The hotel is perfect location to the main city centre hustle and bustle. With shops, bars and restaurants right on the door step. The hotel itself is beautiful! The rooms are very spacious and clean. In our room we had an amazing jet bath and two fabulous showers. The room was extremely hot but the staff put on our air condition and the room was alot more cooler. The beds were extremely comfortable the only Complaint I would have are the pillow. The pillows were hard and lumpy, but there were extra pillows in the wardrobe so I just tried to pick out the best for us. We will definitely be back to stay at Boutique 56 again.

Awful staff where hospitality paid in the price would have been a warranty and return ticket but since the staff in the hotel didn’t make my staying memorable and offered me an outstanding experience, he preferred to be cocky and overpowering. The quality of the boutique are really cosy and nice, where environment and the room style are refilled with harmony and delightefulness especially with the last touch of small prosecco size. Overall, it has been an emotional adventure being part of this journey and hope that the management will review few profiles of staff member, and try to improve the hiring process Greetings.

Right in the centre of Liverpool, if you want to go shopping or clubbing, hit the bars and restaurants and be just 5 minutes' walk from the railway station, this is the place to stay. The apartment we had, which was an upgrade, was clean, warm and very spacious, with a kitchen, a jacuzzi and 3 double beds. Big enough for a large family or a group of friends. The staff were really helpful and were happy to sort out a problem we had, within the hour ....... such excellent customer service! We are happy to recommend Boutique 56 and will certainly book again the next time we visit Liverpool. We appreciated the friendliness of everyone but a special thanks to Harry and Sam.

Room was fantastic, great space. Location of hotel was perfect for us to get the bus to chester zoo. Walking distance to Moorfields station where we get to get a train to aintree for a harvester. 2x tesco very close on either end of the road. All around staff and location perfect

Rooms need to be made soundproof. You can hear everything from the room next door. Our first 2 nights were great. Our 3rd night the people in the next room were chatting loud till gone 2 in the morning even after staff asked them to be more quiet they didn't care. I had to make a bed in the kitchen just so the kids could sleep, which was unacceptable. Music for the local bars was a little loud but wasn't loud enough to stop us sleeping

Convenient location: walking distance to almost everything! The Cavern Club is just around the corner. We also had a jacuzzi in the bedroom which was a treat.

It's a beautifully converted building: an old warehouse that has been converted into a hotel, with some of the warehouse fixtures and beams still on the ceilings and walls, making for a very interesting interior. HOWEVER, because it is a conversion, the noise from the adjacent room isn't completely muffled (despite the hotel's efforts to add a lot of soundproofing). There was a group of women in the next door who sounded like they were in town for a hen do, and the sound from their room travelled into ours a bit, but fortunately they were quiet late at night. Also the placement of the shower in the bathroom is a little odd: there doesn't seem to be a way to take a shower without getting the entire bathroom wet.

Location and Cleanliness.

Good overall experience. But property charged me 100 GBP deposit at the time of check in. When I checked out money was not returned back I was told by the receptionist that money will be returned back automatically. I called back after 10 days as my deposit was not returned and They told me it will take 30 days before the money hit back to my account. This is not fair at all as deposit was taken same time and returning back after 30 days?? i never seen this elsewhere. Thanks.

Price was good, beds were comfortable. Room was spacious and sofa was huge. View to the nightclubs was fun.

The lift(not a fan of lifts) and the noise levels outside was a lot but understandable. The bath/jacuzzi in the living room/bedroom was very unexpected. Tried it, bath emptied itself even with plug pushed down so I got out. The bathroom with shower in the middle was unusual, not used to that sort of thing. (Bathroom light in weird position and with the bathroom being black you couldn't see anything when stood facing toilet).

The room was welcoming and comfortable it was such a beautiful room and really well made up when we got there the kids settled really well and the tv was perfect for watching family films at night , out of all the hotels we’ve been to, This was probably the best hotel by far The kids also loved this hotel and we did so many days out because it was close to everything that we needed to get to and didn’t have to travel far for anything reception staff were very pleasant and helpful highly recommend this hotel

The Jacuzzi wasn't that clean. When checking out, they didn't have a trolley for clean towels as we just saw them lying on the floor ready perhaps for the next people to check in which was very unhygienic. Also, the deposit scheme took about a week for it to be refunded.
