The two hosts were lovely, the gentleman welcomed us when we arrived in the evening and told us everything we needed to know during our stay in the b&b, the entrance area, hall, stairs and landing was immaculate and smelled beautiful and clean, when we got in the bedroom it was absolutely amazing, the beds and cushions were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean too, we both had an great night sleep and we were served a fantastic breakfast, we had a gluten free breakfast and a normal full English and both were delicious, there was also alot of choice for other breakfast if wanted it. The lady host cooked the breakfast and the gentleman served it both were amazing hosts and we loved the lovely puppy who greeted me with lots of love and kisses! For everyone who is a little nervous of fur babies, the hosts do keep the puppy in a little puppy gated area.

The house that is now the hotel is beautiful. The room was comfy and had everything that you need, a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, wardrobe and fridge and most importantly an en suite. The owners are lovely, I am allergic to gluten, garlic and onion and they were really accommodating (they have gluten free bread and cornflakes)

The only small down sides were the location which for us was OK but if you can't walk very well then you would have to rely on a taxi. The second was the room was a little small, we were only there for a night so it wasn't too bad but for longer, may be a little cramped.

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to drop our bags off slightly earlier than check in time. We needed to be out before breakfast started but they were very accommodating and let us have breakfast slightly earlier. The room was very cleanand good size for us. The fridge was a lovely addition.

Breakfast was cooked to order and fresh, Hosts where very friendly Beds were super comfy Extra security with front door and locking system .

On arrival there was limited spaces to park and we was unaware that there was no reception so Steve (the host) answered the door and it felt a little awkward like we was at the wrong house, but he was lovely.

Clean ,loved the fact we had a little fridge to cool our drinks ,towels changed daily and supplies topped up in room ,breakfast exceptional so much choice we were so full we didn’t need lunch ,rooms decorated beautifully ,staff very accommodating,friendly ,highly recommend this property ,would definitely book again ,loved it ! Can’t believe how lucky we was choosing this fab property ! 😊👍

Loved it all no complaints

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner and were given a very friendly welcome and told how to operate the front door lock which was easy 😀 all over the accommodation was very clean and a nice looking place the breakfast was cooked to a very good standard and was very tasty a big thank you for making our overnight stay a very pleasant one

The shower was a bit temperamental but a little bit of effort got it right

made to feel very welcome the room was big ,comfy bed fantastic breakfast the hotel was very clean ,made to feel very welcome i would highly recommend this hotel,close to seafront and amenities, reliable taxi service. really enjoyed our stay

Because i only stayed one night we didnt get to know the owners however we were greeted a warm welcome the room was excellent with facilities to us. The bed was really comfy and it was great knowing we could come and please ourselves. I will defo book for lobger next time. Overall fabulous😁

The room and every area of the property was spotless, our room had everything required for a comfortable stay and heating was on when we arrived which was appreciated. Our host kindly provided breakfast early to accommodate our golf tee time. A gem for anyone wanting to stay in the Seacroft area

The room was really clean and tidy. The breakfast was also great too having different options.

We could of done with a fan in the room, it was really warm and felt awkward trying to find the owner. Also there were people anoking directly below our window so we either had to have the windows closed and be really hot or put up with the smell of smoke. Also the pastries ran out so we had 1 each and the family behind us didn't have any
