From the moment we reversed our car into the parking space we were greeted by the lovely hosts with a warm, genuine welcome. We absolutely loved staying in the quaint guest house which is situated in the heart of Looe. Our room overlooked the river and was bright, clean, comfortable and everything we were looking for. The greeting from Jan for our breakfast each morning was a fab way to start the day and the food and choices were outstanding. We felt so welcomed and at home and could not fault this property in any way. It is by far the best we have stayed in during our adventure around Cornwall. All made even more special by friendly, professional hosts. So many other proprietors could learn from this amazing duo. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to visit again one day.
We loved everything!

Location great, easy access to the village of Looe. Accommodation was extremely comfortable. Our room had a great view with huge comfy bed and pillows. A generous full breakfast included in a delightful room. Our hosts were most welcoming, to ensure our stay was enjoyable we appreciated all the extra attention to detail.
That we couldn't stay longer !

We just came home after five nights here. Our stay was beyond what we expected, really lovely property, clean, homely, breakfast exceptional, cooked to perfection, plentiful too 😊 Janine, Paul and Bradley were the loveliest hosts very friendly with lots of knowledge about the local area 😊 The location could not of been better either, we will mostly certainly be back
The only teeny tiny thing I would of liked is a bedside lamp , I love to read with more sombre lighting, the lights above the bed were very bright , having said this it in no way spoiled our stay 😊

We loved our stay here. The communication was great with the owner right from the start. She offered tips for places to eat and was super friendly. Our room was perfect. Spacious and clean with the most comfortable huge bed. The view was spectacular. We were walking distance to everything in town. There is parking available at the property too for smaller cars. The breakfast was delicious. I have made a video review if you want to see more details of what our room looked like and the breaky. You can view it here https://youtu.be/r0Ncuw34uCA

Our room had a fantastic view overlooking the river, our hosts were very helpful and friendly. There was private car parking for smaller cars on site, which was a real bonus. The location being right on the river was excellent although most of the town was a short walk away (a few minutes over the bridge) this only added to that going out for the evening feeling (although there were two pubs a very short walk away on the same side of the river as the guest house). The breakfast although maybe not the widest choice was very tasty and served with a smile by your hostess.
The bathroom although very clean and tidy was a little on the small side.

Welcomed at the door by Janine, and shown to our front room - beautifully appointed, with huge comfortable bed and armchairs; overlooking the harbour. Excellent friendly hosts, able to share local info and recommendations. As so often mentioned, our breakfast was very tasty, and served hot! Good selection of cereals, fruit juices and fresh fruit- all served in a light airy dining room, or in the conservatory (warm and sunny when we visited) An easy 20 minute walk either around the quayside, or to the beach
No complaints at all

Pretty Guest House and beautiful room, stunning location and the best hosts! Janine was amazing: friendly, welcoming, informative and nothing was too much trouble! Paul’s cooked breakfasts were great and his fried eggs were cooked to perfection (I told him everyday). Can’t wait to return. Well done guys 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
A mini fridge in the room would have been really useful.

We were lucky enough to stay in this lovely guest house. Lovely large room with an en suite shower. Ours had a big bay window over looking the harbour with stunning views. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Thank you to the lovely hosts for a perfect stay. The location is perfect and has free parking, a car space for each room. Only a few minutes walk to the town. Would definitely book again.

Firstly, the accommodation is near the train station and there is private parking on site. Our room was the best of all in the guest house. It was wonderful, full of natural light, very very clean and with great view. About the breakfast, there was a special option for vegetarians. I was pleased with that! Janine, was very sweet and kind, she made us feel at home. She was an incredible hostess!! We will come back soon for sure!!!
I wish, we could stay more days..
