Our children were able to feel at home and settled during our stay and it's rare for that to happen so easily, especially as our youngest daughter is autistic and can have issues with big changes. She loved her stay and had a perfect time and slept very well which is everything we could have hoped for. Our eldest also had a magnificent time. We stayed in the hotel several years previously and had a perfect time then too, pleased to see the quality is just as good. Location is perfect, very close to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and the decor reminiscent of all the best things about the seaside. The facilities are great, everything is easy to use and access. We truly had a perfect stay!

Easy to find ,free car parking close to all amenities. Staff friendly rooms were clean and tidy beds were comfortable. There was a lift as well which was handy if you struggled to use stairs and was great for taking your suitcase up .

The only 3 things I didn't like was not enough hooks to hang wet towels and the shelf the kettle was quite tiny and was having to juggle about a bit when making a hot drink. Went down stairs to use the bar very reasonable priced but the coke was flat unfortunately I think buying cans would be better as big bottles of coke lemonade etc...loose there fizz.

The North Parade Hotel is a lovely and welcoming place. Julieanne was very lovely, friendly and helpful. She help us with luggage storage upon check in and check out and was very welcoming and kind throughout our stay. We stayed in a twin room, which was very clean and offered everything thing we needed. The beds were really comfy and the complimentary water, biscuits and hot drinks were a nice added touch. The bathroom was small and compact but had everything we needed. The shower was lovely and the batheroom was very clean. Complimentary toiletries were available, which was really nice. WiFi was not available in the rooms but available in all common areas, which was not a problem for us. Towels and blankets were also provided. The hotel's location is a real plus as the hotel is within walking distance of some of Skegness'main attractions, such as Skegness Pier, Embassy Theatre, Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Skegness Beach. Bus stops were also located close by making it easy to get around. Overall, both myself and my sister enjoyed our stay at the North Parade Hotel and would recommend it. Thank you.

Everything from booking in to our stay for 2 nights was brilliant, room was clean and everything was at hand, we only had room only but from the feedback from viewing the premises breakfast and evening entertainment was fantastic, nice bar and lounge are available and the host was very friendly and informative of the local town and surrounding area, all in all a great friendly hotel and will definitely return for another visit/stay.

Fantastic stay owners were brilliant the BnB was perfect everything we needed was minutes away if you like flat green bowls the greens are straight across the road, amusement and bar are within walking distance, room had tea coffee and replaced when asked, bed was comfortable, shower was ok as well. Breakfast was great. Will be looking to stay later in the year. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. IAN and SUE.

There's nothing we didn't like, everything was as we could have asked for.

This hotel is a hidden gem in plain sight. Such a lovely little hotel with the most amazing owners who are real genuine people. The little bar is a nice touch too where we sat down and had a quick pint and a chat with the owners before we headed to town. Wasn't expecting much for how cheap this place was but our expectations where exceeded. Nice warm room, comfortable bed and the Netflix on the t.v Is a nice touch. First time staying here but will be back next year.

Me and my family had a few days away at north parade hotel was perfect we wanted it close to everything and it’s in perfect location. The owners couldn’t do enough for us nothing was to much trouble and made you feel like it was your own home. Breakfast was amazing the choices you had was fab. Will deffo be back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you for having us stay at your lovely hotel. 😊

Lee was so good. He was so accommodating and really made us feel at ease as this was the 1st time I took out my elderly parent. I would defo recommend staying at this hotel as the owners were really nice ! Thank you once again for a lovely stay.

The only thing I would recommend is if they can maybe have accessible toilets or bars next to the toilets to help any disabled person get off the toilet easily, but other than that, I can not fault North Parade at all. !! Thank you once again for a lovely stay.

- Located right on the seafront, most attractions within easy walking distance - Easy to find, with parking to the rear of the property - Lovely welcome by the staff on arrival and in the morning for breakfast - Reasonably priced breakfast in the morning, good portion sizes and good quality, service was the most efficient I've seen at any establishment! - Room clean and tidy on arrival - Selection of teas/coffee in room alongside bottles of water and shower gels, something which you seldom see nowadays Overall great stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone needing a lower cost place to stay in Skegness. Breakfast recommended.

- Door lock to bedroom took a while to lock from the inside (21), just needs a little maintenance - Bourbon biscuits but no custard creams! *Struggling for things to say*

Beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. Didnt have breakfast so not sure about the food. Great location. Lovely bar with music, pool, darts and games. Everything catered for.

The bathroom was really small. Not much room in shower and kept banging arms on the side. Very small sink but dont let this put you off.
