Rooms feel like luxury warehouse loft style, great breakfast and top notch FB in general. Go for the roasted chicken. Last but not least amazingly friendly reception and HK staff. Need to know anything... Mathew is not just a concierge he is a wonderful chap.

A bit far to walk from city center, but a 40min walk by the docks will get you there. 10 min. by car.

Our expectations were exceeded. ➡️ The first hotel that I have booked where I say I will come back. • We originally booked because it had a refrigerator in the room, which is great. Nothing better than having a cold drink at any time. Never had a standard room with a refrigerator. 😁 • Hotels present their best rooms on websites, so I didn't have high expectations for our simple standard room. Our standard room: •The room was very spacious and large, with what I assume was a king-size bed since it was huge. 🛌 • And a sofa for watching TV. 🛋️ • The A/C is very good, but the windows can also be opened for fresh air. As a German, I love fresh air. 🪟 • Breakfast was excellent. 👌 The hot chocolate was delicious and rich in flavor. ☕️ Other hotels add a lot of water to their hot drinks to save money, and then it tastes like a puddle water. • The building has stairs, which is good for those who don't like elevators. They're increasingly missing in newer hotels, so class they got some. 🫢 • A 15-minute walk from the Hot Water Comedy Club, the reason for our trip. The city is also not so far away. Little distance but walked everywhere with no issue. 🏙️ • English isn't my main language - it can be difficult to find the right words sometimes - but nobody took offense, everyone was friendly. Thank you 🙂

Really enjoyed my stay at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. The room was amazing—huge, comfy, and had a lovely sitting area with a perfect view of Everton’s new Stadium. Great spot to relax after a day out. The bathroom was a real treat too: super spacious with a deep bathtub that was perfect for a soak, and a rain shower that felt luxurious and helped to ease away the effects of the night before. Had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the fish and chips were delicious. Breakfast was tasty too, with plenty of options to start the day right. Staff were all friendly and helpful, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. Cant wait to book again and to try out the spa facilities.

The corridor outside the lift was super dark, it takes a few seconds for your eyes to adjust, but it adds to the cool, industrial vibe of the place.

The room was larger than an average apartment with a very comfortable bed and brilliant titanic info on the walls, great views over the dock added to the atmosphere. The prices of food and drink were fair, not over inflated, and the food was lovely.Although we didn't manage to use the spa, it looked lovely. It was match day when we arrived and all the roads nearby were closed off , have to say we were treated like celebrities, the barriers were removed for us and we were escorted through to be parked right outside the hotel. Now that's customer service! Would definitely revisit .

Although it was a Sunday, we couldn't get into the spa until 8 the next morning, which wasn't really convenient as we had to get on the road.iytle disappointed, but we should have realised and pre booked .

The Titanic Hotel and Liverpool were the stand-out stars of a very busy trip. Our room was massive, well furnished, well stocked and we could sleep in that oh-so comfortable bed for ever! We ate an excellent meal in the Stanley Restaurant one evening - my husband had the crispiest and most succulent fish&chips, I had a wonderful pea&asparagus risotto with a perfect balance of flavours. Loved the design of the building with superb attention to detail in keeping the original warehouse feel. And grateful for the parking arrangements - although we used Uber to get around. Reception staff (both day & night) were really helpful.

Very minor quibble - could you please put a towel hook next to the shower (there is plenty of space and it doesn't cost much) so you don't have to walk out and around to the lovely towel stand. Thanks .... as we will be back.

We received a complimentary upgrade as I am a travel agent and wanted to showcase some of the properties features for my business while I was staying. The beds are super comfortable with choice of pillows which is great for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast as a buffet but all you can eat style making it great value, the drinks and food choices and prices are superb. The room facilities for tea and coffee, and even being able to call to reception and request herbal teas etc added bonuses. The spa had robes sent to our room as we had booked treatments meaning no need to change before going down. The spa is wonderful, quiet and tranquil and the steam and sauna and temp of the pool and jaquzzi was perfect. The spa experience was wonderful super helpful staff at every point.

A couple of the spa features were out of action, not a big deal but would have been nice to have fully working assume it's a maintenance thing. so minor pick is the cabinet in the room holds a safe and fridge, the door opening for the fridge is hinged the other way to the cabinet door which I find in many hotels and is frustrating. The rooms are perfectly dark at night but leaving a smaller light to the bathrooms would be better not to wake someone who's sleeping when getting up in the night.

Room was great, very spacious and clean. No noise from other guests due to the size of rooms, corridors.

More space in the bathroom to put out our toiletries, only one small shelf above the sink. Issue with TV, couldn't switch it off before going out or back on later that evening or the following morning. Informed by Reception on checkout that the remotes in some rooms aren't in sync to the tv and there is a button to switch on manually, why not inform guests of that on arrival? Breakfast buffet menu had a cold meat and cheese option, no cold meats and waitress not aware of this option

The building is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated and furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The Maya Blue Thermal Suite was a disappointment. The men’s changing facilities were closed, so each man had to in turn change in the disabled toilets. There were no surfaces to put bags etc, no hooks for towels or robes; essentially women can use the changing facilities and men must pay the same rate to get dressed in a toilet. Insulting.

I treated my boyfriend to a stay here for his birthday. On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly man on reception who was very helpful and welcoming, they also upgraded our room complimentary too which was a lovely gesture. The rooms are such a great size with a lovely bathroom with a bath. Once we checked in we spent the next few hours in the spa facilities which are relaxing with sunbeds, pool, sauna, steam room and immersive experience showers. We used the gym in the morning too which had minimal equipment but had enough to use. Overall, we had an amazing experience at the Titanic hotel and will definitely be revisiting. A tip - the prices on a Sunday evening are a lot cheaper than Friday/Saturday as expected but handy to know.

The size of the room was great and bed was comfortable and size was good . Staff were friendly and room facilities were good .

The spa / swimming pool facility having selected times of use was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to use them but was unable to due to the time of use . The tv I feel would benefit from allowing guest to connect to more streaming apps like YouTube or Netflix as we struggled to find stuff to watch while resting. We went for a meal in the hotel restaurant it was nice but service was a little slow we had ordered drinks and it took about 10 plus minutes to arrive and overall service was good but just a little slow .
