The staff were absolutely lovely. We reached London late in the evening and someone was at the hotel ready to welcome us even in the late hours of the night. The check-in process was very quick and they showed us to our room. The room was very comfortable, spacious and overlooked the streets. I thought it was good value for money, especially since the hotel is located near a train station and several restaurants, shops etc. This was extremely convenient for us. The hotel is a slo very safe, and located in a safe area. As two ladies, we had no problem walking around late evenings and the streets were well lit and quite lively in the evening. They also offered free breakfast with a number of varieties, all served fresh. I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality throughout the stay. I will definitely come back and would certainly recommend this to other visitors.

Everything was lovely

The hotel had a great accessible room for my stay, quiet and comfortable. Accessibility for breakfast was easy with the lift. Great variety of choices,both hot and cold, for breakfast. Although some distance from Central London, the Elizabeth line from Seven Kings Station, located across the street from hotel, speeds quickly to London with stops at some tourist attractions such as Tower of London, as well as multiple connections to other lines. There are various food fare shops, including a grocery store, which are within walking distance of the hotel. It was nice to come back to the hotel and enjoy a complimentary bottle of cold water. The staff were ready to assist me with my questions or help contact my transportation service.

I booked the Deluxe Single Room for 2 nights, then I extended my stay for another 2 nights. The room is very clean including the bed, the carpet and the bathroom. The space in the room is optimized to include everything needed: bedside table, coffee corner, space for luggage, wall wardrobe and a big mirror. My room has 2 windows so there is lots of light during the day. Also the lighting in the room and bathroom is very good. The room has a modern design, there are many plug sockets and USB ports to charge multiple devices, the AC/ heating is controlled from a digital panel so it’s easy to adjust the room temperature. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate with every request and make your stay comfortable, even request unrelated to the booking. It’s also nice to have complimentary water offered. Breakfast is offered with the room and is very good, you have cold and hot options with fruits and juice. The hotel entrance is secure you need to ring to get in, so it felt very safe. There is 24/24h reception so you can come and go anytime. Seven Kings tube station is opposite the hotel so you just need to cross the street. The location is very convenient, you can reach central London in less than 20 min with the Elizabeth line. Also convenient if you are traveling to/from Heathrow, there is a direct connection. I would definitely recommend it.

I find this hotel absolutely delightful. I have visited more than once, first on business and then I returned two more times so my partner and I could enjoy London City. Its location couldn't be better. The new Elizabeth Line is across the street, you can literally grab it with a sweep of your hand. It quickly whisks you into the heart of London to the doorstep of all that is London, the sights, the shops, the theatre and the history. To the left of the Hotel is a plethora of shops and restaurants. Further afield, no more that 500 yards is the fast food joints - think McDonalds, KFC and various small 'holes in the wall' to satisfy a quick hunger, however the breakfast is so fresh and filling , a Wonderfull FULL English, reinforced with cereals, Juices and Yogurt, that once you eat it and head to London , you are already set and prepared. All in all, a Wonderfull Hotel and fantastic Staff. Very Secure as entry is via concierge only. 24 Hour Security. Very Friendly and Accommodating Hotel situated in a great place. Highly Recommended.

I liked how caring the staff was with me. They made sure I was okay and when there was an issue about someone making noises beside me, they took care of it and changed me to a better location within the hotel right away. I love the breakfast in the morning, it was nice, clean warm and tasty! I also liked the fact that it was located right beside the train station ☺️ I also loved the fact you could take water or soft drinks from their fridge! But definitely what I liked the most was how genuine the staff were in regards to making sure I was enjoying my stay!

The noise from the room beside me, but they made sure to ask me about it and then the next day they changed me into another room and I had the best sleep!

The location is great just opposite seven Kings station with the new convenient Elizabeth line for connection with London centre and Heathrow airport. The staff are so nice - especially the manager Haroon - and always smile to the guests. This was our second time and the service has definitely improved since they opened doors. The rooms are quite clean and the very functional. This time the room was noisier than last time but they immediately changed our room to a quieter one upon notifying them and even helped us move the luggage. The cleaning and breakfast staff are also very nice. One morning my wife was ill and they kindly phoned the room asking if they could leave the breakfast open a little longer for her or if we wanted something to eat to put apart for having it in the room.

the rooms are a bit small if you have a bit of luggage and kids; however if your purpose is to use the hotel to spend the most of the day out it is perfect.

Staff were helpful. They allowed me for early check-in without any charge. Room was clean. Breakfast was humble, not inconvenient. Comparable amenities in central hotels would likely cost twice as much. The location is conveniently near a subway station, providing easy access to the city center with just one mode of transport. The same subway line also offers direct transit to Heathrow Airport. This makes it an excellent choice for both convenience and value.

The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards as the pillowcases were yellowish. Lack of hairdryers in rooms and a repetitive breakfast menu were noted. Unattended reception at times caused entry issues, especially during late nights

I needed a hotel last minute. I was able to book it around 10:00 p.m. And I checked in half 1:00 in the morning I found the check-in process to be quick, gentleman was friendly, I was given a room that I found spacious and clean. Because I checked in quite late, I asked for a late checkout and they immediately agreed which was a relief. The room was quite clean. I'm giving the price point. It was the cheapest. I think I've ever stayed in London next to a station. It was £83. It's literally 30 seconds from 7 kings station The rooms had air conditioning, functioning shower, plenty of towels, clean bathroom with shampoo and conditioner. There was a kettle for tea. It even included free breakfast in the morning.

There wasn't much to dislike.

It was in a great location for where I needed to be, it was across the road from the train station so easy access. There were lots of places to eat nearby and the staff were really helpful. I got a lovely welcome, the room was clean and it had air conditioning which was great, it was comfortable and there was a free breakfast. I was also given some bottles of water which saved me going to buy some and for a short stay this place was great.

Very clean, modern furniture, and safe. Very close to underground station Seven Kings (Elizabeth line). Price included basic English and continental breakfasts. Complimentary free cool water at reception whenever you like. Reception manned 24/7.

Windows can only be tilted a little, so the air inside the room might take long to change. A/C available though.
