Lovely hotel right on the sea front. Staff went above and beyond very polite and attentive. Went for my birthday and even popped me a birthday card under the door which I thought was very thoughtful and much appreciated. 1st night there we had a meal at the restaurant and the food was fabulous although service a little slow. Breakfast was very enjoyable. All staff very polite. Myself and partner both had a masssge in the spa and was very relaxing with an experienced therapist who was warm and welcoming. Used the swimming pool daily. We did Colwyn Bay one of the days which was picturesque and caught the train to llandudno another day. Both of us loved llandudno. Prestatyn beach was peaceful and amazing views from our hotel room (326) Will definitely be back couldn't fault a thing.

The hotel is in the perfect location right on the beach. The beach itself is beautiful sand and goes on for miles. The room we had was a sea view and the view was fantastic with chairs by the window. The room was clean and bed’s comfortable. Breakfast was ordered from a menu with a nice choice and food was good. We also had an evening meal and it was very tasty. All the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Good size car park opposite provided free parking with plenty of spaces. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the spa pool wasn’t heated as it was joined to the main pool but this was a minor issue and there is a sauna to warm up in. Otherwise I really couldn’t fault anything else.

This hotel has great facilities which are well maintained, loads of space, and great outside patio areas. The breakfast/restaurant room is fantastic and the breakfast experience is also fantastic, a great selection freshly cooked, and served by an exceptional team, great attention to detail but not in your face. The bedrooms are well appointed with all the necessary facilities, and are well decorated and very clean. The Spa and Pool area is an excellent facility and in great condition, really well heated, including the pool, maybe could benefit with some more furniture. The bar/bistro has a great menu, with quality meals being offered, although the meals and drinks are on the expensive side of value for money. The beach is very close which is a great location, clean golden sands, and clean sea waters, this is a fantastic amenity.

The downside was the shortage of staff at times in the bar/bistro, the staff worked hard, but at times usually in the late afternoon to early evening, service was slow, some food arrived cold, and had to be sent back, sometimes waiting long times for food and drinks.

Loved being able to see the sea whilst in bed , I was with my 16 year old granddaughter in a twin room and she could also see the sea whilst lying in bed fabulous view. Also the breakfast was first class and the ladies were lovely it was especially nice that the lady taking us to our table remembered me as I've visited a number of times over the years with various family.

The first impression of our room was it was the worst one we'd been in since coming here, because what we saw first looking out of the window was a skip and then my granddaughter looked in the bathroom and liked that it was a large walk-in shower , then I sat on the bed and saw the sea in front and thought wow it's actually the best view from the bed.

Location is great, right on the beach and easy to find. Breakfast was lovely quick service pleasant staff. Had the pool and jacuzzi to myself for a short time which was blissful. Love the sun terrace and restaurant, always good food in there.

Lot of door slamming until 11.45pm. My room was a seaview which was lovely, unfortunately this meant that every time someone used the jacuzzi I could hear the rumble of the jets. I went to my room to relax at 7pm and as the pool is open until 9pm it was quite noisy. Remote for the TV didn't work, as I had my pyjamas on I tried to ring reception but got constant engaged tone. Luckily I had my tablet with me so watched that. I had tried to contact the hotel before my visit using their form but didn't get a response.

I liked that the beach and sea were literally right outside the back door. The pool and sauna were lovely and very relaxing. The hotel was very clean and very welcoming and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room we stayed in was very well presented and we loved the colours. Overall, we had a lovely stay at the beaches Hotel and most definitely would stay again.

The only two things that let it down for me was there was not enough slippers in the room, which we could have worn to come down to the pool. I personally think a dressing gown would be a nice touch also. Then visitors could go straight to pool from there rooms.

Great service, very good food. spa, sauna, jacuzzi 😌 👌 swimming pool. Everything you need on site. You choose your view, room on the mountains or the sea. Very good breakfasts.In the rooms every day, you have cleaned bedding improved, they replenish drinking water in bottles, toilet paper is added, soap, shower gel, shampoo everything your heart desires. This is refilled every day for which we sincerely thank all the hotel employees. Great location 👌 👍 😍 Thank you for a pleasant stay for my 21st wedding anniversary. I am satisfied. Thank you Aga and Pawel from room 325. The hotel is only 5 meters from the sea. You can go and see monuments such as Gwrych Abergele Castle, I recommend.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming to me and my two children, 3 and 5. Although the hotel is a spa hotel and dedicates time and money to ensuring they maintain a spa feel, they never once made me feel a nuisance with my little ones in tow, careening around the corridors. We had a beautiful stay here and made some wonderful memories, of which I am extremely grateful. The location is fantastic as well, we enjoyed all of the beach side attractions and absolutely no noise except the waves!

The food was perhaps not great in the restaurant, although again they accommodated for a fussy 5 year old and a crazy 3 year old without batting an eyelid.

This is a very well run hotel with extremely well trained, helpful and friendly staff. The choice at breakfast is excellent and so is the choice for meals. The food is not cordon bleu but better than your usual pub food. The pool is beautiful and the whole ambience of the leisure facilities is one calmness ad very inviting. My room was quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. You are straight on the beach when you step out of the hotel.

I am a single traveller and therefore booked a single room. The furniture in my room was a little tired and unfortunately, as in many hotels, you will not get a single room with a sea view. This is a shame as the outlook towards the back and side of the hotel is onto holiday camps while the front of the hotel and restaurant overlooks the sea.

The hotel was lovely, staff really friendly and helpful. Great facilities, beautiful sea views. We had a family room and it was very spacious and 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. Food in the restaurant was gorgeous.

We got there to the hotel a couple of hours early and our room wasn’t ready which is fine as we were early so we grabbed a bite to eat and went for a walk along the beach. Then when it was time to check in our room still wasn’t ready, so we went swimming and then the room was finally ready, so not a massive issue. We asked in the morning if we could have abit of extra time in the room due to not checking in on time, but they said it was ready once we went swimming but they didn’t want to disturb us, so they let us have an extra 30minutes. Better than nothing I guess 🙂 but we still had a lovely stay.
