The location was perfect - near to the Liverpool One bus station and all city centre shopping. The Albert Dock and Cavern Club were all within easy walking distance. There were lots of good restaurants in the vicinity offering a wide range of options. Parking at Posh Pads was easy and safe. The postcode from Booking.com was not for the Posh Pads parking garage, but for a public car park round the corner. However reception staff at Posh Pads guided us brilliantly over the phone to where we should be. The staff are a huge asset to this apartehotel! The kitchen was very well equipped and it was an added bonus that dishwasher tablets & washing up liquid etc were provided.

The apartment was a little tired and was probably due a refurb. The noise from the road was occasionally intrusive, but only what might be expected at city centre accommodation. It didn't stop us sleeping as our bedroom was at the back of the apartment. Instructions for using the hob and oven would have been useful, plus a gas gun for the hob ( one was provided the next morning).

Location: The accommodation was in a very convenient area, close to Liverpool One and Albert Dock, which made it easy to get around and find what I needed. Room: The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had ample space for my belongings, and the lighting and ventilation were satisfactory. Bed: The bed was very comfortable, with clean sheets and a firm mattress that gave me a good night's sleep. Parking: Indoor parking costs £15 per day, which seemed fairly reasonable considering the location.

I was after a large/bright/modern apartment in Liverpool for 2 nights, and Posh Pads delivered. As they had various photos of their different apartments, I tried asking for choices in advance - they responded promptly to phone calls and emails, but couldn't promise anything. However, on check-in, the concierge showed me three available apartments, so I could pick my favourite (#10, with a balcony). The lounges were large and modern, and the bedroom plush. I also liked that I was in the centre of Liverpool, so could walk to loads of restaurants and nightlife in minutes. Also handy to have parking in the basement (though £15/night extra). Photos show 2 different apartments.

Not really a problem, just an observation - the bedroom window had a blue film over it (probably to make the sky look clear on an overcast day), but it made the room feel odd during the day.

Amazing room and really comfy and clean

Large comfortable apartment in a great location: One block from airport bus and just a couple of blocks from Liverpool Central Station, large Tesco one block away, many restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Hotel staff was great - it was wonderful to have an actual person sitting in lobby instead of calling or texting to get questions answered and problems solved. My only complaint is that, for my old eyes the apartment could have used more light in the kitchen and bathroom.

What a wonderful 3 days we have just spent in Liverpool celebrating hubby's birthday, it is our favourite UK city and we have been lucky enough to be able to enjoy time there most years recently. It really does have something for everyone. It is very clear that a lot of money has been spent investing in this awesome city. It's an absolute joy to spend time there. Plus the fairy lights are on another level this time of year! Trained it to let the train take the strain - no hassle or expense of parking - and fortunately both trains were on time! No changes and cheap as chips. We stayed in a one bedroom very plush apartment - POSH PADS My observations: Very secure Parking available Staff great, friendly and helpful Apartment amazing - so posh (obviously) and spacious (go for a room at the back away from the noise at the front - suggest room 15) Spotlessly clean Well equiped kitchen Quality furnishings Comfy bed (extremely) Luxury bedding Separate lounge with big comfy L shaped suite Shower great - nice and hot Lots of mirrors! City centre location, great for Liverpool 1 and the docks Luggage storage room Fantastic restaurant and bar right next door and plenty more around and about Great value for money - Premier Inn more expensive! Penthouse suites available for that special occasion - balcony included 😉 10 minutes walk from train station We love it here and will be back

Room 8 was noisy

Superb location, 2 minutes walk to Albert Docks, 1 minute to fab shopping area, close to restaurants. A short walk to bars. Reception staff so friendly and helpful, always happy and very welcoming. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well set out. The large lounge/diner/kitchen was a wonderful space with large windows, very light. Hardly any noise from street considering how central the apartment is. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had all the utensils you need, and shower was hot ..no complaints at all!

These apartments are exactly as advertised. Very comfortable with the best quality furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and just of a high standard. We never heard any noise from other guests at all, it was a very peaceful stay. The apartments are very central too , you are close to everything. The best thing about this place was the receptionist called Natalie, she went over and above to help us out and make our stay comfortable. We had to move after just one night in different property across town that turned out to be of a really terrible standard (not in anyway connected to these properties) and after a previous stay in posh pads we knew it was great. After booking online I then called the reception and spoke to Natalie. She was so helpful and kind and got us fixed up with an apartment and allowed us to check in early. She was an absolute star. There was no extra charge for this just a lovely kind gesture . We will definitely return and use Posh pads every time from now on. Thank you Natalie for your kindness , we really appreciate it ❤️

Everything was great

A fantastic location for spending a few days in Liverpool, everything is close by. When we arrived, I was disappointed to see that the double bed was small and we're used to a superking. I explained the potential lack of sleep, and lucky for us, the lovely male staff member moved us to another apartment with a bigger bed. Fully equipped kitchen, with some washing up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets. Nice bed linen and soft towels, even some lovely smelling soap in the bathrooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Basement car park on site. Great communication from the staff prior to our arrival.

It's really noisy all night being central, so ear plugs are advised. No recycling facilities on site, so I brought mine home!
