When going for an event at the Liverpool Convention Center / M&S Arena, this is a highly recommendable hotel as it is opposite the venue location. Which is also easily reachable by foot and bus, also with lots of restaurant options nearby. Online checkin was easy and onsite personel were also helpful and friendly. The airconditioned rooms are great for temperature copntrole. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was very good.
My room showed some signs of aging, cracked floor tiles and cracks in the sink. but thats understandable. But my main issue was with what looked like a big aged spilled coffeestain in the carpet, I would expect this to be able to be cleaned better. Also in a fully sealed outside-sealed airconditioned room, at times it would be nice to be able to open the window, even if just a little, to let some fresh air in.

This hotel is perfect!! The hotel is spotless, smells amazing! Has a really good vibe. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing!! The views were breathtaking, the size of the room was great, the bathroom was small but spotless and the shower was fab! Room service everyday and everything keep well stocked up. The bar was a great place to sit take in the view chat and the pint of Guinness was great according to my partner!! We will definitely stay here again, enjoyed our morning walk around the wharf the location is perfect. Added bonus the best Indian restaurant or right Nextdoor!! Best hotel in Liverpool in my opinion, looking to book our next stay soon.

location , facilities all excellent. The night bar staff on our visit were overwhelmed by all the influx of concert fans going to the M & S arena .They seemed uninterested and extremely slow .one of the staff said I will serve you now and disappeared . All the reception staff and cleaning personnel had made our stay a great experience. The breakfast staff were good and friendly. They were helpful and cleared the tables and offered to get you things to assist your breakfast experience overall the stay was a good time and has not put us off staying again soon .
The night bar staff on our visit were overwhelmed by all the influx of concert fans going to the M & S arena .They seemed uninterested and extremely slow .one of the staff said I will serve you now and disappeared .The breakfast staff were bickering about a colleague which is not what you want guests to hear .

Location was great, we spent the day shopping before attending a concert at M&S Bank Arena in the evening. Walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants and directly across from the venue for the evening concert. Check in was great, we arrived early but upon asking could we just leave our luggage until later on when we could check in, we were informed the room was ready and we could leave our luggage in the room. Staff very friendly, great bar area to enjoy a glass of something in the afternoon before going out.
The only suggestion would be to have more seats outside. The weather was lovely bit not enough seats to enable us to sit outside.

I really liked the view from our room. We had a little sofa in our room which meant we had a place to sit down and relax. The reception team were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was 10/10! + view from our table was fantastic! The bar staff were also amazing ! So friendly and the food & drink were superb. I liked how close this location was to the city centre! We had no trouble with key cards for the first time!
The bathroom tap was broken / wobbling and very fragile. It would tap all through the night. Our shower was not very clean :( The room was very cold over all and our heating wouldnt work. No safe.

Fantastic location, great price, superb comfort, rooms were well soundproofed - absolutely no disturbances at all. my room had a double and a single, which was great for the us two friends to be sharing. staff at reception were super efficient, polite, friendly and good facilities, but I didn't really use so cant comment massively on. pillows and bed were very comfortable
I couldn't manually adjust the ac in my room, and it was a very hot weekend. maybe the batteries need changed in the wee machine. But it was a significant issue so iI didn't complain, and so the hotel cant get any criticism for that:)

The location was perfect as we were attending a conference at the ACC. The breakfast was ok but short on healthy selections as I am watching my weight and like fat free yogurts, fruit and granola which was not all available. Our upgrade on all 5 rooms to executive rooms was really appreciated and a nice touch as well as my room 645 which had amazing views. Thanks
My key card kept locking me out of my room and I had to get reset at reception which was a bind. There were a few hygiene issues. The complementary coffee, biscuits and water in the room were a bit of a lottery as to what would be left by room service. The drinks were very overpriced in the bar

This hotel has a lot to offer. Great location, very close to the Albert dock and Liverpool city centre a 10 minute walk away. A lot of food and drink in the bar/restaurant are although we didn't use the hotel for this. Staff are very friendly and work quickly. Fridge in the room (executive suite) was stocked with water soft drinks and chocolate which was a lovely touch. There was also a coffee machine in the room aswell as buscuits. Dressing gown and slippers also provided. I would stay again despite some small issues we had if the room rates where a little more in keeping with the actual rooms. There is a little fridge in the receptionarea stocked with drinks snacks and pot noodles if you get a little peckish once you return back to your hotel.
The room rates are too high in comparison to what you actually get. The room was clean enough but the shower curtain was old and had a lot of mildew on it. The air conditioning In the room didn't work so we did not have a good night's sleep which was nothing to do with the bed, that was actually really comfortable. The housekeeping staff are just lacking in a little attention to detail in my opinion. We paid £157 for night but I think personally it was too high.

The hotel is situated next to the docks, it’s right next to the Ferris wheel which gives you amazing views of the city! The hotel was in a great base to explore, it was clean and tidy with a good choice for breakfast, we paid £13pp for breakfast and it was absolutely worth it - so much choice ! We had a drink in the bar and the bar man “Ste” was great, he was really friendly , chatty and advised us about the restaurant we were going to, when we arrived back after our meal, he asked how it was and made it very personal to us by paying attention! The rooms were clean, tidy and a good size. There is an iron , ironing board and hairdryer! One of my favorite bits was there was plenty of them small milk cartons in the room to have your morning “brew” - something so minor but makes huge difference to me as I love a milky coffee :) All the staff were friendly, they have luggage storage and you get discount on the car park (which is a 5 min walk away)
There wasn’t much we didn’t like it was all pretty good… The only couple of things which would have made it better would have been a fridge in the room and better lighting in the room, also our bathroom light flickered (but that probably just needed a new bulb it wasn’t a big deal)

Staff were brilliant, we had a small issue which was dealt with in an efficient, professional manner. Location was good close to the Albert Docks. Room was lovely everything you could wish for. We had some great views of the Albert Docks and the Liverpool eye. Breakfast was a bit chaotic cooked breakfast was lovely good produce cooked beautifully. Lots of other options for breakfast inc juices, cereals, pastries, cold meats ,cheese, yoghurt, fruit breads and a separate section with gluten free items. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day. We used the bar for a drink in the evening.
Instructions for Nespresso machine in the room would have been handy. Breakfast items ran out and took a while to be replaced bread in particular. Toilet brush in the room.
