front of them, watching this for about 10 minutes while they checked in 5 more people. When I eventually went and asked if we could check in, he looked at his watch and said it's not quite 3 pm yet, but I'll check you in????? I did consider they could have paid for early check-in, but why would you pay extra to be booked in 10 minutes before your check-in time?

The room was clean and all staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Loved the themed room and the complimentary dressing gowns and slippers. There was also a good range of food for the breakfast. The room was lovely and quiet and the hotel is in a great location for the Cavern Quarter and only a very short walk to the main center.

Only a couple of minor things such as only one hook in the room and no rails for the 4 towels and 2 dressing gowns and no hooks for coats. The wardrobe space was great, but not enough hangers. The air conditioning was ineffective as we couldn't feel it unless stood under the unit and we had to buy a mini fan. As I say only little things, we otherwise loved our stay there.

The hotel was in a good location and is pet friendly. The staff were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We did not have the breakfast but saw someone with lunch and it looked good with humongous servings. You had to use the key card to get in the second door for added security and you also had to use the key card when accessing the elevator. Overall we were happy with the hotel and would stay again.

The shower and bathroom were just cheap. It appeared they saved money by installing what you would see in a camper or RV. It worked well, but the floor was elevated from the room floor due to the way it was installed. It seems long term, this will cost more money because the quality was quite low. Just keep this in mind, it's not a luxury hotel. With that said, the price reflected the hotel and it served a purpose for us. The staff was great, it was comfortable, and it was pet friendly.

It was a fantastic experience the hotel was central to cavern mathew st all the bars and eating places were we wanted to be and seafront Albert Dock fabulous building and everything was just right the hotel fantastic breakfast, tea coffee lemon water on tap that was a lovely touch and bedroom was so cosy I loved waking up to such a bright beatles theme wallpaper and lovely shower and tea coffee cosy bed and pillows and then beatles pics and lots to look at it was a wonderful place to stay and the parking the car reduced rate was another wonderful bonus we had 3 days we won't forget and I am sure going to tell family friends who ever wants to visit Liverpool about your hospitality and wonderful cosy friendly staff a place that I woke up in and won't forget thank you again we will be back xx

A lovely conveniently located Beatles themed hotel perfectly placed in the thriving heart of wonderful Liverpool. Upon entry staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel ambience was welcoming and eye catchingly unique and quirkyly themed and nicely thought out. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice attention to detail focusing on the aforementioned Beatles theme.The central location was great and a nice mix of busy and accessible,quiet yet thriving. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options and plate/dish sizes.All in all a very lovely stay and hotel.Highly recommended.

Only a minor quibble, but a few more continental pastry options at breakfast like pain au chocolate,almond croissant etc but the breakfast fare on offer was lovely and plentiful.

The decor was Beatles-themed and very fun - I was on the Ticket to Ride floor, and all the door signs were in the shape of tickets, with airplane wallpaper and a photo of screaming girls during Beatlemania over my bed: all of which I loved. The bathroom was a kind of a pod in the corner of the room which I had to step up into like a spaceship - I enjoyed it but realise it might not be to everyone’s taste. The staff were friendly and helpful, and swift to rectify an error on their end efficiently and politely. They also allowed me to leave my suitcase there hours before check-in - not a service which is out of the ordinary, but rarely done in such a friendly manner.

There is no dedicated check-in or breakfast area which can make you feel a little exposed as you eat or check-in , but this is really a very minor thing.

Close to everything! Despite being located in a busy area, you couldn’t hear the noise from the streets. NCP car park is just a few steps away with discounted rate of £9 per 24hrs, you just have to ask for the voucher from reception when leaving the car park. Kettle with coffee, milk, sugar & tea are available but no fridge in the room.

Our room was close to the lift and the room beside ours was occupied by noisy men who were very loud at dawn! My partner has to call them out since it really disrupted sleep. Common sense to keep voices to minimum especially at 2-3am when most of the hotel guests are sleeping. Also, the toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing despite pressing only once, such a waste of water (not good if hotel is promoting sustainability) if you don’t press the flush button again.

Spotlessly clean. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Loved the Beatles theme, which I wasn't expecting. Best continental breakfast I've had in a long time. Perfect location for viewing sights of Liverpool, everything in walking distance, although did get sore feet!

Room was well soundproofed from the traffic outside but kept awake by noise in the hotel during the night. This did sound like water running - maybe pipes running underneath our rooms? Sounded like a washing machine cycle! Sadly, this kept happening all through the night We were on the first floor. I would advise booking second floor rooms
