Absolutely beautiful room. Exceptionally clean and a very good size. Literally a stones throw from the beach to so great location. Lovely lady, and very welcoming. Very impressed.

Perfect location a few steps from the pier. There is no dedicated parking but you can park outside the property, we've been there in November with no issues with the spaces but I guess it might be hard during the summer. The lady at the reception was so nice and kind we've had the warmest welcome ever. The room is not the biggest but there is everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, small fridge, a desk, large comfy bed, a shower room, a kettle with some milk, coffee and tea and a smart TV that connect to a local Wi-Fi. Great place for an older person or a couple, the room feels like an upstairs home bedroom.

We've been at the top floor and the shower water pressure was really low and took some time until the water was warm.

It was clean, very comfortable and extremely tidy, and was made welcome as soon as we entered the property, Paula was lovely and could have a laugh with her, very down to earth, would 100% stay here again, the room was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits in room with water in fridge for us. We saw bad reviews prior to booking so was a little weary but going there personally and stopping can happily say it's a load of bollocks, would highly recommend. Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome, Will definitely be back!!

We loved everything.

The very warm welcome from the owners, the information and safety information provided by the owners. The bedroom was so so clean, the bed was so comfortable, very quiet and always asked if everything was okay. The location is perfect as it’s so close to everything. We loved the decor in the bedroom - we loved it so much we have booked again for August and we will be staying here due to the lovely owners and the location. You get more for your money when you stay here. Don’t be put off by lack of parking, you can easily park on the road. We were lucky to park right outside as it’s first come first serve. Thank you to Paula and her partner for such a wonderful stay.. we cannot wait to return xx

I have absolutely no dislikes..

I've been to a lot of b&bs and hotels and this room was by far the best! It had everything you could need; spare blankets, heater, fan, fridge, full canisters of tea coffee and sugar, washing up liquid and a sponge, glasses as well as cups, plenty clothes hangers, a step for the bathroom, hair dryer and hair straightener. I've never seen so many facilities provided and everything was really clean. There was also an iron and ironing board on the landing we could have used if we needed it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. On-suite was a good size with full size standing shower and very clean.

Doesn't offer breakfast but still great value for money and there are breakfast cafes near by.

The hostess with the mostest! She was absolutely amazing. The room was absolutely pristine and the array of extras was a lovely touch 😁 I suffer from a disorder and the lovely lady knocked the door to make sure I was ok. I have stayed in this area a few times and paid significantly more. Which in all honesty The Eastleigh should!!! 10/10 if I was ever to stay in the area again I would be here.

The manager Paula is lovely nothing is too much trouble for her, always bright and bubbly . The staff are very helpful and friendly too. The room was very clean everything spotless tea and coffee and milk in room plenty of storage, plenty of lighting room was very restful very well thought out. Shower took a bit of getting used too but not a major problem it was probably me . I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back will be telling family and friends where to stay in skegness,

There was nothing I didn't like. Can't say a bad word about the eastleigh

The perfect stay for my daughter's 25th birthday. We stayed in the family suite which was very comfortable and included a side room with two single beds. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided with extras available in the reception area. We couldn't have asked for a better location with it being just a few steps from the seafront. We will definitely return.

Excellent location close to the seafront. Mini fridge in room and complimentary water. Paula was very welcoming. There is parking available right next door in the pay and display car park.

The bed appeared to be a small double rather than a full size double, but was still comfortable. Good facilities but it was strange for the bathroom not to have a towel rail and for the shower gel and conditioner to be fixed outside of the shower.

The managers were brilliant nothing to much for them very helpful and although check in finished at 7pm we were able to ring ahead to let Paula one of the managers know we were delayed due to traffic and a traffic incident on our way down they kept our room and could not have been more wellcome. They do breakfast which smelled delicious but we did not indulge in due to both having major hangovers 🤣🤣🤣❤️

The people who run this hotel and were this hotel is within two minutes of everything you need in including clubs pubs beach markets ect definitely booking again for next year for yet another great reggae wkender ❤️ There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Recommend this hotel to book anytime as open all the year round.
