A hidden gem in Monmouth. The perfect place to chill out for couples. A serene environment to stay in. 5 minutes walk away from the nearest shop and 10 minutes walk away from the town centre. Great chippy on the Monnow Bridge going into town. Plenty of shops, cafés and bars to choose from in town. Couldn't wish for a nicer hostess. I'd recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Monmouth. Brilliant place and great value for money.

This is a little gem of a place, set on a peaceful back street just 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. The accommodation is really well thought through with great attention to detail. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette facilities had everything we needed and more. And a lovely little garden area where we had breakfast in the sunshine. Rosie sent through lots of helpful information before our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was self-catering which was ideal for me since I don't like fitting with hotel timetables and don't always want a huge cooked meal. Bread, butter, milk and coffee were provided in the annex, along with excellent jams. Refills were no problem for the hosts. The room was very quiet.

Nothing much. Maybe some washing up liquid. I used what was in a purple bottle but not sure what it was exactly! I didn't mind that shampoo was not provided but might be an idea to say that's the case in advance (apologies if you did, and I just missed it!).

Rosie has created a lovely self contained space. Everything you need to self cater in a super bed/sitting room and kitchen. Bread and condiments and ample fruit for the morning.Excellent wet room shower and a great little secluded courtyard area to sit right outside. Very highly recommended.

The Breakfast was adequate for a self catering Continental 0ne Whole Meal bread was good which we used for toast was good with Marmalade , nice to have the Semi Skimmed milk as well. It would have been good to have had Cereal as well. the selection of fruit was also nice which was provided

The Shower was a bit cramped , had to go out into the acces to get dry .

It is absolutely gorgeous, and although we were staying there to attend a meeting in Monmouth, we shall definitely be returning to enjoy it again as the perfect little, private, self-contained retreat that it is. Rosie is very lovely and accommodating and we can't wait to return!

The entire villa is spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the towels lovely and fluffy. The shower is possibly the most powerful I've ever used. Breakfast items were fresh and plentiful.

Absolutely nothing was wrong, it was truly perfect.

A good base for our weekend event in Monmouth. The Garden area was a bonus - at least while weather was good. Clear instructions for getting in.

I think if we had known exactly what was provided for breakfast we might have arrived better prepared.

The room was clean and nicely arranged. Beds were comfortable. All the necessary kitchen utensils provided along with the breakfast ingredients. Easy and efficient communication with hosts, who were very nice and accommodating. Location is close to the town centre, providing easy access to the shops and main attractions of Monmouth. Multiple walking/running trails are within an easy reach from the place. My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. Many thanks to the hosts!

Quiet location. Clean and tidy. Well thought out spaces. Had all we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Good location for activities in Monmouth; within walking distance of main town and Drybridge House.

Breakfast limited. Would be good if cereal could be added to the breakfast offer. Outside space needs a bit of attention.
