The location of this hotel is perfect for the train station, high street, and bus connections. I had an appointment at a clinic in the high street and was able to relax in my comfortable room the night before and get to the clinic within 4 minutes the next day. The food in the bar is delicious and the staff are very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rain shower is stunning, I didn't want to get out of it. My room was clean, stylishly decorated and had everything I needed, including decent toiletries. The bed is huge and very comfy. This is my second stay here and I'd come again. I highly recommend this hotel. It's fantastic value for money.

The location is fantastic for the train station and the shops/clinics in South Street. This location definitely has a taste of Hilton luxury. I received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff who were very helpful. The room was small but had everything I needed, it’s not a negative at all. My room was tastefully decorated and had a very comfy bed. The modern luxury shower room had a rain shower I didn’t want to get out of and nice toiletries I made good use of. In my opinion this is a great hotel and a genuine surprise is how nice it is. I’m unexpectedly returning to Romford next week and I’ve booked to stay here again. I’m looking forward to it.

I liked the fact that the hotel was located very close to the station and it was neat.

The fact that I walked around half of London looking for a means of converting my cash into electronic form, so I could be accommodated in the hotel- I had lost my credit card. Front desk were unwilling to assist and I (a foreigner) was stranded. They were prepared to turn me back into the Street. Fortunately, I had to get an old friend of mine to fund an old card of mine. I even requested for a Manager but was told it was past closing hours and they couldn't bother the manager. That is not right and Hilton should work towards accepting Cash all the time- IT IS A LEGAL TENDER

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Security was fantastic, key card entry on main entrance, lifts, doors to each floor which was so good. 706: Room was tiny but well fitted out. Bathroom was absolutely lovely, black out curtains, bed was super comfy, nice pillows and a huge tv. Only complaint would be not enough rooms to walk round the bed, literally 20cm from end of bed to wall, they could have added a bit extra space to make access easier.

Very well located next to the Romford Station, the beds were comfortable and the rooms big enough for a business trip.

The breakfast is terrible for this type of hotel. Hardly any alternative options, soft bread and pastries only, everything tasted very plastic and the hot food were cold ish. On my second morning the coffee machine wasn’t working and the staff didn’t try to arrange a solution which was disappointing, even boiling water with dissolvable coffee could have been a better option than nothing.

I stayed at the hotel with my son for a visit to family and a day trip into London, The location was perfect! literally next to Romford station so super easy to travel in and out of London, Really close to a shopping centre and places to eat. The room was small but more than enough space for the time we spent in the hotel room, Lovely bathroom, the bed was really comfortable and the blackout blinds were great after a busy day in London., iron and Hairdryer included in the room. We would definitely stay again.

2 front desk staff were very lovely ladies

The cleaner banged on the door the day I was checking out. It’s a hotel. It’s not the persons house that’s not hospitality service the following day not very politely and ask if I needed anything and I was like no but whoever was working on the shift this morning needs to know a bit of manners and how to knock on a door. And even on top of that, I still extended my stay.

Very clean and well organised and positioned right made you fell comfortable

Was told £99 for the room then you get there and it’s now gone up for some reason to £149 because they have a holding fee if £50 which they didn’t tell you about . The lady said it will not be taken out of your account it’s just a holding fee wtf ok but it has been taken out and now it takes five days for them to put it back how does this work you take out straightaway but can’t put back ?

Best location and clean rooms. Friendly staffs.

The room was too small and have no space to place my bags. Too difficult to reach the curtains as I must climb the bed to close or open and left it open the entire my stay. As suggestion, try to change the bed to smaller width bed sothat there will be enough space.

Staff were excellent very helpful (I left a package in reception on check in which the guy kept safe for me) and on checkout the lady let us leave our luggage for a few hours in the safe area. The room was very clean large and perfect for our needs

The tv didn’t work and was a little noisy outside in the street up to midnight on the Thursday night (weds was fine) no real complaints with the hotel itself
