The location. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped with white goods. Good electric heaters.

Very dated. Not as modern as photos on booking.com show. Needs updating and lots of damage. The seats collapse when you sit on the Leather sofa in living room. The seal on the shower door was hanging off at the bottom. Bedside lampshade was damaged in one of the bedrooms. Quite a small tv. They advertise shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. All we had was shower gel. They say they provide salt and pepper, there was none. Tea, coffee & milk was sachets as you would get in a hotel room. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Great location and facilities. Apartment was spotlessly clean.

A very strong smell of bins/sewers in the stairs and lift area.

Location was a little walk from night out centre but plenty to do around the apartment places to have a fab meal and drink right next to apartment.

Sofa bed very thin mattress Outside light didn’t work so hard to open the door in the dark Not enough coat hangers Hot water ran out when we were all trying to get washed before we went out for the night. A few scuffs on the flooring broken tile in bathroom and rip in the curtain not major problems but didn’t want to get the blame and loose deposit so took photos on arrival

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a good base for us. Bed was really comfortable

Unfortunately what is shown on Booking website for 'penthouse apartment' is actually a duplex. On Booking there is no mention of stairs and unfortunately I have limited mobility and this would be too much for me. We ended up being 'downgraded' to another apartment but this met our needs and was lovely. However if I had had the full information at the time of booking it would have cost me less as I still ended up paying for the penthouse apartment. Complaint sent to Booking.com but no response.

When we first arrived and checked in I had such a comprehensive service from the person behind the desk. Instructions and info were so clear and easy, even down to photos of what the parking lot looked like. I'm sorry I didn't ask for his name he is an asset to your team! Location was great, very quiet but minutes walk away from the city centre and loads of good places to eat and drink. Apartment itself is clean, large and has everything you need!

We have an under 2 year old and it didn't keep her awake - but you will hear city noise like extractor fans from the restaurants nearby.

The location was great. Very easy to find from Liverpool One bus station. Great location for the Philharmonic Hall, Chinatown and the cathedrals. We had a balcony which was wonderful - morning coffee looking across the city to the various landmark buildings.

Purely a personal thing and certainly not a criticism. I could have done with either salt and pepper pots or even just sachets. Some places I've stayed have these and some don't so I don't expect them to be provided but its handy if they are there.

The location is great, we like staying on Duke Street as can walk to everything. This apartment is at the Cathedral end of Duke Street. Easy walking distance to pubs, lots of cafes, Bold Street, and Liverpool One.

The outside of the property ie. the entry into the apartment is a bit drab but honestly this is not a deal breaker. Felt very secure. I wanted to cook a few things in the apartment and there wasn;t anything like spatula's or scissors etc but these are just minor things.

5 min walk to edge of the shops and bars. Underground secure car parking. Beds really comfy. Extremely spacious living room and master bedroom Best suited to people that want to enjoy the shops, bars and clubs but also want to get some sleep!

Decor is a little tired if being picky. These managed lets will always suffer with high usage levels tbf so its just a minor thing. When you balance the usual criteria of location, price and property standards it was by some distance the best option for the weekend.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. Its location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit. The cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. Plus, with its spacious layout, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people was a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a convenient and comfortable stay!

very spacious apartments lovely bright clean apartment had absolutely everything you needed for your stay was supplied with tea coffee milk sugar and a few biscuits very nice touch as we arrived into Liverpool after 12 in evening with children so a nice cuppa was well needed. The apartments are in a great location very noisy at night but expected that as we were in Liverpool city centre. Location was excellent walking distance to everything, lots of nice restaurants at the apartments. I would certainly recommend these apartments
