Location was great, staff were friendly. Most of hotel was kept clean and fresh. Food choices at breakfast were good. Price was good.

Some sockets in our room didn't work properly (not good as a tourist relying on their phone when it's not charged) Breakfast time was very busy and staff couldn't keep on top of clearing tables, lots of visitors looking around for a table to sit at and they all had dirty pots on. The bathroom in the hotel room had a sliding door that doubled as the wardrobe door. When closed across the bathroom it had a big gap around it, so you can basically hear everything going on in the bathroom when trying to relax in the bedroom. My husband and I have been together a long time but a bit of privacy is still nice! I imagine this would be quite uncomfortable for anyone not in a couple, sharing this room.

We came to Liverpool for 2 nights. Arrived 2 hours early and we still managed to be able to check in and go to our room. Room was spacious, clean and warm. Bathroom was a good size. Shower was good. It was nice and quiet when going to sleep even though the hotel is on a busy road. Albert dock 5 min walk.

Had breakfast both mornings, arrived just after 7 so should have been fresh. Unfortunately the “hot” food was barely warm despite being one of the 1st customers of the day. Fresh orange was so watered down you could hardly taste anything. On the plus side fresh fruit was nice and it has a fresh waffle maker.

Good location, very clean, comfy bed and pillows, rooms have shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The body lotion smelt lovely, hairdryer in room and tv fully working. Only little issue was the parking getting through the small doors you have to ring the reception button to open the gates and is very tight getting through. We paid £40 for 24 hours, If you go to reception and clock in you vehicle they give you 50% discount so without the discount it was very expensive as was the 1 night double room we booked hence was grand national weekend. Breakfast was satisfactory, would have been nice if they could offer fried or poached eggs and tomatoes as they only had scrambled eggs and beans, but was an all you could eat buffet breakfast.

We had a great night in your hotel but we do a few problems along the way Cat park system was down and was told to wait until later then told I mite get a fine by they cancel it etc was all a bit hectic My mum was also saying and her room the shower was broken and actually fell off the wall … they. Iced her room al good …. Next room sofa bed didn’t work and she had the grandkids staying with her … 3rd room was fine but as you can imagine was quite a struggle with 2 kids but they manager (can’t remember her name) was lovely and really helpful and even offered a free meal and drinks to my mum and children

Great location, friendly staff, lift available as there’s six floors, breakfast included in our booking cost and the room was great, clean, comfortable and quiet. Free tea & coffee in the room. Towels and toiletries provided. All possible required essentials included in the room - Including flannels, tissues and sanitary bags.

At Check In the staff member on Reception initially overcharged me for the pre booking, but luckily I realised before paying and the error was quickly rectified. The room window did not open - The window handle was broken and it seemed to have been screwed shut!? There was Air Con, but as an asthmatic Air Con is not ideal… The temperature thermostat worked at least so that was kept low, but not sure the room would be comfortable for me in Summer!?

Has its own parking underground, that was really convenient. Twenty quid for the day. Good location to walk to Albert Dock and good pub next door. Easy walk to Liverpool One. Breakfast included for all guests. Staff were super lovely and welcoming.

The breakfast isn’t amazing for veggies, only one coffee machine was in order resulting in even longer hot drink queues and the working machine wasn’t actually working- my cappuccino was just warm milk. The next one had the tiniest amount of diluted coffee. The lift was so busy, allow extra time for climbing stairs or waiting for lifts as one of them is out of order, both only squeeze in 4 people with bags anyway so you have to be patient waiting for it.

A warm welcome on arrival by the lady who checked me and my daughter in on arrival and out of room 511. Room was lovely and spacious, had everything we needed and pleasantly decorated. Shower was amazing, nice views from the window, and good security, bed was very comfy, and the location was perfect and within walking distance to all attractions, shops and restaurant. The breakfast had a very good choice of foods to suit everyone, nothing was missing, choice was perfect, Car Parking was perfect too, very secure. the reception staff were amazing, really welcoming and problem-solvers (there was a fire alarm in one of the neighbouring buildings, and the receptionist found another room on the other side of the hotel so I don't hear the alarm from outside, and it really meant a lot...). the location, and the price are good as well. very clean and quiet place

the breakfast was not well prepared, jam pots were missing and not available, the scrambled egg was not hot/fresh, and yerevan was not a variet of food such as bioled, pouched and fried ggs. All meats were Ham/pork. one of the coffee machines was broken, and milk was finished by 9 am and not refilled.

Staff are very Helpful.Check In was so easy and prompt.We arrived a few hours before our check in time and the receptionist was able too accommodate an Early check in for us.Rooms are spotless.And the hotel has a feel safe and secure vibe.Great if you have kids with you.Breakfast was buffet style and something for everyone.The waffle maker was a big treat for kids.Also the liverpool 1 bus station is literally 5 mins from hotel.The bus runs from liverpool airport and Returns from same station.No need for Taxi from Airport.overall we enjoyed our stay and we would return.

Hotel is convenient, rooms are good and modern and generally in good order. Hotel is comfortable and decent location.

We stayed at this property a few times over the last year and one of their two lifts remained unserviceable and not operational (seems like) for the entire year??? It causes congestion and people standing waiting around for ages to get up to and down from their rooms. Just not very good on the hotel's part for bad maintenance and planning, especially considering there are ONLY 2 lifts.
