My second time staying here and had a lovely time once again. The location is perfect, just minutes from shops and attractions. Staff are amazing. Apartment is nice and big, with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfy big bed. Excellent for a long stay!

Just a few points. The shower screen didn’t close so had to use the luggage rack against it to stop leaking. Lack of homely decor makes it a bit cold and basic. The oven didn’t work, not a huge deal for us as we used the hob more during the week, but needed it for a pizza on the last day. Told the front desk and she was very helpful.

I want to sincerely thank Susie at Staycity City Centre Liverpool for her outstanding service during my stay. She went above and beyond by helping me with parking, arranging an upgrade, and swiftly resolving an issue when a food delivery was falsely marked as delivered while I was away. Susie’s kindness didn’t stop there—she warmly engaged with my children, brought smiles to their faces with her cheerful attitude, and even gave them a thoughtful gift with Staycity drewing set. Her genuine hospitality and positive energy truly made our experience memorable. Staycity is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring team member. Thank you, Susie!

I wish car parking cheaper

We found the carpark without any issues and paid the £15 required on entry. We went through a door straight into reception where we were very cheerfully welcomed by Cristian, who was very informative and friendly. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms so we were able to choose between a double bed or 2 singles made up as a double, which makes it much bigger and more suitable for the space we’re used to. There are also 2 bathrooms, one quite small one off one of the bedrooms and another down the hall. Perfect for allowing us to get ready at the same time without falling over each other. The kitchen is fully equipped with a nice sized fridge and freezer. Unfortunately there was no ice made but we were able to make that ourselves. Also there were no shelves is the door so every needed to be laid down. The milk leaked and we moved our shelves so the milk could stand. Tescos and Home Bargains are just around the corner. The apartment is nice and central with plenty of pubs, restaurants and places to buy food close by. The Washing machine was a welcome appliance as we’ve been traveling a couple of weeks now. The shower in the ensuite was small but powerful and hot.

The couch in the lounge is a sofa bed but is uncomfortable for sitting on for a long time and there are no cushions. There is no washing machine instructions and it makes a nasty deep rumble when drying. Took ages to get it to dry. It would be nice to have a lamp in the lounge.

Beautiful, large penthouse apartment, felt like a home away from home. Everything was perfect. Luggage lockers very useful, being able to book ubers, tours etc from reception area was extremely convenient. Staff exceptionally nice, very helpful and informative giving us directions and information on city. Went for special family occasion and staff very kindly left birthday card for my son's 21st birthday in the apartment as well as some complimentary drinks. Cannot praise this apartment highly enough. 10 out of 10. Thank you for such a fabulous experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for place to stay in liverpool.

Grab rails in shower and bath for safety for those with mobility issues would be brilliant. Otherwise could not find a single fault. It's an amazing place to stay.

The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance – both the bus station (5 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace) and the train station (10 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace). A bus that goes directly to the airport stops just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, yet there are still functioning clubs, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores open all night. The room is great, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils. A tip for travelers: check which adapters you’re bringing for charging your devices. We had to find alternative solutions because our adapters didn’t fit the sockets.

The only thing that was missing was air conditioning in every room, but we managed by using a fan and opening the windows.

We had a warm reception by the staff. Very pleased with the accom - large bathroom, 2 x rooms with twin beds (one an en-suite with small outside balcony) and stairs to a large living room (with comfortable sofa beds), dining table and excellent kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven). Also a balcony with small table & chairs. Although we were a stones throw away from L1, it was very quiet. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Although it was perfectly located to the hotel, (access from within), the car park was a nightmare to manoeuvre! Would prove difficult if you had a large 4x4 or similar.

Our Staycity Aparthotel room in Liverpool was absolutely HUGE with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, a massive and comfortable bed, rainforest showers, a bath, and absolutely EVERYTHING we could wish for. It was right in the centre of town, close to everything, had great wifi, and the elevators meant we could roll out touring bicycles right into our room before unloading. The reception staff were very welcoming and helped us out with tours and advice. We only stayed for two nights but should have made a whole week of it. We'll certainly be back.

Really spacious apartment, ideal for a weeks stay. Huge bed. Great size kitchen, bigger than most aparthotels. Access to a balcony from the living area, would be lovely during warmer weather. Staff very friendly. Location was perfect!

Hot water seemed to be on a timer so would run cold half way through a shower. Constant strange noises from the ceiling and bathroom area that went all day and night. Heaters weren’t very efficient, wouldn’t heat the whole room. On the Saturday night there was a party going on in the apartment next door and was extremely loud. This is probably to be expected on a weekend, but these lads went way over the top, banging furniture around and constantly shouting and screaming. Luckily they left around 12:30 and didn’t come back, but if you are concerned about noise, maybe try somewhere else.

very good location, walking distance from main points of interest (and i was temporarily walking with crutches :)). a tesco near by, also bars & restaurants and bus station for 82A to and from the airport. very big apartment, with long corridors (too long, but only for my condition :)). also a storage room available for 3-5 pounds / locker. the reception available on wapp

the apartment looked like after a major flood, all the doors and walls were swollen at the bottom, especially in the bathroom and bedroom. but even apart from that, the furniture was chipped, some pieces were missing... it gave you a very strange feeling of cheap and broken. at the check-out we told the lady from the reception and she gave us the standard answer "we will look into it"... as if they wouldn't noticed till that moment... (apartment 9, 1st floor)

Great location and the size of the apartment was bigger than we expected. There were fans in each of the bedrooms and a spare one in a storage cupboard. Beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean.

No lamp in the living room area, no shelf space in either of the 2 bathrooms to place toiletries and no towel hooks to hang up towels in the bathrooms. Some of the glassware in the kitchen cupboards could have done with a run in the dishwasher. These were all minor gripes but they didn't affect the pleasure of our stay and we would definitely stay here again.
