Super location near ”everything”. Shops, sights, museums, restaurants, cafes, pubs, trains, buses etc. within walking distance. Still a quiet street. Very nice, helpful staff, they could not have been any friendlier. The room was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. I specially enjoyed hot foam bath every morning.

No complaints.

I asked if they had a little ice for the fridge, and they brought to our room a bucket of crushed ice, which lasted us 4 days. Nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff happily booked our taxis and kept us topped up with tea and sugar. We bought a pint of milk from the corner shop as we can't tolerate uht, but, otherwise, a perfect stay. Dressing gowns and slippers were provided, too, Thanks for everything you did for us. Highly recommend 👌

Beautifully presented room (102), the grand window with window seat was very impressive and the curtains kept the light out. Lots of space to hang clothes and store luggage. Powerful shower and high quality towels in the bathroom, which was super clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also Sam from Game of Thrones works there? He was very professional and courteous. It was a shame we only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay again!

The bedside lamps didn’t work, but there was plenty of other light. We left in such a hurry that I forgot to mention it to the desk staff.

it is very central with a short walk to the waterfront and Liverpool one , our bags could be stored before and after check-in/out, bed was comfortable and the whole room was very clean. Air conditioning was efficient and there are some complimentary soft drinks and water in the fridge of the superior rooms.

It is very noisy at weekends from The Alchemist Bar next to it which is open until 2 AM. The superior rooms don't feel particularly luxurious although they are adequate and comfortable. We didn't use the robes as they were coarse and had quite a lot of hanging loose threads. The wifi didn't work particularly well.

The Location is Superb. Literally a stones throw from the Albert Dock, the Cavern Quarter and the Shopping District. The room was extremely pleasant and fantastically quiet and peaceful despite the city centre location. The room is spotless and has its own fridge and tea and coffee making facilities! The bathroom was also very nice. We both loved the bed linen, it felt a cut above and we slept like babies. Luggage storage on the day we left was a huge bonus. The staff were also very pleassant.

Its odd to have no communal area, no bar and no food options in a 4 star hotel. Would have been nice to have somewhere in hotel to relax for half an hour, rather than just being confined to a bedroom when in the hotel. As a consequnce we found ourselves literally only sleeping in the hotel, which resulted in a lot of steps. A small gripe in a fantasitc stay

i can't tell you how much we love this hotel. We always book the balcony room as we love sitting out even if cold - have done so in the rain too - the room is truly beautiful - everything you would possibly need and decorated perfectly. The bed has to be the comfiest we have ever slept in. I cannot rate this gorgeous little hotel enough - you need to sample for yourself. There isn't a bar or restaurant but you are in between two places which can provide these things and a short stroll to all bars, restaurants, cafes etc - yet still no noise in the hotel - perfectly located round the corner from James Street Station.

Lovely location near inbetween the docks and main shopping streets. Comfortable beds and very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful

Their was a noise like a fan in the bathroom constantly making a humming noise, maybe just our room as my sisters was not noisy, we looked for a swith but nothing made it quiet. We closed the door to sleep but it was always in the background. Either room 303 or 304 a twin room. Wasn't a deal breaker and will definitely book again

Great location between the river and the train station. Cleanliness was excellent. Lovely and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable.

The room was comfortable but the accessible bathroom wasn't great. The water pressure in the shower was on the low side and somehow it managed to flood the entire floor because of the accessible structure. It was inconvenient to use the sink and toilet afterwards - it was all so wet! Maybe a longer shower curtain may help?

We arrived early for check in however our room was ready and they were happy for us to check in early. There was complimentary chocolate bars, bottles of water and drinks in the fridge which were well received, free toiletries, the wardrobe and drawer spaces were good, the bathroom a really good size and readily available hot water. Iron and ironing board too with a safe The best nights sleep with a great comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were amazing and so helpful.

If we were being picky it would be the noisy bathroom fan however there was a sign saying that if it was a problem, ask the reception staff to turn it off so not really a complaint.

We had absolutely no issues with noise coming from inside or outside of the hotel despite the very central location. Friendly staff, spacious room and comfortable bed. Tall beautiful ceilings and a window nook add to the overall feeling of the room.

Despite the many lights in the room, it felt a bit dark even during the day. The lighting around the bed was great but the farther end of the room didn’t get enough light as there was no overhead lighting. However, there was a lamp on the desk, so this shouldn’t be an issue for most people.
