Host Paul&Josie are such a lovely couple very welcoming always making sure you have everything you need very friendly helpful nothing was too much trouble . The room was very spacious bright lovely decorated and extremely clean . on suite excellent spacious very clean . the bed was so very comfortable the best I have slept in . Breakfast was all freshly cooked and very good quality dining room very well presented and a lovely clean layout . the area is very quiet and local to beach town and station . Couldn’t ask for anything more best B&B I stayed in Cannot wait to book again and will recommend to family friends Shirley &Rob

The full English breakfast was great, perfectly cooked. A good size portion and served in a friendly manner. Our king size room was bigger than we expected, with a large ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and liked to have a chat with the guests, which we liked. The location was great, just a short walk to the town, amusements etc, places to eat and drink and the beach. Also it was a short walk to the bus station and rail station.

Everything was great. We couldn't fault anything.

Good breakfast,very comfortable beds,great hosts, felt like we'd known them for years. Nothing too much trouble,even remembering our fussy teenage daughters breakfast requests! Loved it so much we already booked to go back for her birthday.

The most comfy bed ever and the room very spacious. Breakfast was cooked well. After all bed and breakfast for us is the most important thing couldn't fault the welcome from Josie and Paul

Breakfast was a bit later than we would have liked and one of us struggled getting out of the shower. The windows didn't open except for one small top window which meant not much fresh air coming in. But nothing that niggling to prevent us wanting to go again Josey and Paul made us very welcome.

Lovely couple that own the area made us feel welcome. Sorted out any problems we had. Room was tidy and clean. I didn’t have breakfast but I could tell it was nice as other guests left no leftovers haha. Peaceful had one couple having a couple of arguments but the staff sorted that out straight away. I literally have 0 complaints if your staying in Skegness I would most certainly recommend Whiteways Guest Hotel.

Consistently excellent breakfasts - proper full English. Location is great, a little occasional traffic noise outside until about 9pm which then winds down and then nice and quiet. And probably seven minutes or so walk to the beach/amusements. Would recommend this b&b to friends without hesitation.

I can't think of anything that particularly bothered me.

Our stay was wonderful. Paul and Josie are fantastic hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay fantastic. Breakfast was superb - Paul makes the best fried bread !!. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative I can say is the room we stayed in was a little small for two people but still clean and comfortable.

Brilliant couple, made welcome from minute one, great location only five minute walk from clock tower and all the attractions but set in a nice quiet road. Really nice home cooked breakfast that set you up for the day. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Both Josie & Paul were very pleasant both greeted us . Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable . Nice quiet, B&B . Breakfast was a full english . Very nice . We are booking again with the family next year .
