Perfect location for attending events at the stadium as the hotel literally surrounds the stadium! Air con in the room. The warm welcome cookies were amazing! The view from our doorway onto the pitch was fantastic! The staff we spoke to were friendly.

They usually provide face cloths so we didn't bring any, but out of the 3 nights we stayed there, only on day 2 we were given face cloths. We asked at reception for them for day 3, he even got me to write it down so he could get it sorted while we went out for a meal (and also conditioner as that had ran out) we received a 2nd hair dryer in our room instead! 😂 Our room was the opposite side of the football pitch so I didn't bother making the 5 minute walk down to reception again. And I don't like telephoning. The noise from outside is quite bad, even though the windows were sealed. You hear a lot of traffic and horns and people walking past late at night.

Perfect for attending the Jehovahs Witness Convention. The room was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant, very cheerful and helpful.

There was no chest of drawers to put folding clothes and underwear in. The air con was a bit too cold. Not impressed with the choice of meals in the restaurants, not a fresh cooked vegetable e.g cauliflower, carrot, cabbage or broccoli in the hot meals. It was 90% highly spiced with fries or chunky chips. More choice with some fresh salmon, sea bass, new potatoes, fresh veg etc to cater for healthier diet choices would’ve been good. Yes, there is a choice of salads but a nice healthy hot meal would’ve been appreciated.

The fact that the hotel is around the football ground was a very nice experience, there was a match on the Saturday so it was very nice to see all the supporters and meet some of the football team. Loved that the hotel had so many good places to eat and shop. The toiletries in the rooms is very good quality and smelt lovely! Staff were friendly polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing loads of options from the continental or cooked breakfast one of the best we have had to date.

The pillows were very very soft, the lights on our room were all wired to the same switch so it was either all on or all off so going to the toilet in the middle of the night woke us both up or you couldn’t see were the choices. There was only one entry and exit to the hotel so we had to walk the whole way around the hotel to get to our room which was situated at the back of the hotel/pitch whilst I didn’t mind my partner said it was quite a walk every time we wanted to come back or leave. Paying for parking although at a discounted rate still cost us on top of paying for the hotel and breakfast felt like this should be in with the price for staying customers.

The hotel was very nice and as I arrived earlier than expected for a festival I tried my luck with the young man at the front desk for an early check in and he was able to get me checked in earlier than usual which made my day as I was already overwhelmed so it was a huge weight of my shoulders 🙂 as I entered the room I was shocked at how nice it was and it had everything I needed in there and I have to say the bed, pillows & shower were amazing!! The location is also great as you have so much on the doorstep without having to go to far which also made my stay alot easier, I will definitely look at coming back here again for the festival next year!

The only thing that I can say was an issue is someone playing music at 4:45am and security knocking at their door which disturbed my sleep

I immediately noticed the cleanliness, and the bed sheets and towels were replaced after one night, also the room was spacious and had everything I required, bottled water for making tea. A fair selection of drinks and a fridge. (see below)

I was located on the fourth floor, there was one lift in the hotel, and although I had amazing views of the MK Don's pitch out in the foyer outside my room the walk to my room was quite far, also the air conditioning system had been on in my room, due to the hot weather, it was fairly loud and it was on quite high, and yet at the same time the radiator in the bathroom was on full. I switched the air con off and realised most of the noise was coming from the bathroom fan I couldn't find a switch for that. Also the fridge was generating massive heat.

It's close to amenities and subsidised parking is available for hotel residents. The late check out at 12.00pm is good.

Whilst the room was clean, there were some scuffs and scratches on the doors, which I wouldn't have expected in a 4 star hotel. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room and we had to ask for one and it took at least half an hour to arrive. I do think the parking should be free if you're staying in the hotel. Parking spaces were also limited in the hotel carpark, although there is a wider carpark connected to the stadium. The Red Bar also wasn't open late on the Sunday evening.

Fabulous welcome from Georgia at Reception and we were able to access our room earlier than expected which was perfect. Nice quiet room on 2nd floor. Great location for our needs since we could easily go on foot to the National Bowl for a music festival.

Shower was tricky to use. Bathroom tap was a weird set up, not obvious how to get hot water or how to turn off! Breakfast was a bit of a shambles sadly, most items at the hot counter were unavailable for at least 20 minutes and even then not everything was replenished. Felt we were paying far too much for a very limited choice. The staff who we spoke to were very nice and apologetic but we would expect far more for the price of our stay.

Really nice room well equipped with everything you need for a night. The mini fridge was a bonus and the heating worked and so arriving to a warm room was welcome! Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and when wanting to book a taxi. Be mindful that you may be walking quite a way to your room. This wasn't a problem for us though. The cookies on arrival were a nice, unexpected touch. We will stay again!

The shower head could have been better and the vanity and mirror light kept going off almost on a timer which made getting ready a bit annoying but can't fault it otherwise. Security chap walked straight past rooms quite obviously smoking weed but we weren't neighbours and so didn't complain. Nothing major to moan about though!

Standard twin…the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a pleasant fragrance that made the stay even more enjoyable. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast, which didn’t meet the same high standard as the accommodation.

Breakfast…when I arrived at 9 a.m, the pastries were already chewy, and the cooked items seemed overcooked and dry, having been left out too long. Having stayed in this hotel in the past (only at weekends) the breakfast had been the highlight of the stay, unfortunately not this time.

I was offered a room upgrade for a small amount (£10) and got an exceptional room. that was big, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was fantastic so the whole stay worked out as exceptional value for money. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of cooked items (all looked fresh) and continental fruits, pastries and juices.

There was only one coffee machine working at breakfast which meant a queue and a little frustration as the one machine was running out of milk quickly (being used a lot). However, when I eventually got a coffee, it was very good quality.
