Great location, nice big family room, comfy beds, extremely clean, quiet location.

Very good sized room and bathroom for family of 4, good amenities, great location.

Only things I didn’t like was there was a bit of mould on bottom of shower curtain, no spoons for the tea and coffee making facilities and could have been even better if there had a been an extra tv in the room where the single beds are for the kids, but these are small minor issues, overall really enjoyed our stay!

The staff was extremely nice and friendly with helping us find our room, and I would recommend this to anyone.

The only think that confused me and my partner was on booking it says Moonside but on the outside of the actual building it says sunny side so we was looking for one name until I noticed that the name is different but apart from that it was great

The location is fantastic, based on the very affordable price I wasn't expecting much but the room was very clean and had everything we needed. I didn't see any staff but was allowed to leave my bags in our room after checkout which allowed us to enjoy our final day bag free 👌

Other guests are very noisy but that can't be helped

The room was quite small there were no facilities to cook or wash dishes. There was absolutely no staff around at anytime. So if there was a problem you had to ring a phone number. To speak to the owner of the property. Everything else was fine

Lovely and clean. Near skegness front. Nice to have tv. Shower and toilet clean. Nice little touches like tea and coffee and kettle. Especially fridge.

Everything was great apart from having to phone police in middle of night because a couple werd fighting and he threateninv to kill her. Also springs on single bed were uncomfotable.

I hotel was handy to the front which was great as I am disabled. The staff were very helpful and friendly and could not help enough. My room was comfortable and clean and spacious.

The two rooms were very spacious, enough for our family for one night and plenty of room to put a travel cot. Loved the little extras such as soap, shower gel, tea and coffee.

Would have liked a TV in the single room but wasn’t an issue as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

The room was lovely and warm was downstairs and had a bath. The host I forget her name allowed us to check in early which was most helpful. There was an additional heater in the room too. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Was good value for money, nice and warm and clean bedding and bathroom shower, good communication with owner in relation to gaining access to property, thanks so much, ps fridge was a bonus and fully working tv
