Good location, close to some shops, bars and places to eat, 5-10 min walk.. Only 15 mins in a taxi to city centre. Lad on the desk was great, arrived a bit early and accomodated me and my friend with an early check in and upgraded me to a double room with bathroom. Place looked a bit dated outside but was clean, tidy and modernish enough inside. General area was decent and met some decent people.

Room 6 was lovely, high ceiling, clean, the bed was very comfortable, surprised to see a bath that size and a large shower in the bathroom along with 2 sinks. The staff would lovely, there was a fire alarm issue prior to my arrival which the lady handled very well and was very genuine with her comments during the resolutions, id be very happy to stay there again.

Please hide the TV cables and for some reason the led ceiling lights got stuck on pink (it was probably my fault for playing with them for 20 minutes - hahhaha ) they were a nice touch.

Great hotel just outside of town with easy public transport to the city centre. Some good bars and restaurants nearby just a 10 minute walk to Crosby’s South road. The staff were amazing, couldn’t have done more to make my stay more comfortable.

Staff was really helpful and kind. It seem quite far from center but actually with the buses and the train, we didn’t find any trouble regarding access. The room was very tidy and clean.

An easy Uber to Anfield and near to the Liverpool Tube system too (Merseyrail). A lot cheaper that the hotels in the centre of town on match day. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable,

Newly refurbished room was of very high standard.

Parts of the hotel (eg front door) were in need of refurbishment to match bedroom standard.

Our employees had nothing but good things to say, beautiful rooms, great shower, netflix was an added bonus and well enjoyed by them!
