Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was lovely (bonus that we were on the 8th floor and the views from the window of the city were spectacular) and clean, the complimentary toiletries were really really nice. Location is incredible. The wifi in the building was excellent and the shower was really nice!

We didn't end up parking here as over £20 a day is quite steep; we found an NCP 10 minutes walk away for £5 a day. The building whistles when the wind is high which is a bit disconcerting but you get used to it. The TV's Chromecast had been accidentally unplugged from the TV so we couldn't use it at first, but the staff were super helpful so that was fine after day 1. The building also has no aircon, and we did get quite warm in the night meaning we had to open the windows, which, in Liverpool city center on a weekend, can be a bit noisy.

We were so impressed with our stay here - first time and we’ll definitely be back for our next trip to Liverpool. The location couldn’t be any more central/convenient and despite this, the room was quiet and you could have a good sleep. It was boiling and we were on the 10th floor, however a large fan was available in our apartment which was lovely and the views were also amazing of the city. We were also upgraded on our arrival and it was my partners birthday so this was a nice touch, apartment and public spaces were sparkling clean. Thank you so much for a gorgeous stay.

The only thing I have to say that’s negative is the air freshener that is used in the lifts/reception area is extremely strong. Therefore, if you suffer with asthma or any lung conditions etc this is a bit hard to bear. It was so thick in the air you could still smell and taste it when you’d left the building. However, this is the only negative point that I have.

You're right in the centre of Liverpool where everything you want to see and do is. The building is modern and comfortable, a home from home. It was a nice surprise to find we had an en-suite as well as a bathroom. There were two couples so it worked brilliantly. The bed was super comfortable and finally somewhere where the pillows are really great too. Kevin at reception was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and stay at a Cove again.

The only downsides were that the window in our bedroom was not an opening one so it was rather hot at night. There were 2 windows in the living area but only could get one open. The bathroom extractor fans didn't work. I would point out too that although there is a sofa bed so theoretically 6 people could stay, the cutlery and crockery is only for 4 🤔

I liked the location. I also liked that there were two separate rooms. There were no top sheet nor pillow for the sofa bed in the room. Also, the washer dryer in one unit did not work. We mentioned it to the receptionist on the first morning so it would be fixed by the evening. I also emailed or texted not sure which. When we returned to the hotel the washer/dryer was not working.

The hotel should have fixed the washer/dryer unit on the first full day of our stay. Then we could have used it that night.

Such a lovely place to stay! Great location, so much around it. Parking is easy and secure. The apartment was clean, well facilitated, comfy and laid out nicely! Provided with everything you need for a great stay. Will definitely stay again! Also got to keep your parking space for hours after checkout

Only small gripes really, nothing major! Lift was super slow so you can be stood waiting a while and the soap pump didn't work so had to undo the lid and pour it out whenever needed. But these were nothing major at all!

The location was excellent! Right in the centre of the city so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. There was also parking (paid) available in the basement. We parked up and just walked everywhere for the two nights we were there. Staff were very friendly and the kitchen was well equipped.

The couch wasn’t super comfortable and the dryer didn’t seem to work properly. Also, it was very warm in the apartment with no way to adjust the temperature. This was despite it being quite cool inside. We had to open the windows. The pipes / drains in the bathrooms were quite stinky too.

Location, Location, Location! Everything in walking distance!

The wall window in the living room was broken and didn’t close properly so it let in the sound from the street below. In saying that, night 1 there was about 4,500 onshore from a cruise liner so the town was heaving hence the noise. Night 2 was a lot quieter as the ship left and the street was (most likely normal) more sedate. Overall, not a deal breaker for me… ps. Watch out for the carpets outside the elevator and in the hallways… they left as you drag your suitcase and we nearly stacked it twice!

We loved everything. The place is spotless! Only stayed for 1 night, with family. In a 2 bed apartment. Using the sofa bed and 2 double beds. Everyone was comfortable.the toiletilties smelled fresh and there was enough tea and coffee for everyone. The pergulator for the coffee was an added bonus. Spacious for everyone.

Nothing really not to like. Only niggle, no tv remote in room. But when asked at reception it was given. The toilets are slow to flush. One bedroom had a window that couldn't open, so was stuffy, even though there was a fan avaliable, unfortunately cannot sleep with the sound of a fan on. Do not get put off with these niggles, as we still had a comfortable stay and was amazed for what you got for the price Will stay again!!!!

Very centrally located, in a relatively new construction building. We were on one of the higher floors and had views of the surrounding buildings and of Liverpool. Staff were nice, we paid for parking in the building, it was secure and easy. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door, and not far from some of the museums and sights to see. Apartment was spacious, clean, had all the amenities, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Good pillows.

We only stayed one night which wasn’t long enough. Would come back and stay here. Liverpool was nice

Parking under the building with lift & porter trolly. On leaving the building by the front entrance your on the main promenade for shopping. Short walk to the Mersey & other points of interest.

Bedroom window handle was broken & under the bed was not clean. Maybe once a week 2 cleaners should pull the bed out & clean under it, too heavy for one person, (I was looking for the sofa bed sheets which I was told were under the bed, thankfully they wasn’t).
