Stayed here a few times now, both in the studio room, and the double room, booths rooms where clean and good sizes. Especially the studio room which has it's own kitchen area with cooking facilities and washing machine, maidens ect. There is a communal kitchen for the other rooms with everything you could need for your stay, including washing machine and dryer available to use. The owner was fantastic, really helpful and available any time I had any questions. I will definitely stay again in future.

Close to q lovely part of the Mersey, short walk to great views. Room comfortable with everything needed. I did not use the kitchen.

The rooms qre up a steep set of stairs. I would definitely have booked a studio flat if I had known. Room fairly clean but a few cobwebs and shower drain needed attention. Far too much air freshener had sprayed so when I arrived it wad difficult to breath. Took a long time to clear it. All the plug points were behind furniture

Clean, comfortable bed. Owner very friendly. Spacious shared kitchen. Owner available when needed to call about key safe and assisted immediately. Coffee on arrival. On street parking

Upon arrival the extractor fan was on was a smell. Was in room 5. The owner apologised and gave us a scented freshener. Shower cubical was a bit small but powerful warm shower

Stylish room. Clean environment. Came with a kettle and condiments in the deluxe room, which was soundproof. The studio came with a fridge and washing machine. The apartments are very close to New Brighton and Liscard shopping centre. Quiet location. Tesco Express and takeaway restaurants next door to the property. Will be returning again soon.

very accommodating, rooms are lovely and clean with all utilities in. location is great close to shops and new brighton for lovely walks. staff more than helpful and rooms kept clean. lovely and modern perfect for business trip or visiting the wirral

Good value for the money.

Other customers constantly coming to door to check if it’s there room. Constant slamming of the door from other rooms especially at night when you want to try to get some sleep.

We stayed at the studio apartment. It was great, because it was fully fitted with everything. The place was in a good condition, comfortable and clean. We had to contact the management a few times, but they were very good, replying promptly and friendly staff attended to us. I would stay here again.

It’s affordable and convenient to stay

Tried to call the number they posted due to i have concern (people living upstairs were noisy) but didn’t returned call. Anyway it’s not an important matter but overall i feel staff is not accommodating due to that.

Clean and well presented.

No soap etc. No teabags Key set up is odd having to try all the boxes til you get one with a key! Don’t understand why rooms aren’t just assigned to save you faffing around with 6 key safes in the dark

Was just room with onsuit. Kettle cups provided Living area kitchen shared no cutlery we brought meal had to use tea spoon in room. Still had great stay would use again. I would be more prepared next time
