Thanks for an affordable rate on a night of a big Springsteen event in Liverpool where other hotels had overly inflated prices. Currently under refurbishment this property is operating on a contactless Airbnb type basis which works well at the moment. The New Everton stadium next door is a golden opportunity for this hotel to get the bar and accommodation up to standard for this business to prosper. As an Everton Fan living in Bristol I would look forward to booking this Hotel for matches or stadium events.

Currently under renovation. Pity the Bar or lounge area was not accessible. The Airbnb contactless approach is okay but will not make the best business model going forward given the opportunity posed by the brand new stadium on the doorstep.

A nice, clean, simple room with all the necessities in a quieter location, not too far from the city centre. I liked the instructions provided on the inner door which also consisted of contacts, addresses and directions of key locations. I liked the fact the venue is understated and punches above its weight - it may look rough round the edges on the outside although on the inside it's reasonably smart, clean and organised.

My only dislike was my window wouldn't stay open.... Possibly a component missing although nothing major.

Perfect location for an event at the Blackstone Street Warehouse. Just a 5 minutes walk to the venue and 10 minutes walk to the closest Merseyrail station. To the town centre, 10 minutes taxi ride or 20 minutes by train (including the walk to the station). It was a very easy check-in process and we were allowed to check-in a little earlier than 3pm. It was also the only hotel (well under) £200 a night on a weekend when several big events were happening across the city.

The floor and drawers were a little dirty and there was no shower gel in our room.

Given the two star state of the location in a clearly run down area of Liverpool, it was a wonderful surprise to open the door onto a smart, modern, boutique hotel, created with excellent taste out of an old pub. Spotlessly clean, quiet, restful, neutral colours, comfortable, even free onstreet parking right outside. It didn't matter that there was no reception staff as we received clear instructions as to now to get in and check out. Will certainly recommend as somewhere to stay in Liverpool if travelling by car, and no need to stay in the city centre.

Nice room, large windows made it feel bright and airy. Nice bathroom, everything you need. I also like the location, short taxi ride in and out of town. A lot quieter than central location likely to have been. All in all a nice stay.

No WIFI or very poor signal so smart TV all but useless. No milk left with coffee and tea was disappointing. Advert a little misleading re parking, short distance away? We parked roadside as did another couple staying there, they were also confused over the situation. Not sure what mattress used but not great support, back ache in morning. Sounds like I'm moaning but these weren't necessarily very bad things, just feedback for hotel on areas they may wish to consider for improvement.

Rooms were clean, nice and warm. Great location walking distance to the titanic hotel. (We had a wedding there.) We would use this place again if needed. Instructions regarding assessing the building were clear, code was provided in adequate time by host. Didn't have to contact host & could check in whenever suited us. My husband loved that it was close to the new Everton stadium. (Even though he supports Manchester United) plenty of towels available & bed was so cosy too.

We stayed here for Sonny fodera event at blackstone street warehouse. It was the perfect distance away. It was clean and easy to navigate. It had everything we needed for the stay. We did need to contact the number for site manager and they were able to help up with any questions we had. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was modern and spotless and very comfortable

Location was good for us for a night at the invisible wind factory but cost £8 in a Uber to and from Liverpool city centre for pre drinks. Was a slight issue with the incorrect code given to access the property at 1st but one quick phone call to the hotel and was resolved within a minute.

Perfect location to Blackstone Street Warehouse, really easy to get Ubers ect. Safe location. Even better, my boyfriend lost his phone on the final night, successfully contacted the number available for the hotel who found it 2 days later and is going to post it back out to us! Perfect communication, perfect stay, thankyou so much!

This is the second time i have stayed here whilst visiting liverpool. Can’t fault the hotel at all, it’s always clean and has everything you need. The room has fresh towels, soap, shower gel, a kettle, mini waters and a tv. We stayed in the 4 persons room which had two double beds and was very spacious.
