Staff friendliness who welcomed me with a smile. Lovely location which facililtated a good nights sleep. in fact better than at home. I liked how the tea & coffee plus snacks were displayed in the bedroom. The unique way that the breakfast items were laid out on the indivdual tables which meant that visitors did not have to keep going to a central place for the next item to eat. Everything was either brought to me or was on the table. It is these little, unique, touches that means thought has been put into how to make the visitors stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
There was nothing that I disliked about my stay at the White Cottgae

The room, the host, the garden, and the breakfast. Everything at this B&B is excellent. I stay at many B&Bs and this is the best yet. The room is very big, the Bed is sooo comfortable, the room has its own private Garden with a Summer house. You book your breakfast on arrival, it was ready bang on time, and was fantastic. Above and beyond what you get at most B&Bs. A "Full", Full English, cereal, Tea, Cold water, Homemade Yoghurt, toast. Ellen greeted me with a warm welcome, explained everything, helped me with local takeaways and could not do enough for me in the morning at breakfast. It's a real shame that I only had a few hours on site, as it is a great place to stay and now my "go-to" when I am in the area. OUTSTANDING

Fabulous is all I can say! Ellen and Steve are a lovely friendly couple who keep there B&B pristine. The Garden which I was told was for my pleasure also is immense and fabulous and kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was beautiful and I could have as much or little as I like. Extremely quite rooms and tranquil and very large rooms also, the family bathroom has a bath! I can honestly say it is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. I will definitely be going back with my family to stay there again. Thank you Ellen & Steve for your hospitality. Kevin Booth Nottingham

A lovely cottage in rural Lincolnshire. Very close to the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre as well as being close to a lot of lovely villages, the Lincolnshire coast is not overly far away either. The host was lovely, chatty and friendly, the garden area of an evening was nice for a glass of wine and relax after the drive and although roads are close the noise is not intrusive. Breakfast was amazing, most certainly one of the best breakfasts we've had for a long tie with home cooked and home made fare on offer

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional B&B. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The garden is absolutely stunning – with lovely little seating areas and beautifully designed flower beds and we had wonderful views of the garden from our room. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight: beautifully presented with delicious options, including charming individual mini milk and juice bottles that showed real attention to detail. A perfect stay and we highly recommend it.
Nothing to improve.

What a little hidden gem! It's an absolutely fantastic b&b with great hosts. We stayed in the family room, which met all expectations and more! The photos shared online are EXACTLY what we got, and we weren't disappointed. The room was clean and spacious for a family of three. Facilities to make hot drinks with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits. Our en-suit-wow! Perfect size and more for a family! Lovely sized bath and a shower also. In our room, we had a book with information such as WiFi code-teen was happy! Also, leaflets of places to see and visit. We were visiting for a family wedding otherwise we would have made use of the leaflets. We also had two fans in our room as the weather was so warm-the hosts had thought of everything! In our bathroom cabinet, there was a choice of body washes and shower gels. We didn't need them, but a fantastic idea if these had been forgotten when packing! Breakfast was lovely, having a cooked breakfast every morning-we completed a breakfast form the night before. You could choose between a certain time for breakfast. Cereals on offer, yoghurts, individual fresh fruit pots, and Fresh pure orange. The food was so good, and nothing was too much trouble. Such a peaceful location with stunning views!!

The White Cottage provided a very comfortable and spacious room with views of their delightful cottage garden which is actually open to guests. Fruit from the garden was served at breakfast with a number of other delicious homemade items. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful, and were able to offer some interesting advice on the area which we explored.
It was really good all round - there was nothing we did not like.

A truly great place to stay. The host was lovely and welcoming. The location was well maintained, plenty of parking and peacefully quite. The outside area has a dedicated smoking area and lovely back gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything you could want in there, in including new tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner's, shower gels, tea coffee, hot chocolate, phone charger 'block', TV, mood lighting, flyers, welcome book, day bed, large double bed, beautiful views, breakfast preference's for any pallet, nice hearty full English with a spacious and bright dining rooms. Fresh juices, fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast, yogurts'. No request was too big or small! it was amazing!
The shower pressure in the left hand upstairs room wasn't the greatest, but still enjoyable.

Ellen and Stephen were fantastic. Their attention to detail was impeccable. The whole house is immaculate, and the gardens are beautiful. The fresh fruit waiting for you at breakfast is such a nice touch, I was also incredibly impressed that they had the fruit for our toddler already cut appropriately! They were warm and welcoming, and nothing felt too much.
Absolutely nothing we didn't like, we had the most perfect stay.

Absolutely one of the most charming and comfortable b&b's EVER! Lovely garden and updated cottage - totally wonderful! Warm welcome, in-room coffee, fluffiest towels, lovely king bed mattress - the list goes on & on. The full English breakfast is all homemade by our most wonderful hostess/owner, Ellen. Honestly - it was one the very best experiences in all of our 10 days in England. HIGHLY recommend!
Cannot think of one single thing we didn't like. It was lovely in every way.
