Perfect as you can park !! Essential for us, Perfect for location close to friends and beaches Perfect for acceptance of dogs staff & locals friendly & welcoming I hope they're all.told this, they're a super bunch and Maggie was so very helpful and welcoming.

Only slight downsides were beds have like foam type protectors, understandable I geuss with dog friendly rooms, but these aren't great and stick to you when u move so constanly really crumple up through the night and led to a very unsettled sleep. As no breakfast supplied could have just done with some extra milks so u can have more than x1 coffee each, which we had a night, without having to go to a shop for milk as nobody available early mornings to purchase any extra. Small things otherwise perfect and would not deter us coming again which we definitely will.

Had a stay at The Saracen’s Head whilst working locally. Stayed in the ‘Cabin’ family room as (I think), I had my dog with me. Room was what it was, a budget room, but fair value at £80 for a night. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was walk-in and was excellent. There was no desk in the room which would have helped, as I was working, but I guess that’s because it was a family room. The host (Barry) and his partner were very pleasant and helpful. Main pub seemed like a nice place to have a quiet drink. Pub was working winter hours so no evening meal or breakfast but there is a local Premier store 30 seconds away and Barry pointed me in the direction of Chapel St Leonard’s which had fish & chips and a pizza shop (which I went for and it was great) and for breakfast there is apparently a garden centre 1.5 miles away that does good breakfasts. That didn’t work for me as it didn’t open until 9am and I had to work unfortunately (but I found somewhere else a few miles away)

Our first booking cancelled when we where on our way looking on bookin.com we came along this little gem 💎 the room was beautiful and after a long drive we arrived they had the heating on in the room ready for us the shower is bigger then normal witch was excellent for me the grounds are beautiful we had a night in the pub for food the staff are amazing and the food was lush I would highly recommend this place and will be paying it another visit thankyou for making us so welcome kellie & val xx

There was nothing I didn't like to be honest we were there for one night wished we had longer.

Comfortable and generally clean.

The shower temperature control wasn't working correctly and therefore the water was very hot and couldn't be adjusted. We couldn't use the shower because of this issue

Nice friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Bar area looked very nice too and so did the outside seating area. Room was exactly what we wanted. Warm, cosy, clean and comfortable. Microwave, toaster and mini fridge, all added bonus. Perfect location for what we needed. We had family staying five minutes walk away. Will definitely return if available when we need it.

Great place, accommodation was clean and spacious and it a quiet location albeit a bit far from the beach.

Parking was full so I had to park on the road outside the accommodation

Very friendly people in a lovely location only 6 minutes down the road from fantasy island. We lived be able to take our dog too and he was also welcomed.
