First time staying in Liverpool and really loved how central the hotel is from everything including the train station. Lovely and clean hotel and very friendly staff who were there to help when needed. Thanks to Hafizul for making us feel so welcomed for our entire stay and for doing the birthday celebrations in the room for my mum. Great variety at Breakfast, very calm atmosphere and loads of places to sit with big screen tvs. We also had bar food that was good. Room was a nice size and the bathroom. We had great views of Albert Docks from our bedroom that looked beautiful at night. Overall VERY happy with our stay.

No slippers☹️ With the bedroom floor being wood/laminated I think slippers would have been great. No bathrobs☹️ No mini fridge in room☹️ but I was told they have in the executive rooms. This is a personal preference with having a young child on a warm day. But was provided with ice in a bucket, which helped. Just minor things of personal preference as I only stay at hotels with these things but the hotel was lovely so I can't complain.

the location was great for the docks & shops. the breakfast was the best we have ever had.i have been in hotels around england & abroad and have never had such a spread with so much choice.well done to all the staff from kitchen, reception, room attendants & resturant staff. we will most certainly be going back again.

there is not a thing needs changing, its a little gem & will do so well in the future once word gets round. the best hotel i have ever been in. the staff go above & beyond to make your stay a great one.

Myself and my mum thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful and we both slept really well. Everything at the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant and very friendly.

Just a couple of things. There was no trays to carry our food from the buffet area to the table, we had to go back and fourth. On our second night we just wanted a little bit to eat, I had cheesy chips, gravy and bread and butter, my mum had plain burger with no trimmings and chips. We both had 1 drink each and we were charged £40 which is excessive. Maybe the menus could be changed to a more affordable price on small meals.

Location was ideal room was big and comfy

Some staff not pleasant, on arrival we were just pointed to the self service checkin machine, no welcome or hello, we asked for an extra chair in the room and were told the rooms all only have 1 chair? Not on the photos on the website? We asked a different staff member the next day and a chair was delivered to our room, bar staff very slow and not at all friendly

On appearance, the hotel is great, and the central location is great.

We arrived at 1pm, approached reception to be barked at that there was a queue to check in (no obvious queue, just 2 victims of the receptionists wrath). Thankfully I noted the self service check in kiosk so used it, whilst hearing the clearly unhappy lady on reception telling people they couldn't check in because it wasn't 3pm. Self service check in stated our room was ready and issued keys rapidly. Receptionist didn't even contemplate checking if rooms were ready for other guests.

Very modern and clean hotel. The room decor was exceptional. Central location and a great breakfast

Very late check-in times (3pm) and very early check out times (11am) . Also when checking in they encountered a massive issue due to volume of check-ins. As a result, I couldn’t check in until 5pm which was really poor despite first arriving at 2pm. Charging if you want one hour early check-in at 2pm or check-out at 12pm is crazy given that’s the status quo for most hotels

Hotel in an ideal location! Across the road from Albert Dock and Liverpool shopping centre. The room was very clean and really spacious. Food in restaurant was really nice. Staff couldn’t be anymore friendlier and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.

Nothing that I disliked.

Nice modern feel

The bathroom looked very high end, however the toilet was very basic and saying that's it's 4 star the toilet paper was the cheapest I have ever seen in a hotel, also the bodywash and shampoo were very basic, just not in line of what I would expect

Great location Staff were very friendly & helpful Very clean Comfortable and had all facilities needed Would definitely stay again

Bar prices were pretty high, we paid £23 for 2 drinks (glass of wine & a G&T) which seemed excessive even for a premium location.
