Great Location - Managed to get access 4 hours before check in which was amazing seeing as i had a 9 year old in tow Lady at reception was lovely and very welcoming ( pretty to boot as well haha) The apartment was exceptional and really spacious - great views and clean as a whistle Location just 2 mins walk from the Albert Dock an dbeing able to park outside was incredible will 100 per cent stay again

Location is fantastic & close to all amenities in & around Liverpool. Apartment is roomy, comfortable & clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom & shower extremely roomy. Everything provided that you need eg hairdryer, fan, iron & ironing board, extra pillows. Nice to have a full size fridge in the room. Apartment block feels safe & secure. Nice & quiet. Extremely good value for money. Deserves a higher star rating. We would definitely stay again. ☺️

Not enough crockery & cooking pans if you are wanting to have a night in for a meal. Sofa in the main lounge area is quite uncomfortable to sit on for a period of time due to it being a sofa bed. Just cosmetic things - like TV wires hanging down the wall - would look much better tucked away.

Location, staff and accommodations.

Unfortunately no accessable rooms shower have step into and our on suite had a 10” step and the toilets are very high. The Parking out side the hotel is by arrangement with the council and you have to get a ticket from the car park office a couple of hundred meters away. The Hotel has an Arrangement at a reduced price. There seems to be confusion with the carpark staff as to the issue of the ticket and we were refused at the first try. The two bedroom apartment is perfect except for the bathrooms for family stay. Be aware at the time of our visit there was building work in the area and they started at 06:30.

The location was great, the view was really nice, the apartment itself was really spacious and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was a bit expensive at the nearby car park but to be expected in the city and it was however really easy to park, plus you did get a discount for staying at the hotel. Unfortunately it was really hot when we stayed and the apartment has no air con, so I had difficulty sleeping, but they did provide us with a large fan which was great. We chose breakfast but it was a take away breakfast rather than a sit down breakfast which I hadn't realised. The en-suite in the one room didn't have a door on it which was fine as I stayed in that room on my own but could be an issue for others. Overall though none of these things would put me off staying again.

Loved the location. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Apartment was a good size, two bedrooms, two showers, kitchen, comfortable beds and a sofa. Also a table and chairs for four. If you needed anything extra staff were on hand to help. Will definitely be back. It's become my new favourite hotel. 😊

The only thing I think would be pretty helpful would be things like a salt and pepper set, a plug for the sink so you can keep the dishes nice and clean. Also there was only 3 cups and 3 glasses, for us it was fine but with having 2 bedrooms (4 people) it might be an issue. None of these issues though affected our stay. It was perfect.

Ease of finding the place and finding the multi story carpark nxt door 2 min walk away.checkin was a breeze, staff were friendly and approachable. the apartment was functional,the beds were also good. the grab and go brekki was OK too. Also when you use the multi story carpark don't pay until you have been to the car park office and get your discount by mentioning your stay at dockside apartments,we'll worth it.

One of the bedrooms had vertical blinds which didn't meet or overlap in the corner,there was a gap that people from outside could see in to also didn't block all the daylight out. The toilets were too high (needed a step to get up to it feet were dangling in mid air) if your vertically challenged. there was no curtain or door on the wet room/ en suite and a upstand on the way out of the room, which you could trip over

We loved; The proximity to the Liverpool waterfront and the M&S Arena. The staff were excellent. The view from the living room window, of the Wapping Dock and the Liverpool Cathedral, was great. It was a well equipped apartment for a short stay.

There were no windows or storage in the 2nd bedroom. It was very dark and had no ventilation. The room was overpriced due to an event at the Arena, but this was typical of all the accommodation in this area. There was only 1 bottle of handwash between 2 bathrooms. We requested more but it didn't arrive. There was no outside seating area.

Great location close to the Albert Dock and city centre. The apartment had a lovely view over Wapping dock and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

House keeping and cleaning could be better eg previous occupants towel left in the wardrobe and crumbs left on the lounge table. Sink in the bathroom was blocked but quickly sorted by the maintenance staff once reported. Also the tv came on in the middle of the night three times on full volume- very disturbing. As there was no door on the shower area in one apartment, the floor tiles below the step into the shower area became wet and very slippery - a shower mat to put on the wet slippery tiles would help resolve this matter. Would be helpful to have a hand and tea towel in the kitchen.

Stayed at these apartments for 1 night just as we were there for a football match. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but the receptionist said she would ring us when it was to save us walking back again. 15/20mins later she rang us with an upgraded room on the 6th floor. Was absolutely beautiful. Would have loved to have had more time to spend in apartment but was only a whirlwind visit. Great views , friendly receptionist ( a lovely young girl can't remember her name ) and handy to the town. Great value for money, would Def book again.

It is at the dockside , so if you have walking difficulties it's not for you as it is a good 10min walk to the town , 20min to Liverpool one. Only £5 in a taxi though which we got late at night.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, perfect location for arena, docks, restaurants, bars and cafes. Immaculately clean and comfortable.

The only downside, which is not the hotels fault, is the fire alarm for the whole building went off twice during the night, one time being around 2am which scared the living daylights out of our sleeping 10 year old daughter. BUT the staff dealt with the situation on both occasions very swiftly. Smoking in hotel rooms & burning your toast can be avoided, we just got unlucky that both happened somewhere in the building in one night 😂
