Location is close to the docks Front desk staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. good room with no issues and the aircon and shower was good and bed comfortable. Onsite gym was ok for a basic workout. Breakfast was fairly decent.
Parking is discounted for guests at £25 per day but that’s still very expensive when you have already paid a decent price for the room. The fact they have limited spaces I can somewhat understand there being a charge, but should be £10 max considering the majority of hotels offer free parking to guests. Was no water set out at breakfast for 2 of the 3 days I stayed

Location was great, staff were friendly. Most of hotel was kept clean and fresh. Food choices at breakfast were good. Price was good.
Some sockets in our room didn't work properly (not good as a tourist relying on their phone when it's not charged) Breakfast time was very busy and staff couldn't keep on top of clearing tables, lots of visitors looking around for a table to sit at and they all had dirty pots on. The bathroom in the hotel room had a sliding door that doubled as the wardrobe door. When closed across the bathroom it had a big gap around it, so you can basically hear everything going on in the bathroom when trying to relax in the bedroom. My husband and I have been together a long time but a bit of privacy is still nice! I imagine this would be quite uncomfortable for anyone not in a couple, sharing this room.

We came to Liverpool for 2 nights. Arrived 2 hours early and we still managed to be able to check in and go to our room. Room was spacious, clean and warm. Bathroom was a good size. Shower was good. It was nice and quiet when going to sleep even though the hotel is on a busy road. Albert dock 5 min walk.
Had breakfast both mornings, arrived just after 7 so should have been fresh. Unfortunately the “hot” food was barely warm despite being one of the 1st customers of the day. Fresh orange was so watered down you could hardly taste anything. On the plus side fresh fruit was nice and it has a fresh waffle maker.

The location of this hotel for us was great. A few minutes walk and you were at Royal Albert Dock one way and the shopping centre the other. Very ideally situated. We also like the secure carparking which is under the hotel. This is monitored by reception who can get in and has CCTV and a roller shutter entrance/exit. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The shower was lovely, good quality towels and toiletries provided too, so didn't have to worry about bringing shower gel etc. Really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be coming back.
I'm sure that some will say the breakfast area was too busy - but we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get a coffee and there was something there for all tastes. It was also the 6 week holiday so that will have had an impact. Staff worked constantly to replenish food and keep areas clean and tidy. So it's not really something I didn't like, more of an observation and knowing the reason why.

The Hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were AMAZING! Super helpful, top draw! The hotel is in a great location for anyone visiting Liverpool city centre with plenty of options to eat and drink within a very short walk.
Only a couple of minor points, the fitness room could do with a little overhaul and a good clean. Nothing wrong with the equipment, just needs a bit of TLC and everything giving a good wipe. Breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic, not enough room or serving stations for the amount of people in the hotel. Nothing wrong with the food, just a few tweaks to make it work better.

I was happy that plant-based milk, toast, vegan spread, and a choice of jams were available at breakfast. The staff I spoke to were all very helpful. My room was comfortable and I was happy with the toiletries provided because they smelled great.
There weren’t any vegan sausages available at breakfast when I stayed. I would have felt more comfortable if more allergen/dietary information had been displayed at breakfast. The plant-based milk was in a fridge but I wasn’t sure if it was okay for customers to help themselves until I asked, so more signage would be great. The window in my room was a bit draughty.

We as a couple of senior years only spent one night in this hotel & had been here before & everything was as you would hope it to be. The staff were friendly & willing to help in any way but the signing in process was abit on the slow side... The room was great in every detail & we had a quiet night as it is a good walk away from the center & any street noise. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with several options to choose from & all being of good portions to suit the biggest appetite. The price we paid was really good value with breakfast included & we will use this hotel again.
The booking-in process was abit slow but don't think it was down to the staff necessarily but it doesn't take long for a small queue to form in this area...

I booked this hotel because of the underground parking, at a reduced rate ( payment machine in reception, £20 for 24 hours, where the friendly staff will give you a code). We were on the 6th floor with a lovely view across the Mersey. The hotel is in a fantastic location , the Royal Albert Dock and the town centre within easy walking distance. It is a short walk to Liverpool One Bus depot where we caught a special events bus to Anfield for the Bruce Springstein concert (£2 per person), a service we would recommend (dropped off at the same place following the event, be prepared for the queue , but plenty of buses). The staff were very efficient and friendly in the busy breakfast room. We would definitely stay here again.
One lift was not in use at the time of our stay, so we did wait a while to get down to the basement car park when we left. It was not a huge choice at breakfast, but choices were delicious(the hot selection was hot! Not the case in some hotels). The hotel was full, and we were warned that the breakfast room would be busy, so we went early. Was really busy by the time we left, so early is probably best. All in all, it's a very nice place to stay.

The location is great if you're going to the arena and exhibition centre or other places on the waterfront but also pretty good in general for a normal touristy stay in Liverpool. The staff on the front desk seemed friendly and efficient at their jobs and the lady in the breakfast room was keeping on top of ensuring the area was clean and well stocked. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. It was also cleaned to a good standard.
I don't have any major complaints, if I have to pick something I would say the coffee from the machines in the breakfast room didn't taste all that great and the choice of cereal was a bit lacking but neither would prevent me from coming back.

The hotel was in a great location with lovely big spacious clean rooms which looked as if they’d been recently refurbished. Lovely décor and really comfortable bed. The room had all the extras including iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle with tea & coffee tray, big screen tv. The breakfast was a tasty full English with a variety of other items cereal, fruit, yoghurts, toast and pastries plenty to choose from including drinks juice, tea & coffee. All the staff were polite & courteous, with a special mention to Dan who was very helpful & sorted out our parking
