Everything was truly superb Amazing and so were Roy and Joanna ❤️💯❤️

The hosts Roy and Joanne were extremely friendly and went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was trouble free. They have thought of everything you would need for a short break including Alexa and mobile phone chargers in each of the 3 bedrooms that come with their suite. They are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and Leeds City Centre and offered plenty of advice regarding places to eat or visit. The whole set up is unique with your own private area to relax and being able to come and go whenever you want. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a wide range of choices. This place is definitely a hidden gem

This is a hidden gem, outstanding set up, lovely garden and fabulous hosts. Roy and Joanne couldn’t do enough for us. Originally booked up for 1 night but our plans changed and we needed to stay for 2 nights. Chocolates by the bed, snacks, Prosecco and even non alcoholic lager were the little extras that show Roy and Joanne go that extra mile for their guests. Breakfast was delicious and they cater for all your needs. We will definitely be retuning, need to play more scrabble ☺️

There was nothing to not like

Fantast welcoming hosts, nothing too much trouble. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Comfy beds and even dressing gowns provided. The lounge area has lots of games provided, lounge TV as well as in the bedrooms. Great wifi, secure parking, lovely breakfast. Better than home 😊. Lovely quiet area but within reach of places to eat and drink. As a single woman travelling , perfect safe and secure.

The very best accomodation I have ever stayed in, beds were comfortable +++ the linen was stunning, looked like a palace !! Each room had bath robes which you rarely find in other accommodations. The bathroom was equipped with unique toiletries and perfumes for convenience. Each room had a wireless phone charger and siri! To top it up, the hosts Roy and Joana made us very welcome! The breakfast was top notch.

We would much rather stay in an Air B&B or Private rental than a Hotel and this little diamond did not disappoint. 6 Adults travelling and we only needed 1 night for a family event but will certainly look at coming back for a longer stay in Leeds. Hosts were absolutely lovely! Everything you need/expected and more. Lovely, comfortable bedrooms, cute communal room and a shower room. Stunning garden and outside spaces. Secure car parking too.

Breakfast was delicious. Roy and Joanna were fantastic host and made us feel at home. They are really thoughtful and payed attention to little details to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

The hosts were amazing , we were welcomed with a big smile and nothing was too much trouble for them. The accommodation was modern and clean and had fabulous fresh bedding. Tastefully decorated and the breakfast was amazing. Don’t miss out on this gem of a B&B

We loved it! Great location (Chapel Allerton is a five minute walk), spotlessly clean, comfy beds, beautiful garden and a wonderful breakfast served. Roy & Joanna were fantastic hosts - nothing was too much trouble!

Nothing - perfect

In all my years I haven't met two more genuine, down to earth & positive pair! Forget a home away from home, this was like staying over a dear friends house. To describe them as highly hospitable is an understatement, there was no stone left unturned & fantastic conversation was had from greeting to farewell. Very well presented property, rooms where clean, tidy & smelled as fresh as they get! Wishing I stayed longer, Joanna made me a fabulous coffee on my way out the door, not before enjoying stories about the pet chickens & rooster that they have such passion & love for like everything else in life! J&=+# giggle just made my year! Support local/small businesses, branded hotels don't need any extra money, support great locals like this beautiful human beings right here!
