Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was lovely (bonus that we were on the 8th floor and the views from the window of the city were spectacular) and clean, the complimentary toiletries were really really nice. Location is incredible. The wifi in the building was excellent and the shower was really nice!

We didn't end up parking here as over £20 a day is quite steep; we found an NCP 10 minutes walk away for £5 a day. The building whistles when the wind is high which is a bit disconcerting but you get used to it. The TV's Chromecast had been accidentally unplugged from the TV so we couldn't use it at first, but the staff were super helpful so that was fine after day 1. The building also has no aircon, and we did get quite warm in the night meaning we had to open the windows, which, in Liverpool city center on a weekend, can be a bit noisy.

We were so impressed with our stay here - first time and we’ll definitely be back for our next trip to Liverpool. The location couldn’t be any more central/convenient and despite this, the room was quiet and you could have a good sleep. It was boiling and we were on the 10th floor, however a large fan was available in our apartment which was lovely and the views were also amazing of the city. We were also upgraded on our arrival and it was my partners birthday so this was a nice touch, apartment and public spaces were sparkling clean. Thank you so much for a gorgeous stay.

The only thing I have to say that’s negative is the air freshener that is used in the lifts/reception area is extremely strong. Therefore, if you suffer with asthma or any lung conditions etc this is a bit hard to bear. It was so thick in the air you could still smell and taste it when you’d left the building. However, this is the only negative point that I have.

You're right in the centre of Liverpool where everything you want to see and do is. The building is modern and comfortable, a home from home. It was a nice surprise to find we had an en-suite as well as a bathroom. There were two couples so it worked brilliantly. The bed was super comfortable and finally somewhere where the pillows are really great too. Kevin at reception was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and stay at a Cove again.

The only downsides were that the window in our bedroom was not an opening one so it was rather hot at night. There were 2 windows in the living area but only could get one open. The bathroom extractor fans didn't work. I would point out too that although there is a sofa bed so theoretically 6 people could stay, the cutlery and crockery is only for 4 🤔

Such a lovely place to stay! Great location, so much around it. Parking is easy and secure. The apartment was clean, well facilitated, comfy and laid out nicely! Provided with everything you need for a great stay. Will definitely stay again! Also got to keep your parking space for hours after checkout

Only small gripes really, nothing major! Lift was super slow so you can be stood waiting a while and the soap pump didn't work so had to undo the lid and pour it out whenever needed. But these were nothing major at all!

We loved everything. The place is spotless! Only stayed for 1 night, with family. In a 2 bed apartment. Using the sofa bed and 2 double beds. Everyone was comfortable.the toiletilties smelled fresh and there was enough tea and coffee for everyone. The pergulator for the coffee was an added bonus. Spacious for everyone.

Nothing really not to like. Only niggle, no tv remote in room. But when asked at reception it was given. The toilets are slow to flush. One bedroom had a window that couldn't open, so was stuffy, even though there was a fan avaliable, unfortunately cannot sleep with the sound of a fan on. Do not get put off with these niggles, as we still had a comfortable stay and was amazed for what you got for the price Will stay again!!!!

Parking under the building with lift & porter trolly. On leaving the building by the front entrance your on the main promenade for shopping. Short walk to the Mersey & other points of interest.

Bedroom window handle was broken & under the bed was not clean. Maybe once a week 2 cleaners should pull the bed out & clean under it, too heavy for one person, (I was looking for the sofa bed sheets which I was told were under the bed, thankfully they wasn’t).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cove during my holiday, and I couldn't be more impressed. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, it felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Whether it was solving our lost key situation or making sure I had everything I required, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the cove to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported holiday. I can't wait to return!

I attended a two week training in Liverpool and stayed in 4 different apartments during that time as I booked my stay too late. Cove apartment was definitely the best and well above other three flats I stayed in. Perfect location in the center of town - on the pedestrian street. Simple Scandinavian design and well equipped kitchen, including French press. Bathroom had a bathtub not just shower. Staff really helpful. 24/7 reception staff and ability to leave luggage before check in or after check out.

Location was amazing - could not be bettered, so close to amenities and staff were also brilliant / helpful.

Some of the facilities were lacking in the apartment. We stayed for three days and did not have anything to clean the floors i.e. a brush or dustpan. There was no cloth provided to clean dishes so, although self-catering and there being washing-up liquid available, not much use without a dishcloth of some variety. The sofa was not very comfortable, not that we sat in much, nor were some of the bed pillows that were passed their best.

Stayed at these apartments 4 times already. The location is excellent, right in the center of everything, shopping, restaurants and a short distance away from the train station. We were given an apartment in one of the top floors with an amazing view. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful especially Jack who tackled a problem we came across with, immediately. And also Kevin.

The only thing we weren't so happy about was the space in the bedroom. It was a bit small and crammed and there wasn't enough space to hang all our clothes.
