I stayed here for 3 days with my son and we loved the overall experience at the property. The entire stay from check in to check out was very smooth. During check in we were clearly explained our options for the room based on our requests. We had accidentally requested for late check in instead of early check in but the staff were nice enough to figure it out and give us options for early check in. The staff at the reception were very friendly and always sported a smile. They were always asking about our day or our plans and gave us some advice as well which was lovely. The housekeeping staff were extra nice and they gave us whatever supplies we needed. Staff at the restaurant were also very courteous and prompt. All the staff were very flexible and just made our stay very comfortable. The room was very well kept as well. We loved the overall ambiance of the property as well. It gave us a feel of a nice boutique hotel very tastefully designed in line with the name of the hotel which was very cool. The location of the property is perfect as its close to all the major attractions, shopping, bus stops and some very nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast spread was not great. The options were quite limited especially for vegetarians. The selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals were quite poor.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Proximity to Liverpool city centre and the Docks was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Only one criticism… upon checking out we were informed by reception that there was no photograph taken of our car having entered the recommended car park (NCP Capital near by) and consequently the hotel could not offer us the subsidised parking rate. This may well be a fault on the NCP system but through no fault of our own we could not take advantage of the subsidised parking rates which were advertised by the hotel and was a major consideration of us opting for this hotel. A shame the hotel couldn’t sort this out and subsequently put a bit of a dampener on an otherwise fantastic short break in hotel Indigo.

Good location for city centre and dock areas. About 15 minutes walk from Albert Dock. Bus stop outside the hotel, plenty of taxis available. Good choice of breakfasts, room was very clean and a reasonable size, plenty of storage and nice to have a mini bar not charging for non alcoholic drinks. Good hairdryer!

Pillow weren’t very good, and duvet was a bit hot for the time of year, (early July). Air conditioning was a little bit noisy to keep on all night.

This is our second stay at The Indigo Hotel and it didn't disappoint. The whole hotel is so quirky, from the minute you enter the foyer you can't help but be impressed with the decor. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant for a Surprise Birthday Meal, and the staff were so helpful in helping me decorate the table. The location is excellent, turn right and you are just a few minutes from the Liver Building and the waterfront, turn left and you are 5 mins from Liverpool 1.

I recently stayed at the Indigo Hotel in Liverpool with my son and nephews to see the Liverpool v West Ham match at Anfield and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The location is absolutely excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main sights, shops, and restaurants on foot. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Every interaction was friendly and professional, and they genuinely made me feel at home. One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast. It was varied, fresh, and absolutely delicious—plenty of options to suit all tastes, whether you're after a hearty full English or something lighter and healthier. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience

Lovely hotel in a great location, super comfortable, very clean and lovely breakfast

The guy on reception when we arrived at the hotel late in the evening was extremely rude and unhelpful. My friend had had to park her car in a hurry to attend our event and had not had time to drop her suitcase at the hotel. When we returned the car park was locked up and she could not access her car to retrieve her case. We were told her license plate ‘must be dirty’ therefore the number wasn’t being recognised to allow access. He did not offer any assistance such as calling anyone from the car park (which the hotel has an arrangement with) or offering any supplies etc. She was then given a key to someone else’s room and walked in on a couple of who were already in there. Had to return to reception to get the correct key. Receptionist unapologetic and rude

The welcome and help I received from Amy on reception was first rate. She's brilliant! I bumped into the lady cleaning my room as well who was lovely plus the barman was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy with snacks and drinks which was great. Hairdryer powerful and handy to have a safe. Also able to leave my bag behind reception for a few hours after check out giving me more flexibility to explore Liverpool before heading home.

I'd prefer a bath to a shower and it was hard to get a good temperature for the shower. TV was awkward to work until I got the hang of the remote!

Clean, modern room, brilliant shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also tea/coffee/soft drinks and a couple of complimentary snacks in the room which was great. All staff very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good too. Great location in city centre b near, shops, bars and restaurants.

If we didn’t have breakfast included in the room, I think the hot options were quite small portion sizes for the £20 it would have cost. I had smashed avocado and poached egg on sour dough and it was only one slice and one egg. Not the end of the world but if compared to a premier inn breakfast which is cheaper and all you can eat, that does seem better value for money. However this is a nicer hotel and breakfast is part table service too which was nice.

Location is good, clean hotel, seating area out front is nice to have a drink/coffee before heading out.

The restaurant was very slow, my steak was ordered med rare, was cooked well done. Husband is unable to eat fries so asked for potatoes instead and were charged and they came out when nearly finished our meal. Asked for water, never arrived. Staff were very nice but forgot orders. They had to keep checking if they had food available when we were ordering our food (4 people) Drinks took a long time to arrive, all in all meal was okay but nothing special. Would not book Resturant again.

This was our 1st stay in Hotel Indigo and the property is very well located to all the attractions you would want to visit. The staff were very friendly especially Bradley at check in who made myself and my wife very welcome when we arrived. He took the time to explain where all the amenities were in the hotel and went the extra mile for us. The room was perfect for us as we were just there for 2 nights,perfectly clean and tidy and again everything we needed for our short stay. The bar was lively and again staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant but the food smelt amazing. We had breakfast as part of our stay and the selection of cereals and other options were again to a high standard. The cooked breakfast was delicious and just enough to set us both up for the day. While out walking along the Albert Dock we came across a couple of strangers who were attending the Comic Con event which lightened the mood. All around the staff were excellent and we will make a return visit in the near future.
