The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. The breakfasts were good and the set-up a bit like a home kitchen was cute and functional. Also, the coffee machine was available 24/7 and free. There was a wee stock-up shop in the reception too with snacks and toiletries. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were cheery and chatty. Most of the reception staff were lovely and helpful.

The breakfast times were early during the week and could have been extended to later. Although most of the staff were polite and friendly, a few were rude and unhelpful, particularly one woman on the reception desk wouldn't even give us eye contact and acted like we were an inconvenience.

The location was perfect! An easy walk into the centre and very close to all the sights. Our suite had a lovely view over the wheel and the dock, out to the Mersey. The size of the room was great, the kitchen area was well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, a microwave-combi oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A cloth, scourer, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablet were provided. The bathroom was also a good size, with a nice shower in a large cubicle, lovely toiletries and soft towels (and a flannel) provided. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble! There is a social evening several nights a week, with snacks and drinks provided - a really lovely touch and well worth attending! Breakfast was also great and staff were happy to restock items as necessary. We felt very comfortable and at home there - would certainly recommend, especially as it was such a competitive price.

We loved the generosity of the staff at this hotel. They couldn't do enough for us. So so kind. It was our sons 21st the reason for our visit and they sent down a bottle of wine for him with a little card. Sherrie and the other guy on the night reception. I cannot remember his name, where so kind, and very helpful. Chatted away to us and nothing was a bother to them..loved the location, handy to everything. The breakfast was brilliant. You can take them to your room if you prefer or eat them in the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel/apartment..and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and dealt with my booking professionally and within one minute. I wasn’t aware of the complimentary drinks on Tuesdays, which is an added bonus. The breakfast was awesome too. The staff at breakfast were very nice and accommodating. They treated me as if I was in a five star hotel. I have to mention the staff who keep the rooms looking like a 5 star hotel. The work and effort they put into my room each day was worthy of high praise. Well done to them. Overall the hotel was 5/5 and I will most definitely be staying here again and can’t recommend an alternative. Thank you to whoever reads this. You’re an asset to Staybridge Suites-Liverpool.

Prices for drinks were very high. I bought a bottle of prosecco for £30. The lady at reception took my money but no glasses were given even though were sitting in the lounge area. So I went looking for glasses only to be told by a lovely lady that the area id gone to was a private staff party. I apologised of course but there was no indication or explanation from reception that this was the case. I eventually got the glasses from a very sharp reception lady that then never spoke to us again! This being said everything else was super and all other staff super positive and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, clean and very comfortable.

The pictures of the Hotel were really good but when you actually get there it is such a nice place, the staff are friendly and the place is spotless. The room had it's own little kitchenette which we didn't use (well except the coffee facility and he wine glasses) but if I stayed there again for a longer period then I would use it. The location is perfect and there is so much to do around the area we didn't get it all done in the 3 days. Breakfast was lovely and there was a good choice, and also there was a happy 2 hours from 6 to 8 with free drinks and snacks. Totally recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

there was nothing to not like.

Excellent location for exploring the city, quiet area although there was not activity at the adjacent M&S arena during our stay. The facilities were superb and staff so lovely. Breakfast offerings very wide ranging and plentiful. Our suite was very comfortable and squeaky clean.

Difficult to be picky but some minor irritations as you ask. Some guests didn’t seem to respect others, allowing suite doors to bang shut day & night, earth shattering. The sink plugs all need new rubber seals to retain water and shower tray slow to empty. This resulted in a waste of hot water when hand washing cups or wet shaving. Staff were very flexible especially at breakfast service. It was October half term so very busy, kitchen and food filling/clearing staff was inadequate but housekeeping and reception staff all stepped in. Long waits for cleared tables and hot & cold food top ups.

We loved everything about this hotel and was really pleased that we had picked to stay here. Reception staff friendly & helpful, very easy check-in & out. Hotel was very relaxed, cosy and inviting and in a good location. Room was very clean and had everything we could possibly have needed even if we didn't use everything. Liked the self catering option if we wanted, The bed was big and comfy. Shower was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Eliah (apologies if i haven't spelt his name right) was very friendly and helpful with guests at breakfast and welcomed everyone. He was constantly checking to see if anything needed replenishing and didn't stop. We thought he was a great asset to the hotel.

That we hadn't booked at least one more night!

Our room was lovely, perfect for a few days, everything you needed. Staff on reception friendly, welcoming. They all looked well presented and were clear on information when asked questions. The team informed us on day one of the social event that evening, which my husband and I attended. This was a great idea and one that I have never experienced in a hotel before, so really nice touch... more hotels should do this. Welldone Staybridge. The hotel was clean and modern, and I was pleased with kitchen items provided in the kitchenette area for our stay. Bed was comfortable and a good size. Decent pillows and you got two each, which some Hotels only give one. Bathroom soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, which normally I use my own, but the smell and quality of the products provided were lovely, so I used these a few times. The location of this hotel was perfect for Albert dock, open top bus tours, and close to the promade for a nice walk to take in the Mersey. The city centre was in walking distance. Lots of bars, shops restaurants. Breakfast menu was fabulous, great selection of hot food for cooked breakfast. Coffee was good. Cereals and fruit, yoghurt, pastries, muffins, and continental breakfast. Juices, toast. You could have as much as you wanted, and it was delicious!

Our bed was poorly made on the 1st morning, after sleeping in it. Not nicely presented like when we arrived. Sheets not pulled tight and bedding ruffled. A rush job. Toilet not cleaned. One suggestion would be for a toilet brush in the bathroom.

The staff were so kind and very helpful always there constantly . The hotel is clean and the room was so welcoming I didn't want to leave 😂. They had everything to the hair dryers and shampoos , kitchenette in the room and a happy hour every Monday and Tuesday evening. Complimentary breakfast was amazing too it saved me from cooking one meal, at least lol Loved everything about this place. I will be back again soon. Thank you ♡

The toilets near the back of the breakfast area has a strange smell I noticed on my last day there the first time I used the facilities after checking out. Other than that it was great !
