Great Location - Managed to get access 4 hours before check in which was amazing seeing as i had a 9 year old in tow Lady at reception was lovely and very welcoming ( pretty to boot as well haha) The apartment was exceptional and really spacious - great views and clean as a whistle Location just 2 mins walk from the Albert Dock an dbeing able to park outside was incredible will 100 per cent stay again

Location, staff and accommodations.

Unfortunately no accessable rooms shower have step into and our on suite had a 10” step and the toilets are very high. The Parking out side the hotel is by arrangement with the council and you have to get a ticket from the car park office a couple of hundred meters away. The Hotel has an Arrangement at a reduced price. There seems to be confusion with the carpark staff as to the issue of the ticket and we were refused at the first try. The two bedroom apartment is perfect except for the bathrooms for family stay. Be aware at the time of our visit there was building work in the area and they started at 06:30.

Loved the location. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Apartment was a good size, two bedrooms, two showers, kitchen, comfortable beds and a sofa. Also a table and chairs for four. If you needed anything extra staff were on hand to help. Will definitely be back. It's become my new favourite hotel. 😊

The only thing I think would be pretty helpful would be things like a salt and pepper set, a plug for the sink so you can keep the dishes nice and clean. Also there was only 3 cups and 3 glasses, for us it was fine but with having 2 bedrooms (4 people) it might be an issue. None of these issues though affected our stay. It was perfect.

Stayed at these apartments for 1 night just as we were there for a football match. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but the receptionist said she would ring us when it was to save us walking back again. 15/20mins later she rang us with an upgraded room on the 6th floor. Was absolutely beautiful. Would have loved to have had more time to spend in apartment but was only a whirlwind visit. Great views , friendly receptionist ( a lovely young girl can't remember her name ) and handy to the town. Great value for money, would Def book again.

It is at the dockside , so if you have walking difficulties it's not for you as it is a good 10min walk to the town , 20min to Liverpool one. Only £5 in a taxi though which we got late at night.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, perfect location for arena, docks, restaurants, bars and cafes. Immaculately clean and comfortable.

The only downside, which is not the hotels fault, is the fire alarm for the whole building went off twice during the night, one time being around 2am which scared the living daylights out of our sleeping 10 year old daughter. BUT the staff dealt with the situation on both occasions very swiftly. Smoking in hotel rooms & burning your toast can be avoided, we just got unlucky that both happened somewhere in the building in one night 😂

The hotel was clean. It is new, so the amenities are in a very good state. The location is perfect. Close to all the attractions a tourist like me and my husband would love to engage in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very good. I loved it!! View was lovely, overlooking the lake/river. It was nice of the hotel to upgrade us to two room apartment... though I would not have minded or even preferred my original booking if it had a bigger bed. The beds in the rooms we were given are double and not large double or queen, so it might be small for two big sized couple. The walk-in shower is good. I loved that as well. The towels are good sized towels. There is hair dryer in the room. We didn't have hangers in our wardrobe, we were given when we asked. Because it is new and still being built, some things may be missing, but hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help, so just ask for anything that may be missing in your room.

We were not aware that breakfast was grab and go, we would have been mental prepared. So our breakfast was typically the same packed croissant, jam, juice, apple everyday for the 3 nights, 4 days we stayed. Wifi wasn't very good, especially the Friday and Saturday of our stay. We ended up using our mobile hotspot. The space in the bedroom was quite crampy. No walking space between the bed and the wardrobe in our second room. I have stayed in hotels with more comfortable beds.

We were going to see Diana Ross at the M&S Bank and I was looking for somewhere close by to stay. I came across this Best Western Aparthotel and booked a 2 bed apartment. The building is still coming together and it’s pretty much brand new. We were greeted so warmly by the girls at the original reception area. The new much larger reception was due to open today. There was a lift to our apartment and we were wowed as soon as we walked through the door. It was immaculate, beautiful furniture, fully fitted kitchen with everything we may need for a week’s stay never mind one night. The views over the wharf through the patio doors were amazing. We watched paddle boarders and canoeists on the wharf. We can’t wait to go back and see the new reception in all its glory and to catch up with the amazing staff.

I liked how friendly the reception staff were when we arrived and how helpful they were. They directed us to our room and gave us great recommendations on local places to go. That first impression set the tone for the rest of our stay and is why we will be staying again at Dockside aparthotel. Clean, warm, and modern. Ticked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations in what to expect. This hotel deserves more great reviews with how well they're doing. Cant fault them whatsoever. Parking is excellent with a local dockside car park within walking distance and is cheap for 24 hour parking considering its city centre liverpool!! I'll be recommending this apartment/Hotel to all my friends & family visiting Liverpool moving forward.

There were no issues whatsoever for any of us staying

I absolutely loved how spacious the apartment was, how quiet the hotel and area was, the views were amazing especially going on a walk along the River Mersey behind the hotel and there are quite a few attractions, restaurants, bars and shops all along the dock so you don’t actually have to walk or taxi it all the way into the centre of Liverpool unless you want to go for a full day of shopping. Also the staff are so kind and helpful too which made the stay even better.

The only thing I didn’t like was that someone else in the hotel set the fire alarm off at 4am in the morning on one of the days I stayed.

Excellent location. Lovely staff on reception. Great to have kitchenette, longe/diner as well asbedrooms and two bathrooms! Very clean.

No fans in bathrooms which became very steamy very quickly. Lots of doors banging in corridor outside room, some soft close attachments might help. Only 1 loo roll, had to go 5 floors downstairs to get more. The lift was quite temperamental, it made loud squeaks all the time and sounded like it was about to break! The beds were super soft, you could feel every spring. Some mattress toppers would improve the level of comfort.
