Location is excellent if you want to enjoy the center of Liverpool. Everything is within walking distance. Room size was adequate for a couple and came complete with refrigerator, washing machine, iron and board. Room was clean although a little tired. Secondary glazing windows didn't close fully so noise from outside was evident. (Not a problem and we did realise that we were in the heart of clubland and Grand National weekend)

Building and rooms are a bit tired and could do with a some love. Bathroom floor tiles cracked, basin sink blocked, minor items with a bit of love could be addressed

Apartment is brilliant! Very good size, cozy, very clean and had the majority of things you would need for a home away from home. The overall 'vibe' of the building is one that is draped in culture and I loved that very few features had changed from it's original state. The staff were very helpful, very polite and the call to check everything was OK was a nice, welcoming touch. There was a very good supply of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The washing machine was great, but the dryer took forever to dry, not sure if a filter needed cleaning or not but we had to halve the load to dry properly. Location is right in the heart of Liverpool, The Cavern Club is right behind the building and the gay quarter is the next street over! We weren't bothered at all by the noise, as the music was good to listen to! But if you're a light sleeper, I'd give a bit of thought to booking here as it's noisy at night and quite a bit of light comes into the apartment. The car park is a short walk away but it's quite pricey, I paid £30 once, but 24 hours is £13. The bed was ok, not to my taste as it was quite springy, but it was ok to sleep on. There was hardly any space over my side so I kept having to climb over my partner to go to the bathroom! The apartment was spotless, even the oven was very clean. The housekeeping staff work like troopers and are very, very thorough and helpful.

Nothing major, the shower wasn't great, had lot of nozzles blocked with black stuff and was just a static 'rain' type of head. There was a very loose floor tile which kept trapping my sock! Missing a few 'non essentials' such as microwave, tin opener, washing up bowl and the sink was hard to use due to not having a plug.

Great location, coded entrance for security, the apartment was sufficient enough for an overnight stay, with all basic facilities needed. Good value for money and the lady on reception was really nice and helpful.

The only downside to the stay was the double mattress seemed to be too big for the bed base, meaning it overhung on each side and wasn’t supported. As well as this, the mattress itself was VERY well used and dipped in the middle and every spring could be felt through the sheet. We didn’t get a good night sleep at all, even choosing to check out early, so that we could come home and get some sleep.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed & more for an overnight stay. We were only there for one night so didn't take advantage of all of the facilities which included cooking and laundry equipment. The apartments are in a great location right in the city centre with easy access to transport links and the local nightlife, restaurants and bars.

The bed was quite small but as we were only there for one night this wasn't too much of an issue. It was a little noisy due to the proximity to the city centre nightlife - this didn't worry us at all but it might not be ideal for some travellers.

Accommodation was in a brilliant location and the staff were lovely. Our apartment was clean and cosy.

The only 2 negative things we have to say about the property was 1, how hypersensitive the alarm detector was, we both had hot showers and had to keep the bathroom door half open because of how quick it was steaming up in there, but we like our showers hot so that might have been our fault with all fairness. And 2, the Internet on the TV wasn't connected (and the remote doesn't let you change the setup settings), so we just had to work with what was on freeview.

It's a lovely building in a great area of Liverpool, literally seconds from the Cavern Quarter and a few minutes walk from Albert Dock. The apartment I booked had everything you could need for a week's stay: oven and hob, fridge with freezer box and ice tray, kettle, toaster, washing machine and plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. It was actually bigger than my flat!

It can get a little noisy at night, if you're a light sleeper it's probably not for you. It could probably do with a little TLC too: loose taps and floor tiles in the bathroom, loose light switches, nothing major. Also, no plug for the kitchen sink which made washing up a little tricky!

The location is great, just one street from the cavern (Matthew street) and around 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and from the docks. The staff is also very nice (we didn't need anything from them but they were very friendly). It's very good to have the option to cook meals, so we could save up some money.

The apartment wasn't as charming as the ones in the pictures (not so well finished as we thought). They say the apartment blocks sounds from the street but we were facing Matthew street and there was a pub right in front our window that play loud music until midnight (on weekends around 2am). The bed has already that small "hole" in the middle, so it wasn't was comfortable as we have imagined. The shower is good but we weren't able to use cold water (it wasn't a problem because it was cold but in the summer it may be a problem). The bathroom sink is very small and it was impossible for us to use it without splashing water on the floor. We then used the kitchen sink. The oven could be cleaner, it looks like it wasn't clean for some time...

The location is outstanding. Facilities in the room were perfectly reasonable.

The rooms are all quite different. We had several rooms as a booking with a group of friends. Rooms 34 was lovely Room 36 (our room) was definitely the worst of the 3. Very cramped bed boxed in against a wall. And we pre warned them of my pregnant partner, so quite difficult for her to get out of bed. Room 37 was also lovely, nicely the nicest of the 3. It seemed a shame that we stayed for the longest time frame (3 nights) paid the highest nightly rate (23% higher then our friends because we booked earlier and for more nights) but had the worst room of the 3. I think the location and facilties did help, but honestly, the pricing structure needs to be adjusted.
