Loved the hosts, both very friendly, warm and engaging. The photo advertising the property with them on, is exactly how they are Some nice touches I liked. I was greeted at breakfast, but even if i hadnt, each table had a clear painted stone with your room number on so it was clear where youd sit. Loved the mini thermos flask handed to me for my room containing milk in for tea/coffee, more than enough milk, reusable container, Brill. Loved the main entry doorway with the original colored stone floor. My bed was really comfy. Super clean Full breakfast was varied and plentiful, cooked to perfection.; with continental options as well, prunes, cererak, toast, real butter and jam, brilliant And off street parking with no charge
Not much really, if I'm being picky my room was painted blue, and it didn't do it for me.

Awesome hosts, exactly what you want from a B and B. Brilliant Bed, Brilliant Breakfast and lots of local suggestions and just really friendly. Quiet area, amazing location (promenade very walkable) really barely anything to fault at all.
Shower in Room 1 a little inconsistent in terms of heat, fluctuates quickly having to constantly readjust. Workable but not ideal. TV should be connected to Internet so can use Netflix, Prime etc

Tracey and Joel absolutely fantastic hosts such lovely people very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing my partner now wants to make it himself ! Rooms lovely and clean and homely and the location was spot on for us. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back
Only thing we could say and that was as it was so cold the rooms could have done with being a bit warmer but not a criticism as we had gone in the middle of winter !

Very friendly and accommodating welcome from Joel and Tracey who could not have been more friendly. The guesthouse was lovely and in a great location in Colwyn Bay. It is just a short walk up a gentle hill from the railway station so great if coming by train. The location is quiet and on a residential road. Excellent breakfast with a varied choice.
Everything was very well done and there is nothing I would change.

Competent owners know how to run their business. Amazing full breakfast. Wonderful selection on the plate with perfect proportions & cooked to perfection. Comfortable bed. Only a short walk to pubs, restaurants & convenience stores. No need to take the car out.
If I'm being picky, the shower was quite a tight squeeze, but water pressure & temperature were fine.

The breakfast was excellent. A wonderful home-cooked breakfast by the lovely owner and the waitressing done by his beautiful wife a star team A personally owned business, they go the extra mile they are better than the big chain hotels. highly recommended 😀
The pillows were a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, there was nothing else that we didn’t like.

Breakfast was very good, varied and well done. My room was on the ground floor and there was no noise from the outside at all. It's very well located if you go to Colwyn Bay by train.
I would have only added more fresh fruit instead of fruit salad. But it was all right.

The owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met, they were welcoming, kind and helpful. I really like the homemade breakfast, and the choice to personalise meals to avoid food waste. I liked that I could order soy milk for breakfast too. As a solo adventurer I also really liked the security of the building. I enjoyed the short walk into town where there is a variety of food options, especially the fantastic fish and chips and it doesn't take long to get on to the fantastic beach.
Everything was perfect

Good off street free parking. Very Comfy room n bed. Amazing and diverse breakfast...extremely satisfying in serene breakfast room. Welcoming hosts who gave us good info for the area and travel tips 5 min walk to High Street and dinner options.
Nothing really. Smallish room but to be expected in these older buildings.

Husband and wife team, Joel and Tracy- extremely helpful and pleasant, particularly with the children. They even booked us in with activities and dinner reservations. Can't speak highly enough of how lovely they are. Rooms very clean. Breakfast absolutely delicious, great quality ingredients and the dining area was really homely. Quirky mismatched styling, modern and traditional, added to the warm, guesthouse welcome. Loved the dining area curtains, teapots and the wall paper up the stairway! Highly recommend.
I'd love to buy them a new carpet for the stairs and landing. It looked a bit worn in places and they deserve a new one. However, everything was super clean.
