I stayed there in a single room, no 107, Thurs & Fri night this weekend because I had booked 2 couple of shows at The Embassy. The room was spotless, looked brand new. It was very compact but I didn't need any bigger. On the second night heard a few people come in between midnight and 3am, but they were respectful and kept as quiet as they could. My room was the first one passed on the way upstairs. The 2 staff I saw were really polite and helpful. Used the discount cards in their other businesses, Wolfies and Husseys for dinner and breakfast, again there staff were really good, and welcoming, and clean and tidy too. Would definitely recommend and will be back

As it was a small room the only options to sit down were a padded stool or the bed so it was a bit limited if you wanted to watch the tv. I also found lack of storage space a bit of an issue, luckily all I had was a backpack. Not sure what they could do differently due to the room size. Probably made the best use of the space as it is.

Fantastic location. Room was a great size, well equipped, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. Fan provided for those warmer days and nights. Very comfortable bed and the entire hotel was really quiet which contributed to a great night's sleep! The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. They had an issue with WiFi, which can't be helped, but when we requested the WiFi password for the bar next door (owned by the same people), she obtained this for us with no hesitation. No car park, but there was a public car park 2 mins walk away, £9 for a week. Would return if ever we were in Skegness again.

Lower ground room was slightly darker, would benefit from brighter lights due to the lack of natural light but didn't massively impact our stay!

All of the reception staff were absolutely amazing and so polite. Lyn was there on our first night and was very helpful, I didn’t catch the ladies name that was there on Saturday but she really did go above and beyond for us so thank you. Our room was very spacious and they also came to top up towels and the complimentary refreshments which was nice. The location was great, so we could easily access everything we needed. Wolfie’s next door is great, staff are amazing and drinks were reasonable pricing. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station too which was handy. I would definitely come back again and would recommend to others x

There was a very bad smell of sewage in our room and bathroom on both nights but the lady on reception offered to swap our room which unfortunately didn’t work for us but we appreciated the gesture. It wasn’t too bad once we left the windows open to air the room out, she did everything she could to make sure we were happy so thank you again x

The rooms were very nice and cleans, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable the location is excellent especially for the price I paid.

No option for breakfast (but this is stated before booking and there are plenty of places nearby), rooms could benefit for some kind of sound proofing as we could hear the couple next door arguing (although this isn’t really the fault of the hotel) and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom which was possibly the drain in the sink/shower. No parking on property but there is street parking for 2 hours and a nearby pay and display car park.

Location fab beachfront almost view of fun fair and sea. Hotel clean and tidy - modern decor - those not steady on feet should seek ground floor rooms as stairs a bit steep and no lift. Outdoor covered seating to front of hotel. Welcoming receptionist - can answer ur questions about town and nearby attractions. Being on top floor the shower struggled a little as no real water pressure but once water had run a while there was plenty of hot water all in all a good stay

Location perfect. Rooms spacious, clean and tidy. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate station in room which was well stocked and able to ask for more if needed. Staff were friendly and provided vouchers for restaurant and pub next door. Compared to other hotels this one is perfect, it was modern and allowed us to feel safe and comfortable.

No parking, however parking in the street outside is free from 6pm until 8am the next morning. There is a big car park, 5 minute walk away also.

Fab location, good price, friendly welcome, good communication, modern facilities. Room was ready early which was fortunate. Vending machine in reception great if you have munchies/need cold drink (make sure have change), there's also additional milk/tea available, and seats there to wait. Was quiet on evening which was fortunate being next door to a wine bar, which is a bonus for looking for place to eat/drink/nightcap. 10% discount cards for wine bar, fish n chip and towards next stay at hotel all very welcome! Pleased with shower, tv, hairdryer, towelling, kettle and card fob for door, compared to other seaside premises very modern. Would recommend.

Room and bathroom were very compact in size but was expected, you can hear other guests movements next door/upstairs. Towel rack in bathroom bit high up for those who are short to reach. I'd probably book larger room and one with a view, if i was to stay again or if i came for longer. Lights on evening were slow to come on so perhaps have your torch ready!

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and the room, 117, was clean and modern with a great view of the sea. My daughter stayed in room 102, which was in the basement and was nice and quiet. On check-in, you are given a 10% discount card for Wolfies Wine Bar and Restaurant next door. The food is lovely, the portions are generous and the staff are friendly. The restaurant upstairs has a great view, and downstairs have cosy booths. The location of the hotel is perfect. We would definitely stay there again, especially with it being adults only.

On the downside, the towels weren't very soft, and one was stained. On check-in, because they don't provide breakfast, they give you a 10% discount card for a place nearby, but unfortunately, the food there was of cheap quality and very greasy, would not recommend it. TV picture quality was poor.

Lovely clean hotel, quite small rooms but adequate for 1 night fresh clean linen and towels, excellent stocked tea coffee biscuits and hot chocolate drinks. Discounts given for close restaurants which we did you and were very pleasantly surprised, make sure you order food and drinks at the same time to get full benefits!

We did have a noisy neighbour, we are not blaming the hotel for this!! Was woken early hours with banging and shouting! The view from the room was a bit to be desired but we weren’t there for the scenery

The hotel is fabulous, it’s right on the front, local to shops, cafes and amenities. It’s modern, clean and just lovely! We used the car park which was only £9 for a week ticket which was 1 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. If we were ever heading to Skegness again this would be where we would stay!

Our room was very warm, we slept with the windows open and the fan on for the whole 3 nights. Also couldn’t get WiFi in our room which meant we had to use data roaming.
