Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, all for no fee. Great location for restaurants, shopping and going for walks.

Based on the photos advertising the hotel, it was somewhat misleading as it sits behind a huge sports stadium so there are no views of the river. The view from our room was completely blocked by the stadium out one window with a construction site outside the other window. In addition, the window in dining/kitchen area did not close properly so it was very cold while the bedroom was warm.

The greeting on arrival from the man on reception was very welcoming and much appreciated after a long drive. The room was better than we'd expected and the bed was soooooo comfy! The shower was blissful. We loved the swivel chairs infront of the tv too, so cosy for having a cuppa and a game of cards at the little table. Breakfast was delicious too and offered a wide range of options. The cartons of juice made it so much easier than standing in line to watch the juice drip from a tap and run out quickly. The addition of soya milk in the fridge too without having to ask for it was great!

It was tricky to get a table for breakfast on our first morning, however we just grabbed a glass of juice and enjoyed the seating outside and a little fresh air under the canopy before heading back inside and trying again. Parking was more difficult than we'd thought with the hotel car park being full, we had a lot of bags so had to chance parking on double yellow lines to check in and get the bags inside before one of us drove over to the larger external car park and trekked back (however the discounted parking made this less irritating)

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly, always willing to help and assist with any problems or questions no matter how small. The breakfast was very filling, with plenty of choices and plenty available for even the most hungry guest. The location is ideal for the centre of Liverpool, if you want to walk in, and even better if you want to visit the tourist locations such as the Liverpool museum or Art gallery, all within walking distance. It is ideal if you are planning to see a show at the M&S Arena which is just across from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and bars to eat all close to the hotel, with plenty of choices for what ever you want

The only problem, was parking, with limited spaces, however there is a car park close to the hotel, and the hotel does provide a discount for the parking there.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a lot of intuitive systems in place, easy to get a cab or Uber. Location perfect to conference centre and most interesting area of town and restaurants. They even had a European power outlet, we had forgotten to bring a UK adapter and so that was perfect. Rooms are spacious and intuitive lighting, temperature control, amenities and kitchenette.

To be picky, weekend hot breakfast starts at 8, which is a bit late for conference goers but the continental breakfast is open much earlier and they have takeaway coffee cups, so not a biggie.

Great location & breakfast buffet. Staybridge suites are perfectly located right by the Liverpool eye and the M&S Bank Arena, 5 minutes walk to the Albert Dock, great food, Museums, Beatles statues & 10 minutes walk into the City - great shopping & of course Mathew Street & The Cavern Club! Liverpool is a vibrant city with something for everyone, very friendly people.

This was my 3rd visit to Staybridge Suites and I had booked 2 rooms, my shower tray had a large crack through it I spoke to reception and they were unable to move me so I had to use my Mum's room for a shower. I was surprised that the cleaning staff had not reported what was an obvious defect prior to check in.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. The breakfasts were good and the set-up a bit like a home kitchen was cute and functional. Also, the coffee machine was available 24/7 and free. There was a wee stock-up shop in the reception too with snacks and toiletries. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were cheery and chatty. Most of the reception staff were lovely and helpful.

The breakfast times were early during the week and could have been extended to later. Although most of the staff were polite and friendly, a few were rude and unhelpful, particularly one woman on the reception desk wouldn't even give us eye contact and acted like we were an inconvenience.

Clean, better than pictures, front desk staff were lovely, breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable,WiFi was good, tv was good, facilities in room were excellent. Location was spot on for albert docks. Would stay here again definitely.

View was nice of wheel but not of docks or Mersey. Flat roof view....very cute watching seagull babies that lived there though. Was rang early and woken up being told there was a noise complaint about loud music but we were asleep in bed and it wasnt us. They apologised but was annoying. Parking is expensive but matches the local carpark prices.

The location was perfect! An easy walk into the centre and very close to all the sights. Our suite had a lovely view over the wheel and the dock, out to the Mersey. The size of the room was great, the kitchen area was well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, a microwave-combi oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A cloth, scourer, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablet were provided. The bathroom was also a good size, with a nice shower in a large cubicle, lovely toiletries and soft towels (and a flannel) provided. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble! There is a social evening several nights a week, with snacks and drinks provided - a really lovely touch and well worth attending! Breakfast was also great and staff were happy to restock items as necessary. We felt very comfortable and at home there - would certainly recommend, especially as it was such a competitive price.

Location was convenient and quiet, breakfast was substantial choice, room 212 had a broken window seal, (the closing bar was broken on one side) and the wind howled through it all night like a train, making sleep impossible. The staff helped us move rooms and we were compensated fairly and with understanding. The room was spacious and suite well equipped with everything we might need for a short stay. Only down side is there is only one armchair in each room, so if watching a movie or tv programme, one person had to sit at the breakfast bar, or lie on the bed.

At first the staff said the whole hotel was windy because of its dockside location. However, the second room was much quieter because the window closed properly as it should, so the wind outside wasn't any issue for this hotel - just as it shouldn't be for any international hotel.

Great location, lovely view from our room, friendly staff, nice clean facilities and great area for socialising on the ground floor. Warm and friendly environment. Staff helped us change room when we had a problem.

The fridge in our room was noisy and instructions could be better for adjusting the heating/AC. Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful but food ran out quickly due to numbers of guests. An extra toaster would be useful and separate portions of jam/marmalade would be better than jars. Generally very happy with our stay.
