This hotel has great facilities which are well maintained, loads of space, and great outside patio areas. The breakfast/restaurant room is fantastic and the breakfast experience is also fantastic, a great selection freshly cooked, and served by an exceptional team, great attention to detail but not in your face. The bedrooms are well appointed with all the necessary facilities, and are well decorated and very clean. The Spa and Pool area is an excellent facility and in great condition, really well heated, including the pool, maybe could benefit with some more furniture. The bar/bistro has a great menu, with quality meals being offered, although the meals and drinks are on the expensive side of value for money. The beach is very close which is a great location, clean golden sands, and clean sea waters, this is a fantastic amenity.

The downside was the shortage of staff at times in the bar/bistro, the staff worked hard, but at times usually in the late afternoon to early evening, service was slow, some food arrived cold, and had to be sent back, sometimes waiting long times for food and drinks.

Great service, very good food. spa, sauna, jacuzzi 😌 👌 swimming pool. Everything you need on site. You choose your view, room on the mountains or the sea. Very good breakfasts.In the rooms every day, you have cleaned bedding improved, they replenish drinking water in bottles, toilet paper is added, soap, shower gel, shampoo everything your heart desires. This is refilled every day for which we sincerely thank all the hotel employees. Great location 👌 👍 😍 Thank you for a pleasant stay for my 21st wedding anniversary. I am satisfied. Thank you Aga and Pawel from room 325. The hotel is only 5 meters from the sea. You can go and see monuments such as Gwrych Abergele Castle, I recommend.

This is a very well run hotel with extremely well trained, helpful and friendly staff. The choice at breakfast is excellent and so is the choice for meals. The food is not cordon bleu but better than your usual pub food. The pool is beautiful and the whole ambience of the leisure facilities is one calmness ad very inviting. My room was quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. You are straight on the beach when you step out of the hotel.

I am a single traveller and therefore booked a single room. The furniture in my room was a little tired and unfortunately, as in many hotels, you will not get a single room with a sea view. This is a shame as the outlook towards the back and side of the hotel is onto holiday camps while the front of the hotel and restaurant overlooks the sea.

Food excellent. Room excellent We had a double room in the front of the hotel which looks inland with a view inland. A side bay window which had a small table and two chairs. Plenty of light for reading Asked for a walk-in shower . Our grand son had a single room. there was a problem with the window opening so house keeping moved him to a new room. Full marks for house keeping. Parking free and plenty of it. Driving out for days then returning always parking.

We had no complaints and would use the hotel again. The staff are very pleasant. The swimming pool is excellent.

I stayed her for my daughter's 9th birthday. The reception staff on arrival was very welcoming. As we had arrived a couple of hours before check in, she gave us recommendations of places to go. Also advised us that we could use the swimming pool while we waited for our room. We stayed in room 310 in the top floor, and had an amazing view of the. The room was two rooms together, with the adjoining door locked open. 2 single beds and a bathroom on one side, and a double bed with a bathroom on the other side. Beds we so comfortable and the shower was amazing. We used the pool which was a decent size and pleasently warm. The food in the restaurant was amazing and was quite busy with customers not staying in the hotel. The breakfast was a great choice and just what was needed to start the day. We both would have loved to have stayed for longer, but unfortunately due to commitments, we only had 1 night stay.

We love the area in general & the hotel is marvellous

There was a guy sitting outside in the hotel grounds on a bench . There everytime we came out or back in. Obviously smoking Cannabis staff must of been aware of this . As we could smell it from our room. This should have been stopped!! Also people in next room to us were Very noisy & ignorant to anybody else staying there. Banging on doors & shouting in the early hours!!

Booked the stay as a surprise for my husband’s 40th birthday. He just loved it, the seafront location was just fabulous, it was a double room spacious with sea view and stuff to make tea ,nice bathroom comfy bedding bright and cosy at the same time.booked a table for dinner lovely restaurant, good size meal for the price, staff was very nice and happy to serve, was always ready to chit chat and aware of our privacy at the same time. Had breakfast which was included in the package was decent size. Sitting area was very pleasant and nicely decorated.

The shower tray was very small. There should be option to have more food if needed. There should be some offers for spa as well like half price or some off for packages for 2 or more😀

Reception clean and modern good location to go walking on the beach front, bedroom very clean but slightly dated furniture, SPA very modern with nice views. Breakfast area slightly dated furniture but good few choices on the menu all well presented. Staff more than helpful and friendly - reception lady on Saturday evening helped us sort a taxi & suggested where we could eat as was after 9pm.

At the Spa we were expected to use same towel on two occasions, never experienced this and I ensured we had a fresh towel on the two occasions we used the SPA

Beautiful location, lovely staff, very clean.

Unfortunatley pool was out of action due to refurbishment. This was not reflected in price at time of booking as work was expected to be completed by time of arrival. We were mailed beforehand about this, however we felt they could have reduced price to reflect same. They only offered us option to cancel. The hotel said pool was only ‘complimentary’, however they know this is a large reason people book here over other places and advertise heavily about swimming pool etc. Having stayed many times there we were happy to maintain the booking , however some sort of jesture or small token to reflect same would have been nice as it was not projected at time of booking.

Brilliant location especially the ramp/slope going out onto the beach, we though it be steps. Excellent cleanliness especially cleaning all the glass in the doors and door frames.

They could of opened the patio door for us to get down to the coast, my auntie is in a wheelchair we found the alternate route very difficult, why they could of opened the patio door then locked it behind us, instead of letting us struggle. Staff themselves said it was difficult. More entertainment in the evening like bingo. Disabled toilet on the second floor is not ideal for a wheelchair, my auntie couldn't get her wheelchair in the toilet.
