Fantastic stay owners were brilliant the BnB was perfect everything we needed was minutes away if you like flat green bowls the greens are straight across the road, amusement and bar are within walking distance, room had tea coffee and replaced when asked, bed was comfortable, shower was ok as well. There's nothing we didn't like, everything was as we could have asked for.

This hotel is a hidden gem in plain sight. Such a lovely little hotel with the most amazing owners who are real genuine people. The little bar is a nice touch too where we sat down and had a quick pint and a chat with the owners before we headed to town. Wasn't expecting much for how cheap this place was but our expectations where exceeded. Nice warm room, comfortable bed and the Netflix on the t.v Is a nice touch. First time staying here but will be back next year.

Lee was so good. He was so accommodating and really made us feel at ease as this was the 1st time I took out my elderly parent. I would defo recommend staying at this hotel as the owners were really nice ! Thank you once again for a lovely stay.

The only thing I would recommend is if they can maybe have accessible toilets or bars next to the toilets to help any disabled person get off the toilet easily, but other than that, I can not fault North Parade at all. !! Thank you once again for a lovely stay.

- Located right on the seafront, most attractions within easy walking distance - Easy to find, with parking to the rear of the property - Lovely welcome by the staff on arrival and in the morning for breakfast - Reasonably priced breakfast in the morning, good portion sizes and good quality, service was the most efficient I've seen at any establishment! - Room clean and tidy on arrival - Selection of teas/coffee in room alongside bottles of water and shower gels, something which you seldom see nowadays Overall great stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone needing a lower cost place to stay in Skegness. Breakfast recommended.

- Door lock to bedroom took a while to lock from the inside (21), just needs a little maintenance - Bourbon biscuits but no custard creams! *Struggling for things to say*

Accommodation was clean and tidy, room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. Complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits/bottled water in room. Complimentary toiletries in en-suit too which was a nice little touch. We spent a couple of hours in the on site bar having a drink and playing pool, well stocked to our taste of drinks and a reasonable price too with some good music playing in the background. Hosts were all friendly, car park was easily accessible. Quick check in and out. Great location to all seafront attractions, and a little folder in room with suggestions of things to do nearby and places to eat. Overall a fab stay. Thank you!

Good location right on the seafront. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice and there's a comfortable lounge to use. The room and bathroom were a bit on the small side, maybe with a bed too big for the space. The 'garden view' definitely wasn't! All in all good value for Skegness and would most likely stay there again if in the area.

Lovely flowers and seating area on the front of the hotel to watch the world go by. Really nice down stairs toilet, animal theme wallpaper and light pull. Every where really clean and smelt nice. Love little bar area, with pool table and board games to play. Really friendly welcoming owners and staff. Comfy beds and kettle and Tv in room as well as biscuits. We loved our stay and would stay again

The rooms were lovely and clean, the bed was huge! Tea and coffee were provided. The location is great with a parking area only 30 seconds away. Loved our stay and will definitely be staying again!

The view was a little disappointing but we paid a low price and someone has to look out of the back windows. The front rooms look to have amazing views and next time I will probably pay extra for the view!

Functional though a little dated but dont expect 5 star prpoerty at a 3 star price. Good value breakfast. Fantastic staff. Special note to disabled users. The property does have a lift. It is only a 2 person one which may not accomadate a larger wheelchair. We had spoken to hotel in advance and had been allocated a room right by the lift exit and just left mobility scooter downstairs. Easily sorted. Well done staff

Beautiful view and location was just perfect 🥰 the room was very clean and I really appreciated the bottle water, the first night I had forgotten to buy some so it was a sigh of relief. I was amazed there was a bath and shower Beautiful touch to have a nice pampering bath before bed. The lift made the carrying of a suitcase effortless everything you would want in a holiday.

Gave a 9 because the bed wasn't as firm as I would have liked but my son said it was cozy so I am just being a bit fussy I think, overall lovely accommodation.
