Tracey and Joel absolutely fantastic hosts such lovely people very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing my partner now wants to make it himself ! Rooms lovely and clean and homely and the location was spot on for us. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back

Only thing we could say and that was as it was so cold the rooms could have done with being a bit warmer but not a criticism as we had gone in the middle of winter !

Very friendly and accommodating welcome from Joel and Tracey who could not have been more friendly. The guesthouse was lovely and in a great location in Colwyn Bay. It is just a short walk up a gentle hill from the railway station so great if coming by train. The location is quiet and on a residential road. Excellent breakfast with a varied choice.

Competent owners know how to run their business. Amazing full breakfast. Wonderful selection on the plate with perfect proportions & cooked to perfection. Comfortable bed. Only a short walk to pubs, restaurants & convenience stores. No need to take the car out.

If I'm being picky, the shower was quite a tight squeeze, but water pressure & temperature were fine.

The owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met, they were welcoming, kind and helpful. I really like the homemade breakfast, and the choice to personalise meals to avoid food waste. I liked that I could order soy milk for breakfast too. As a solo adventurer I also really liked the security of the building. I enjoyed the short walk into town where there is a variety of food options, especially the fantastic fish and chips and it doesn't take long to get on to the fantastic beach.

Husband and wife team, Joel and Tracy- extremely helpful and pleasant, particularly with the children. They even booked us in with activities and dinner reservations. Can't speak highly enough of how lovely they are. Rooms very clean. Breakfast absolutely delicious, great quality ingredients and the dining area was really homely. Quirky mismatched styling, modern and traditional, added to the warm, guesthouse welcome. Loved the dining area curtains, teapots and the wall paper up the stairway! Highly recommend.

I'd love to buy them a new carpet for the stairs and landing. It looked a bit worn in places and they deserve a new one. However, everything was super clean.

Warm welcome, easy check in. Parking on forecourt with security. Light, airy room on top floor with excellent bathroom. Nice towels and comp soap/shampoo. Tea/coffee useful for preparing flask next day. Breakfast time allocated to suit for a freshly cooked brekky - great personal touch in favour of hotel buffets. Location was a 2 minute walk to bars and eateries.

No fault of theirs whatsoever, but the nearby church clock rang out on the hour. I chose to wait til midnight before falling asleep.

Good off street free parking. Very Comfy room n bed. Amazing and diverse breakfast...extremely satisfying in serene breakfast room. Welcoming hosts who gave us good info for the area and travel tips 5 min walk to High Street and dinner options.

The welcome we had was so welcoming and warm , felt very comfortable staying at the property , breakfast was amazing ( try the sausages ) .

our room was a little dated and small but it was comfortable for a one night stay and had everything you needed . looking at out friends rooms there are larger rooms available and updated decor , this B&B are only now recovering from the pandemic so the rooms are being done , as they get back on their feet 😊x

Such a lovely welcome! The room was cosy and had excellent facilities. I particularly liked the little touches that made it so cosy like the salt lamp and doggy doorstop. Breakfast was amazing with a beautifully presented buffet and very tasty hot breakfast. I'm coeliac and would highly recommend to any other coeliacs for a great meal. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and I even got to meet Flash the dog who was as friendly as his owners. Lovely to meet you all, I'll definitely be back and have recommended you to friends already.

Joel and Tracey made us feel welcome the moment we stepped into the house. Answered all our questions, set us on our way to the beach and made sure we had a dinner reservation. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect - we came by car but train would have been just as easy.

Not a big fan of carpet in rooms.
