Rooms feel like luxury warehouse loft style, great breakfast and top notch FB in general. Go for the roasted chicken. Last but not least amazingly friendly reception and HK staff. Need to know anything... Mathew is not just a concierge he is a wonderful chap.

A bit far to walk from city center, but a 40min walk by the docks will get you there. 10 min. by car.

Our expectations were exceeded. ➡️ The first hotel that I have booked where I say I will come back. • We originally booked because it had a refrigerator in the room, which is great. Nothing better than having a cold drink at any time. Never had a standard room with a refrigerator. 😁 • Hotels present their best rooms on websites, so I didn't have high expectations for our simple standard room. Our standard room: •The room was very spacious and large, with what I assume was a king-size bed since it was huge. 🛌 • And a sofa for watching TV. 🛋️ • The A/C is very good, but the windows can also be opened for fresh air. As a German, I love fresh air. 🪟 • Breakfast was excellent. 👌 The hot chocolate was delicious and rich in flavor. ☕️ Other hotels add a lot of water to their hot drinks to save money, and then it tastes like a puddle water. • The building has stairs, which is good for those who don't like elevators. They're increasingly missing in newer hotels, so class they got some. 🫢 • A 15-minute walk from the Hot Water Comedy Club, the reason for our trip. The city is also not so far away. Little distance but walked everywhere with no issue. 🏙️ • English isn't my main language - it can be difficult to find the right words sometimes - but nobody took offense, everyone was friendly. Thank you 🙂

We received a complimentary upgrade as I am a travel agent and wanted to showcase some of the properties features for my business while I was staying. The beds are super comfortable with choice of pillows which is great for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast as a buffet but all you can eat style making it great value, the drinks and food choices and prices are superb. The room facilities for tea and coffee, and even being able to call to reception and request herbal teas etc added bonuses. The spa had robes sent to our room as we had booked treatments meaning no need to change before going down. The spa is wonderful, quiet and tranquil and the steam and sauna and temp of the pool and jaquzzi was perfect. The spa experience was wonderful super helpful staff at every point.

A couple of the spa features were out of action, not a big deal but would have been nice to have fully working assume it's a maintenance thing. so minor pick is the cabinet in the room holds a safe and fridge, the door opening for the fridge is hinged the other way to the cabinet door which I find in many hotels and is frustrating. The rooms are perfectly dark at night but leaving a smaller light to the bathrooms would be better not to wake someone who's sleeping when getting up in the night.

The building is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated and furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The Maya Blue Thermal Suite was a disappointment. The men’s changing facilities were closed, so each man had to in turn change in the disabled toilets. There were no surfaces to put bags etc, no hooks for towels or robes; essentially women can use the changing facilities and men must pay the same rate to get dressed in a toilet. Insulting.

I treated my boyfriend to a stay here for his birthday. On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly man on reception who was very helpful and welcoming, they also upgraded our room complimentary too which was a lovely gesture. The rooms are such a great size with a lovely bathroom with a bath. Once we checked in we spent the next few hours in the spa facilities which are relaxing with sunbeds, pool, sauna, steam room and immersive experience showers. We used the gym in the morning too which had minimal equipment but had enough to use. Overall, we had an amazing experience at the Titanic hotel and will definitely be revisiting. A tip - the prices on a Sunday evening are a lot cheaper than Friday/Saturday as expected but handy to know.

The size of the room was great and bed was comfortable and size was good . Staff were friendly and room facilities were good .

The spa / swimming pool facility having selected times of use was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to use them but was unable to due to the time of use . The tv I feel would benefit from allowing guest to connect to more streaming apps like YouTube or Netflix as we struggled to find stuff to watch while resting. We went for a meal in the hotel restaurant it was nice but service was a little slow we had ordered drinks and it took about 10 plus minutes to arrive and overall service was good but just a little slow .

Amazing experience Super friendly staff The room was so large and roomy and the bathroom.... wow! I got a complementary upgrade, so I had both shower and bath in the wet room. Also over looking the dock. I was in my comfort zone. Very relaxing and the rooms were very quiet. We couldn't hear any noise from either of the other rooms. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows wow. Lovely touch with the bathrobes and slippers, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the spa. Prices for drinks and food were fantastic too and very reasonable. We had an evening meal and it was delicious. The breakfast was a wow factor. So tasty. Other all amazing stay for my birthday and the staff couldn't do enough for you We will be back

Nothing everything was perfect !!!

I couldn't have asked for better. I have stayed all over Liverpool and not had a better stay especially for the price. There was a function on and also a wedding on the second night, they could have easily neglected us slightly but not a chance. We felt valued and everything other than the hotel bar was perfect

Almost a perfect stay. My only down side was the hotel bar. I was stood at the bar and a lady with an iPad said I coukd only order through her and she would bring our drinks over. I ordered several drinks and from where I sat I saw my drinks get poured and put in the bar, the lady was taking and delivering other drinks while my tray just sat there. 15 mins from ordering I went to the bar and she came over and said she was bringing mine over next (clearly forgotten me) she then brought them over and charged me. I checked the pricing later and see that she had forced a 10% charge for her "trouble" this was disappointing.

We were upgraded to a better room on the top floor which was huge and also had a very large bathroom. The location was very convenient for ferry terminal. The hotel is very clean and very well decorated with a Titanic themed decor.

The staff in the bar were not interested in serving us at all so we went into the hotel restaurant instead where the service was good and the food was Okay but had a limited pub grub style menu. There are no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the surrounding area looks rundown and a bit dodgy. Not an area you would walk around at night.

The hotel itself is a lovely building with very spacious bedrooms, vaulted ceilings and a good standard of cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious and we saw peregrine falcons with chicks nesting at the top of the building opposite the dining room, which was a treat to see. There was a good selection of food and the staff in the hotel were all polite and friendly.

Our family were staying in the hotel the night before and the night of our daughter and son in law’s wedding at St George’s Hall. It would have been helpful to have been able to check in a little earlier than 3.00pm. However, this is only a comment rather than a complaint because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Titanic hotel.
