The apartment we had was stunning. On the 27th floor with a gorgeous view over the river across to Birkenhead. The living area was perfect for us. We had two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds also looking out over the river and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We each had our own bathroom which was beautiful and clean. The rest of the building was lovely and clean and very quiet. Although its princes dock it’s right next to Albert dock for bars, restaurants, shops and the museum.

Checking in and our key didn’t work so they had to change our room. This worked out better for us though as we were higher up. I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work, it just poured water onto the counter top. There was a bit of a nightmare at the end of our stay as I didn’t know who to pay as the staff on site are nothing to do with Charles hope. It took many messages over 2 days to finally get a phone number to ring to pay

The building is new and many of the features are in excellent conditions. The fitness center is large and equipped with all required devices. The location is right in front of the Cruiseships' harbor. There is a small grocery store nearby and a coffee shop. It would take around 20-minute walk to reach to the city center. The apartment itself is clean. Has the necessary devices like microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron &iron board, vacuum machine and coffee maker. The management provided a link to couple of videos to explain the different features of the apartment like connecting to the internet, using the washing machine and other things. The only issue was with disposing of the waste. It has to be disposed off at the ground floor level instead of using the garbage chute.

Location was excellent - getting the keys the first time round was a bit confusing however we were lucky that the building manager was around to assist. Apartment was excellent and was clean so all good. Just be aware that this apartment was on the 31st floor so anyone having a problem with heights needs to be careful.

My major gripe was that there were two prices on booking.com - one for immediate payment and one for payment at the property. Be aware there is no facility to pay on the property and it is therefore misleading to have the two prices up there. Charles Hope and booking.com need to be on the naughty step for that as you are effectively just paying more for flexibility of cancellation and not where to pay it as is suggested in the booking options.

The apartment is excellent, with great views of the city, stylish and well equipped We loved the decor and it was comfortable.

The check in instructions weren't comprehensive so it took us a while to figure out how to get into the building. Only one fob is provided, which with a group of 4:and the fact you need it for everything (doors, lifts, room door) was tricky. The curtains are not blackout, which on a very sunny weekend like we had was a nightmare. No aircon, which on the hottest weekend of the year, and with windows that on partially open, was not great.

The apartment was stunning, having seen the images beforehand, I knew it was nice and modern, but it exceeded that, the apartment felt really modern and sleek (kind of felt too fancy for me, ha-ha), but it was honestly really nice, there were plenty of appliances, cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc. in addition to the oven, fridge and freezer, so if you wanted to cook your own meals you can do, there is also a washing machine available too. I only stayed for one night so I didn't end up using anything, but I could imagine that if I was staying for a few more days or a week, I would love to make use of the facilities to cook my own meals and to potentially wash my clothes if needed, but apart from that, it was a really comfortable stay and weirdly felt like it was my own flat (in a good way I mean).

Very minor things, and that being that the guide for connecting to the WiFi should be updated; on the link I was provided, it told me a password, but it turns out that I had to register an account and sign up with the 'Glide' provider for the internet. The TV had an account signed into it, so it didn't really feel like I could use it too much since I didn't want to sign in with my own details, (freeview would have worked but that was about it), and the other thing was that there were quite a lot of hairs on one of the pillows and a few hairs in and on the bed and some of the other pillows.

It was a very quiet building in a great location, there is a washing machine in the apartment if you're staying any length of time with full size kitchen appliances and all the utensils, pans, Iron and ironing board etc that you would need for self catering. There's a gym, roof top terrace with lounge chairs. A local supermarket just steps away. The view is great too, we could see the cruise ship that was docked at the time. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The customer service was just a text or phone call away if we had any questions. If I'm in Liverpool again I will definitely stay here. Priced very reasonably for two nights,

I suggested to customer service that a summer duvet would be a nice option in the summer months.

I was so impressed with my stay here. As I was travelling for work, I needed somewhere that felt like normality and this exceeded my expectations. The apartment was absolutely spotless and there was no noise from any of the other apartments around me. The décor of the apartment is lovely and the carpet in the bedroom is a lovely touch. Great location within walking distance of city centre and so easy to navigate. I also asked for an early check out on the morning of and they were so accommodating and helpful. I will absolutely be staying here again.

As I was travelling on my own, I would have appreciated an extra lock on the front door just as a precautionary measure but this would not put me off staying again as the access to the apartments/lift services is very secure. I particularly liked that your keyfob only allows you to go to the floor that your apartment is on.

The interior was stylish and comfortable, spotlessly clean and felt very secure only being able to access floors and lifts with an activated key fob. Very comfortable beds, we liked how the 2 bedrooms were separated by the sitting area, not adjacent to each other. Great selection of proper coffee and tea supplied. There's a Sainsbury's Local next door open until 11pm which was a bonus. It's just 10 mins walk from Castle Street, the Beatles statue, Liverpool Museum and a great seafood restaurant 'Cargo' is just 4 mins away in the opposite direction. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was wonderful, nothing to complain about at all. Just want to bring to your attention the front door needs attention, we didn't notice the door hadn't closed fully until returning after several hours later in the early hours, we couldn't close it properly without really slamming it shut, worried that may have disturbed other residents sleeping.

The beds were supper comfy, fully equipped kitchen. The size of the bedrooms and on suits were really good. Liked the way you used the fob for the lifts, which the floor you were on. Really nice apartment

The rug in the living was pointless. It wasn't hoovered properly, but in all fairness, it would be hard to hoover as it was so flimsy. Kept moving. We also found a chocolate under one of the beds, which was stale, so I'm not sure how long it has been there. . Other than that, no complaints.

My initial key wasn't for the room I was given, as we were on the 31st floor this was rather inconvenient. Reception contacted Charles Hope who gave me a code to return the fob and another code for a new key which didn't work so I then had to contact them again and get a third access code. I feel this could have been avoided has the correct fob been linked with the access code given in the first place. Apart from that the room itself was fantastic.
