My second time staying here and had a lovely time once again. The location is perfect, just minutes from shops and attractions. Staff are amazing. Apartment is nice and big, with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfy big bed. Excellent for a long stay!

Just a few points. The shower screen didn’t close so had to use the luggage rack against it to stop leaking. Lack of homely decor makes it a bit cold and basic. The oven didn’t work, not a huge deal for us as we used the hob more during the week, but needed it for a pizza on the last day. Told the front desk and she was very helpful.

We had a warm reception by the staff. Very pleased with the accom - large bathroom, 2 x rooms with twin beds (one an en-suite with small outside balcony) and stairs to a large living room (with comfortable sofa beds), dining table and excellent kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven). Also a balcony with small table & chairs. Although we were a stones throw away from L1, it was very quiet. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Although it was perfectly located to the hotel, (access from within), the car park was a nightmare to manoeuvre! Would prove difficult if you had a large 4x4 or similar.

Really spacious apartment, ideal for a weeks stay. Huge bed. Great size kitchen, bigger than most aparthotels. Access to a balcony from the living area, would be lovely during warmer weather. Staff very friendly. Location was perfect!

Hot water seemed to be on a timer so would run cold half way through a shower. Constant strange noises from the ceiling and bathroom area that went all day and night. Heaters weren’t very efficient, wouldn’t heat the whole room. On the Saturday night there was a party going on in the apartment next door and was extremely loud. This is probably to be expected on a weekend, but these lads went way over the top, banging furniture around and constantly shouting and screaming. Luckily they left around 12:30 and didn’t come back, but if you are concerned about noise, maybe try somewhere else.

Our Staycity Aparthotel room in Liverpool was absolutely HUGE with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, a massive and comfortable bed, rainforest showers, a bath, and absolutely EVERYTHING we could wish for. It was right in the centre of town, close to everything, had great wifi, and the elevators meant we could roll out touring bicycles right into our room before unloading. The reception staff were very welcoming and helped us out with tours and advice. We only stayed for two nights but should have made a whole week of it. We'll certainly be back.

very good location, walking distance from main points of interest (and i was temporarily walking with crutches :)). a tesco near by, also bars & restaurants and bus station for 82A to and from the airport. very big apartment, with long corridors (too long, but only for my condition :)). also a storage room available for 3-5 pounds / locker. the reception available on wapp

the apartment looked like after a major flood, all the doors and walls were swollen at the bottom, especially in the bathroom and bedroom. but even apart from that, the furniture was chipped, some pieces were missing... it gave you a very strange feeling of cheap and broken. at the check-out we told the lady from the reception and she gave us the standard answer "we will look into it"... as if they wouldn't noticed till that moment... (apartment 9, 1st floor)

Great location and the size of the apartment was bigger than we expected. There were fans in each of the bedrooms and a spare one in a storage cupboard. Beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean.

No lamp in the living room area, no shelf space in either of the 2 bathrooms to place toiletries and no towel hooks to hang up towels in the bathrooms. Some of the glassware in the kitchen cupboards could have done with a run in the dishwasher. These were all minor gripes but they didn't affect the pleasure of our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Location & facilities were excellent but the most important & appreciated element of our stay was the friendly & helpful nature of all the staff (reception & cleaners) We enjoyed their relaxed, yet professional manner and the humour that we associate with Liverpool. The second most valued element was the quietness in our rooms. A lovely suprise given that we were in the centre of a lively city!

(A very minor point as the appartment was so conducive)- An armchair in addition to the sofa would give a more cosy feel to the living room area. Also some basic instructions on the use of the TV would be helpful for us non-techie guests!

Location was great. Beside everything. Apartment was spacious. Kitchen was brilliant. All appliances you would need were supplied. Even tea, coffee and milk. Having 2 bathrooms was brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

We had to wait 45 minutes after check in time to get into our apartment. The receptionist was very flustered. The balcony was in a bit of a state. Needs a make over. Wall ash tray wasn't emptied. Overflowing with cigarette butts. The hobb was a bit tricky to work but we got used to it. The luggage storage facility has lockers but you have to pay for them. Beds were very flimsy. Moved very easily.

The apartment was very clean and very central to the city. Warm apartments even in November with no heating on. .. heating obvs was available but not needed.....and hot water with good showers and bath. Would stay again. Parking was great and staff were so friendly and helpful. Defo recommended. Easy access and lifts to car park area. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hanging space. Kitchen had fridge freezer and even not used there was washing machine and dishwasher available.

Nothing not liked but for future reference.... lighting was very poor .. bulbs n general bedroom lighting not good for hair and make up ! Only 5 of all kitchen crockery.... should be doubled re dishwasher if used. Decor was clean but dark and not homely.... maybe more colour needed for homely feel.. as not a techno person then tv channels were complicated ! Maybe some instructions would be good and again re lighting some lamps . This is not a criticism just a few added touches.. ... more tea coffee n real milk ! No cleaning things like polish etc..

On arrival, we chose to park at the carpark that's located underneath the hotel, plenty of spaces to choose from, and although initially expensive it seems to be the go to pricing for the area so understandable. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff, very friendly and informed us about the Christmas markets that were on. The room we were allocated was lovely and spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We look forward to visiting the city again soon and will definitely be booking to stay here again. Definitely a go to stay from now on.
