Everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Location to Anfield stadium. The room coming with a kettle, tea, milk, coffee sugar and complimentary biscuits is fantastic. I have crohns and ulcerative colitis with hip problems and also hearing aid user. Which I didn't mention at all to hotel tia before or during our stay. The fact that everything was accessible and the staff very helpful was perfect without them knowing about my disabilities was amazing. A great peacful night sleep also with no disturbances. I've stayed in both Hotel tia rooms and apartment. Very welcoming, great atmosphere. Hope to return again if possible.

We stayed in an apartment attached to the hotel. Everything is new, beautiful decor, everything you need for a short stay. Perfect if visiting anfield stadium for a game or tour. 2 min walk from the ground. The bar area was closed as we came out of season, but it looks like it would be amazing in the warmer months. Staff were all great.

Although the bed was comfortable, it was really small. Small double, so it was not ideal for my 6-foot 6 husband. The shower was lovely, but the pressure was not the best. Can't change the temperature in the room as protected by a code. I get quite cold, so I would have been more comfortable if it had been a couple of degrees higher than 21. All small issues and just a reflection of my preferences.

The hotel was amazing. Me and my partner both said it’s one of the best we’ve stayed in for comfort, cleanliness and being very modern! I booked this two night stay for a birthday surprise for my partner. Christine was happy to communicate with me via booking.com and answered any questions I had ( there was a lot haha). I asked if they could possibly provide some birthday decorations and pop together my partner a hamper if I paid extra. Christine was more than happy to do so, she asked what sort of items he liked and went above and beyond by putting banners up and getting him a personalised card from all the staff at hotel TIA. Our expectations were exceeded and we would 100% visit again without a doubt and would recommend to all our family. Thank you so much again for such an amazing visit!

There was nothing. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We did believe when booking that breakfast was included however Christine explained that it wasn’t working out for them that they decided to stop doing it, however I completely understood and there were loads of amenities close by. The hotel staff were even happy enough to provide us with details for places that did breakfast!

Lovely, as described, there's 1 big attic dormitory style bedroom, and 2 good doubles. Good equipment, all clean n nice, bedding lovely & clean, everything worked well. Hot tub well maintained.

Be great to have an instruction booklet, took a while to work our how to get dishwasher going, it wasn't plugged in n was difficult to find that & do it. The kitchen seating could be better, sleeping 8 ,but only 4 can sit at the table, the comfy kitchen seating area could perhaps be reconfigured so all can eat comfortably together.

Hotel was so convenient for our stay as we was at a concert at the Anfield and you can literally see the stadium when you walk out of the hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but we was provided a complimentary drink and waited outside, it wasn't too long before we was in our room. It was quiet and considering the weather was hot the room was nice and cool! Husband enjoyed the food, reasonably priced. Beer gardens both front and back was great. The shower was amazing! Not often we stay in hotels where the shower actually has water pressure behind it. Bed was comfy, we liked the 2 duvet idea rather than one big one, check out timings was confusing as on Booking it says 11, but on arrival you're told 10:30, it's only half hour but does make a tiny bit of a difference. However, they understood and we checked out at 10:45. Car park is small but providing everyone parks being considerate to others, you can easily park nicely without cars being damaged. Overall, great stay and would definitely book again if ever at another concert! 😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tia. We went to the Pink concert Monday night 24/06/24. Anfield was a 2 minute walk in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and very welcoming, always there if you needed anything. My husband and I had a few drinks at the hotel before and after the Pink concert and the atmosphere was chilled out with Pink playing in the background it was the perfect end to an awesome night. We would like to say a massive thank you to Hotel Tia for all the hospitality and making us feel at home. The apartment we had was first class absolutely beautiful. We will definitely let Christine and the team know when we’l be back. So from us to you a massive thank you very much (Diolch yn fawr iawn). Mr and Mrs Roberts.

As we our Welsh the addition of a cooked breakfast would have been the icing on the cake😉. Nonetheless still a lovely breakfast.

The apartments were well decorated and modern made it feel like a second home. It was great to have 2 bathrooms and a big living space. The heating came on quick when it started to get a bit cold too! It was also so clean and the beds were very comfy. Christine was beyond helpful by putting up birthday decorations I had posted over for my friends birthday as a surprise and it looked great.

We couldn’t get connected to the WiFi and it would have been nice to have some sort of curtain in the living room with the big window.

We liked everything about this accommodation. We stayed here for my sons birthday ready to go to anfield. the hotel is situated right in the centre of everything you could possibly need. The room was spotless,spacious & such good value for money. Karen was also so helpful & friendly. Would 100% stay here again & would highly recommend. We genuinely haven't stayed in anywhere as nice.

There was nothing to dislike.

The is a fabulous hotel on the Anfield Road. Location was brilliant for the stadium and Anfield area but also a short taxi journey to the city centre. Rooms were newly renovated and had everything you needed. They were fresh spacious and clean. Shower was powerful, bed and bedding were comfy, fresh and clean and the room had all you needed. We were missing a hairdryer but that was solved as soon as we mentioned it. Secure parking was available at their property next door which was fantastic as once we'd arrived we didn't need to move the car. Breakfast included was continental however it was cereals, toast, fruit, juice and hot drinks. Would've loved some pastries. However, what made this place superb was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. From the check in, to drinking in the bar to just having a general chat every single member was lovely. We will definitely be back again and can't wait. As this is next to the stadium it has a huge beer garden with live entertainment which can be loud on match days. Didn't bother us but if you're not a footie fan or wanting a relaxed retreat this may not be for you.

Fab location went to dua lipa concert last night , 2 min walk from anfield stadium, apartment better than expected very clean spacious and airy , very well equipped, we even had an outside area with tables and chairs, lovely staff!!! Shout out to Christine who was more than helpful with my booking!!! Very highly recommend these fabulous apartments you will not be disappointed!!!!!
