5 Star ⭐️ Beautiful Guest House Julie who is the owner is so amazing and helpful.. I had taken my 2 dogs 🐶🐾🐾 and Julie was great with them. Relaxed and chilled house Home from home 🏠 I booked solo so I thought I would be in tiny single room.. my room was great and great size..huge fridge plenty of water. En-suite was 😊 great. Lovely power shower. Everything you need! Not 2 teabags .. like most hotels was 50 lol I ended up staying a second night, peaceful chilled house… laid back owners. Julie went out of her way to help me ,, I had not eaten and was very late .. little tap on my room was Julie with lots of goodies. Highly recommend guys I will be back 🐾🐾🐾🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Thankyou for amazing ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️

Julie was such a friendly host. The single room was really clean, well equipped, and comfortable. I also had more room than I was expecting. The price was also incredibly reasonable. Having such a friendly host really helped make my solo trip more enjoyable. As a single female I instantly felt comfortable and at ease staying there. Would fully recommend and if I am in Liverpool again this would be the first place I look to see if there is availability. The area itself is not full of things to do, but the bus links are good and it is just a short drive to the centre making it an ideal base.

Nothing. A real gem of a place.

Breakfast was lovely and included in the price. Julie is a lovely host who is a pleasure to talk to. Good location when it comes to Goodison and not too far from either Anfield or Bramley moore and the centre of town is a bus away. Parking was good and the beds were so comfy! Will definitely use this again the next time we're up to watch the mighty blues again.

Did not affect us at all but there were pets around the breakfast room. Once again this was not a problem for us and was actually nice to get a cuddle or 2 from some cats and dogs during breakfast but obviously some may not like this.

From the moment I walked into Julies home (it's a homely guest house and thats what it felt like) Julie was so lovely and welcoming. Even though I arrived before check in time, she was able to give me my room which was much appreciated. She even came out to see how I got on when I got back from my 1st day out in the city. I loved the homely feel from the guest house, at breakfast Coco and Kim the family dogs came out to say hello to us. The bedroom was quite big, it had everything I could have needed, a fridge, kettle, a fan, TV etc. and it was super clean. There were so many little thoughtful bits that Julie puts in to the room like bottled water and biscuits, tea, coffee etc. There were even toiletries in the bathroom. Julie and her husband Peter are just lovely people. There were personal touches that you just wouldn't get in a 5 star hotel. I stayed for 3 nights, but my main reason was to see Pink in Anfield. Peter was so kind and gave me a lift to Anfield stadium, and Julie organised a shuttle back to the guesthouse after the concert. This made my evening stress free and I am super grateful to both of them. For anyone that might be a little hesitant about the location, I was too but its just a short bus ride outside the city and it turned out to be the best decision I made for my trip to Liverpool. It's very accessible to the city with multiple bus routes and away from the hustle and bustle. Until the next time Julie, Peter, Coco and Kim, take care. 😊

There was nothing not to like.

Great location, didn’t struggle for parking, host was super friendly and welcoming!

Only have two things to say about the property. 1. Shower temp was a bit difficult to regulate. 2. Bed wasn’t super comfortable. But these are just very picky things, more constructive criticism because this stay has genuinely been one of the best and as I travel for work a lot and have to stay at places all around the country I feel like a place like this is very difficult to find.

The hotel was as expected from the photos, the owner was really nice and had a good laugh with us. We were visiting family at really short notice on the bank holiday weekend so we were struggling to find accommodation so quickly, the guest house was perfect for us to get our heads down for the night and did the job - the beds were comfy and facilities were good for the price paid. We didn't have breakfast but it was available for us if we wanted it and we were able to check in early which was really helpful too, the owner was very communicative.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner. Good breakfast. Relaxed with flexibility to come and go as required. Parking for up to eight cars. Tea and coffee in the room.

You have to remember that this is not a hotel. Hot water was tepid, but perhaps if we left it for longer it might have been ok - just didn’t want to waste it. Towels were very rough. Not a great location but public transport very nearby.

Friendly and welcoming. We were here for the Pink concert, and Julie had arranged for us all to be picked up afterwards for a fee, of course. Alex was great he communicated with us continually to ensure we could find him to take us back to the Breeze. It was a hot day, and the rooms were very warm, but we were provided with a fan which helped massively. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Will definitely stay here again.

The room we had was at the top of the house and on the road, which was a little noisey even with the windows shut

The location worked well for me. I was in the area on business and the Hotel was a 10 mins drive from where I was working. The hotel was clean and tidy. It was well situated for a good local pub where food was available. The breakfast was excellent. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and respectful. Highly recommended. I will definitely visit again if in the area.

Great guest house ideally located for Anfield. The room on the top floor was a good size with very comfortable beds and a sizeable, spotlessly clean bathroom with a good shower. The toiletries provided were of good quality. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. What made our stay so special was the fantastic welcome we received on arrival and how accommodating the owner was to allow us to check in early, despite the fact that it was an extremely busy weekend for them. Superb service and very friendly people!
