Our accommodation was perfect for us. We stayed for a week so having a fairly well equipped kitchen and sitting room area upstairs meant if we had been out for a long day we could prepare food when we returned. We also had a seperate bedroom and bathroom downstairs which felt quite homely. We must also mention Evie the concierge who was very friendly, explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble. She even arranged for a bouquet of flowers for our room to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary!

Nothing. Some people might find the night time a little noisy being in the heart of the Cavern quarter but we slept very well nonetheless. In fact the location was perfect for everything we wanted; The Cavern Club and Cavern quarter, city centre 3 minute walk, the Albert docks with the many museums and attractions 12 minute walk and the Cathedrals 15 minute walk.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Liverpool. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The washing machine was broken, but the concierge offered another room for washing, and he even dried them for us and brought them to our room. Great service! It is so close to all the attractions of the Mersey Ferry and Albert Dock, as well as the hop on hop off bus. Most of all, it backs on to Mathew Street, home of vibrant pubs, live music, and of course, the Beatles. We had a great stay

If you are a light sleeper, even with double glazing, the music and bright lights of Mathew street could be a problem, but only Friday and Saturday nights

This nice and cosy little studio apartment was right in the middle of the city center, directly behind one of the most famous and loud Beatles street in Liverpool. It was lively, packed with visitors and live music until well into the night. All main events and areas were at walking distance. The atmosphere in the apartment was good, although it felt a bit stuffed and cramped. The bathroom was nice and clean and functioned correctly, although the faucet and the toilet seat were loose. We were very satisfied with the washing machine. And after receiving some kitchen utensils we were able to make use of the kitchen.

Even after asking, we never received the basic kitchen items that you would expect to be present at the moment of arrival. The staff was friendly and willing to help out, but I could not escape the impression that corners were being cut here. Obviously, one would like to stay in a nice and comfortable and hygienic apartment. Finding long hairs in the corner is not hygienic.

Location was very central and convenient for our trip, near to the docks and restaurants and backs on to Matthew street and the Cavern club , and not far from Lime street station .The staff were very friendly and helpful. Because of the central location there were nightclubs all around .. mid week not much of a problem but would imagine could be noisy over the weekend..

The rooms were comfortable and seemed clean the decor was 'tired ' however (peeling wallpaper, broken door latch) but for the amount of time we stayed there all was fine .

Location is excellent if you want to enjoy the center of Liverpool. Everything is within walking distance. Room size was adequate for a couple and came complete with refrigerator, washing machine, iron and board. Room was clean although a little tired. Secondary glazing windows didn't close fully so noise from outside was evident. (Not a problem and we did realise that we were in the heart of clubland and Grand National weekend)

Building and rooms are a bit tired and could do with a some love. Bathroom floor tiles cracked, basin sink blocked, minor items with a bit of love could be addressed

Excellent location in the centre of the city near Matthew Street (but away from the noise) and the Town Hall. Also a short walk from the Liverpool 1 shopping area, the Pier Head and Lime Street, Moorfields, James St. and Central railaway stations. Lots of good pubs and restauarants within a few minutes walk

A few small issues. No shelf in the shower, there was a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes, a hallway but nowhere to hang coats, and one broken bedside light light. But overall a well equipped apartment.

It was very convenient to the city centre, cavern club, Liverpool One and Albert Dock. There are plenty of cabs, Ubers, trains, etc. The washing machine was a godsend!

They warn you in all the reviews and it’s true, the cavern club side of the property is LOUD from about 7:30 to 1am. Not just a little loud, a lot loud. Bring earplugs or play white noise in earbuds, it really helps. Even with the noise, we found it perfect. And if you are up for a night out with so much fun music blasting, go enjoy it!

Apartment is brilliant! Very good size, cozy, very clean and had the majority of things you would need for a home away from home. The overall 'vibe' of the building is one that is draped in culture and I loved that very few features had changed from it's original state. The staff were very helpful, very polite and the call to check everything was OK was a nice, welcoming touch. There was a very good supply of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The washing machine was great, but the dryer took forever to dry, not sure if a filter needed cleaning or not but we had to halve the load to dry properly. Location is right in the heart of Liverpool, The Cavern Club is right behind the building and the gay quarter is the next street over! We weren't bothered at all by the noise, as the music was good to listen to! But if you're a light sleeper, I'd give a bit of thought to booking here as it's noisy at night and quite a bit of light comes into the apartment. The car park is a short walk away but it's quite pricey, I paid £30 once, but 24 hours is £13. The bed was ok, not to my taste as it was quite springy, but it was ok to sleep on. There was hardly any space over my side so I kept having to climb over my partner to go to the bathroom! The apartment was spotless, even the oven was very clean. The housekeeping staff work like troopers and are very, very thorough and helpful.

Nothing major, the shower wasn't great, had lot of nozzles blocked with black stuff and was just a static 'rain' type of head. There was a very loose floor tile which kept trapping my sock! Missing a few 'non essentials' such as microwave, tin opener, washing up bowl and the sink was hard to use due to not having a plug.

This is my second visit to these apartments and I stayed in room 55 on level 5 ...we checked in late and had a few issues with the front door & our apparment door ...but everything was fine in the end. As they have an emergency number you can call..I absolutely 💯 ♥️ love these apartments great value for money and right in the heart ❤️ of Liverpool which is my home 🏡..Evie is wonderful 😀

Just needs the front door fixing maybe and to have a look at the lock in room 55
