Great location ,arrived @14.50 went too reception too ask about parking facilities was met by a lady who could of been Abit more friendly,saying I was unable too check in yet before I’d even asked my question .. when checked in at 15.00 friendly chap explained that a lot of sand had been poured in the toilet by previous guests wasn’t an issue.Bedroom area clean and comfortable shower hadn’t been cleaned open shower gel bottles x2 left dripping from shower rack over all didn’t bother us , towels wasn’t ready but told they would be replaced asap too which were forgotten lovely young lady attended to this once reminded . For the price paid was comfortable

Location is excellent. Close to all the eating and drinking places around the green. Staff helpful. Rooms modern and clean. Cost well worth it. Once the parking was explained it was fine. Despite the below, there was plenty eateries close on... Shout out to Denish, he was very helpful..

1) No food on site, head chef off on maternity leave. 2) could do with some sort of chair in the rooms instead of having to use the bed all the time. I have mobility issues and it would have been a lot easier.....

It's in the centre of the village. Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept well once the pub closed.

Our room was directly above the bar, we stayed on a Saturday night so it was very loud, karaoke night so we didn't sleep the best. OK once the singing stopped. When you stay request a room to the rear of the building if you want a quieter stay.

Hotel very conveniently located to visit Skegness. Buses run just outside if you don't fancy driving, and the beach is only a short walk away. There are enough choices for food and drink in the small village without feeling the need to venture too far. A cheeky cocktail or two and the killing of Karaoke - what's not to love 😃

The Hotel had everything we needed for a weekend stay - there is nothing that I would say was bad.

The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and a good supply of tea and coffees. There was a really good pressure in the shower. Although the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours or people walking past in the corridor. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The staff are friendly and polite. As a bonus the hotel is also a pub and restaurant, selling reasonably priced food and drink. The meals we had were lovely. We had a wonderful weekend.

We had a view of the green in Chapel St Leonards, the only thing that spoilt it a little was you looked over a the roof first.

Location, Bar, entertainment, cleanliness, staff , Although i didn't have the food myself it looked a smelt absolutely superb . I have put the bed wasn't comfy but its each to there own i dont like a soft mattress whereas others may like them

No staff to talk to after 10 on a weekend . No Breakfast options nowhere to sit in my room and relax only the bed . Tv was very strange to work and no instructions . Room walls were extremely extremely thin with no soundproofing at all i could here the tv on in the next room or up above i could quite work it out as clear as if it was in my room both nights of my stay . Nothing for kids to do whatsoever , you have a games room but adults only is ridiculous in this day and age .

Our stay was excellent and very friendly staff. The only fault we had was the toilet seat was broken. I said to a member of staff and they said it would be fixed straight away but unfortunately this didn’t happen. Apart from that we had a very pleasant stay.

happy friendly atmosphere as soon as me and my daughter walked in , brilliant , friendly , proper go out their way to please and help their guests in anyway they can staff ,, clean , comfortable , great food and value for money and some brilliant artwork on the wall , I actually walked the halls just to see more ! excellent artist

that I’ve got something to say in this section,, sad face and in no way a reflection on the staff ,,,,, a green light on the ceiling outside the bathroom, I presume is an emergency light is very bright and did disturb my sleep,,,,,,, the shower door ( room 3 ) is badly fitted, doesn’t close properly and bathroom floor gets flooded ( hence the wet towels ! ) and the laminate floor trim/edging is missing next to the bathroom door on the corner and has left the connecting corner piece sticking out and a hazard,,, but I’m sure these issues will be rectified in keeping with the quality of staff and hotel and the great service they provide,, knowing that ,, would gladly 100% stay again 👍

Location , modern room, very clean, friendly staff.

The music from the entertainment was very loud and went on well after 11.30pm. The car parking is only free from check-in at 3pm. You can't check in before 3pm, if you want to use the car park prior to 3pm it is an hourly rate.

Very local to who I was visiting, good parking and checking in procedure. Very comfortable bed and great hairdryer.

It is noisy, I've stayed before and knew this, bought my ear plugs with me and slept like a baby. Silicone around shower needs replacing as abit mouldy.
