We come every year and love your hotel . The location is perfect , and the rooms are lovely !

This is the only criticism I have - The kettle , cups and condiments tray was not clean , thick layer of dust over everything , even the kettle , and fluff on the tray along with dirty dusty drip stains . The coffee making area had certainly not been used or cleaned for a while - it wasn’t a problem I wiped over the kettle and washed the cups . Everything else was fine

My room was comfortable and served my needs very well for my stay. A nice refuge from the business of the conference. I was grateful for the breakfast option, too! It was very convenient to be able to have breakfast in the hotel in the morning before heading over the conference venue. Was also thankful to stow my bag at the hotel the morning I checked out and keep it there some time the last day of the conference, it's always such a help.

Oh, I think the poor staff running the breakfast might have benefitted from one or two extra people. They were having challenges keeping up with clearing tables and seating people as the line got longer after 7:30/8:00 AM. Seemed pretty chill before 7:30, of course. Only sorry I didn't get around to trying an elderberry spritz!

very clean comfortable and spacious. the food was very nice and the cleaners were always working away non stop and were happy to give us extra towels when we needed them. it was also a very nice location and close to everything like shops and bars

the rooms weren’t very ventilated amd was incredibly stuffy. the lights were very dim so was hard to see when doing makeup and such but other than that very good value for money. some of the staff could have been a little nicer when we were asking questions but most were friendly enough

Our room was great with a very comfortable bed and a great view of the 'wheel'. The staff and the hotel in general was great and very much enjoyed our stay there.

We did find breakfast a bit chaotic, they couldn't quite cope with the amount of people so there were queues to get into breakfast, though admittedly we didn't have to wait long. The demand on the buffet was huge so there very a number of times things ran out. Overall, good breakfast though. I did find the reception, bar area and breakfast room very loud and echoey, because they are all hard surfaces, some soft surfaces, furnishings to take the edge of the noise would be a great addition.

When going for an event at the Liverpool Convention Center / M&S Arena, this is a highly recommendable hotel as it is opposite the venue location. Which is also easily reachable by foot and bus, also with lots of restaurant options nearby. Online checkin was easy and onsite personel were also helpful and friendly. The airconditioned rooms are great for temperature copntrole. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was very good.

My room showed some signs of aging, cracked floor tiles and cracks in the sink. but thats understandable. But my main issue was with what looked like a big aged spilled coffeestain in the carpet, I would expect this to be able to be cleaned better. Also in a fully sealed outside-sealed airconditioned room, at times it would be nice to be able to open the window, even if just a little, to let some fresh air in.

Great location, stunning view when our rooms got upgraded to a suite unexpectedly.

Breakfast was very plain amd bland. Disappointed with the sausage, eggs and mushrooms. Husband asked for crossiant but out of stock due to nearly end of Breakfast time which is fair enough. Last morning of check out we landed early for breakfast at 8.30 and no crossiants left with limited pastry, no excuse why they didn't have it in Sunday. 3 good coffee machines and not one of then sticked for choco powder since day one of our stay. 3 days we stay and no chance of enjoy a cuppa of hot chocolate... very disappointing 😞

Got upgraded to a suite - fabulous! Good service in the bar - food and drink

Fabric covered chairs in the bar were stained and needed a change of material. We got affected by the change over of the IT system. This might be why our party regularly had to go to reception to reactivate our key cards? Often, a queue at reception, especially in the afternoon, with check-in /reactivating key cards. No gluten-free bread (!!!) and cakes at breakfast, evenat thd dedicated GF station!. Also, if there had been gluten-free sausage, all cooked breakfast items would be gluten-free, which would reduce the risk of cross-contamination

As soon as we arrived I knew we had made a good choice of where to stay, a beautiful big reception area where drinks, coffee, snacks and a meal can be had, an outside area where you can enjoy refreshments onlooking the dock. Very handy location. We were visiting Gravity Max at Liverpool one and was only a 10-min walk from here. You can eat at the hotel but you are surrounded by a host of restaurants. The staff were so friendly and the most gorgeous clean smell hits you as soon as you walk in the door. Rooms clean and comfortable. The hotel has a discount for parking at the kings dock car park.

There isnt anything we didnt like.

Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early but managed to get checked in and into our room. We had a meal booked in town for 3pm so we were able to wander around town and then get changed before heading out again. The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and despite a conference going on there was lots of room in the hotel bar area to sit and have a quiet drink. It was right beside the docks areas with nice bars, restaurants and a few shops and also not far from Liverpool One. Really handy for the airport too. We have all recommended the Leonardo to friends and family.
