Amazing apartment! It had everything we needed and more and the little touches from Arshad and Stephanie meant a lot like the milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and especially the biscuits. I loved sitting on the balcony with a tea in the morning to start the day. The apartment is clean and the beds are so comfortable. The location is fantastic and close to town centre. Gorgeous 5 minutes walk through a beautiful park to get to town. We will all be back for another fantastic stay. Thank you Arshad and Stephanie.xxx

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about this place.

The accommodation was excellent - exceptionally clean througout. The furnishings, kitchen and kitchenware were all of high quality. The main bedroom was enormous and the ensuite was clean and well presented. My wife and I have stayed in numerous Bookings.com accommodations throughout the UK and this - by far - was 100% the best. The hosts were friendly, informative and charming. Could not do enough for you to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Totally - and without any hesitation - recommend this accommodation.

The property was clean, well presented, and blissfully quiet. The owners were very helpful from the outset, and they were thoughtful enough to provide all the essentials for a nice cup of tea, including a packet of biscuits. Beachside Suites are just a couple of minutes walk from the promenade, and so the perfect location for a walk along the beach or the coastal path. It was the perfect location for a mini break to recharge my batteries. I would definitely this lovely rental

Arshad, was a superb host who we met as we unloaded the car. He gave us some great tips on local restaurants, including the Wheelhouse and the Quay Inn, Great food in both places, soups of the day were tasty and hearty, as was the lasagna and pie in the Wheelhouse and the sausages at the Quay. The Kitchen is well appointed as is the bathroom, the bedroom is large with a really comfy bed. there is no noise at all, some of the best nights sleep I've had away from home.

The Wi-Fi could be better, its slow but outside the control of Arshad,. The "Living room" suffers a little from traffic noise early evening, this moderates later.

Sea views are only visible when you are stood up, I was planning on sitting on the roof terrace reading with a glass of wine and looking at the sea but once sat down ( and you need to after climbing the stairs) you couldn't see anything, same inside which was a shame as the views are wonderful......

Supplied with tea coffee and milk and biscuits.perfect location with ample on street parking and a single parking bay. Accommodation was immaculate,modern and perfect for four adults. Balcony was a sheltered sun trap with beautiful sea view.

Fewer emails checking we were still coming after I had emailed about entry key and parking. Shower was weak and the door did not close fully. The shower head did not fit the holder properly but these were very trivial faults and did not detract from the overall stay.

The rooms were well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean. Everything was catered for and the inclusion of basics like a fresh pint of milk and biscuits was a nice touch.

Only one minor quibble was that the hot water wasn’t very hot at all. I suspect the boiler has been set too low and our bathroom was close to the end of the run and a nice hot shower at the end of the day would’ve been lovely especially as the nights get colder.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner on arrival with plenty of local knowledge shared. The accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Being picky here to find a negative, only thing we felt was missing was a jigsaw or game to play in quiet moments but really not an essential as simply going for a stroll on the esplanade was relaxing enough.

Arshad met us at the car and helped with our bags, very kind and welcoming! Showed us around and we asked for local recommendations which he gave us. Brilliant! Well presented, exceptionally clean, amazing facilities including dishwasher and tea/coffee plus milk and even some biscuits! Such a kind thought which we really appreciated.

The apartment was wonderful, and I couldn't recommend it enough!!! Personally we would have liked a bigger / comfier sofa in the living room, and perhaps a larger TV. But that's because we didn't have great weather so when staying in would have been good.

We loved everything about our stay in the penthouse. The views from every room were amazing. My Dad who's 90 adored the bedroom and having 2 bathrooms really helped. The kitchen was well equipped and lovely touches such as fresh milk, biscuits and tea and coffee were so welcomed. It was great having a roof terrace. First night celebrations with fizz overlooking the sea. What more could we have asked for. It was a very special weekend for my family made all the more special with the kindness of our hosts. Will be back! Thank you so much
