Ideally located for visits to local attractions. Bar had an excellent choice of beers and lagers. Breakfast served from 0700 until 1030,so catered for most travellers needs. Breakfast is self service buffet style. Selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and hot cooked food. Accessible room located on ground floor only a short distance from reception. Walk in shower with seating and spacious bathroom. Kettle and tea/coffee provided. A few biccies would have been nice! The room was on the rear of the hotel and could be accessed via patio doors which made getting luggage into room easy, as parking was adjacent to the room. For those with electric vehicles there are several charging points located at the front of the hotel.

I liked the hospitality and the breakfast was really delicious

The down fall is the toilet when you flush it's really hard to flush and need to keep pressing over and over again also the cleaners came to change the towels and bedding but never vacuumed the rug

The hotel is well placed for all amusements and beach being end of season not alot was open but made the most of the Saturday the on site bar small but did the job not catered for a mass amount of people became swapped at one point but all that being said very nice place to stay all staff polite

The room was dated the paint was missing in places and the radiator in bedroom had cover hanging off grout and silicone damaged or missing in the bathroom the dado rail was full of dust house keeping needs to up there game and a net would be beneficial on the balcony to keep the pigeons out as alot of pigeon poo made Balcony unappealing

The hotel is nice it has a lovely fragrance throughout, the staff are lovely the location is local to attractions, beach ect.. the food in the resturant was lovely too, the pudding was delicious. Cheff knows what hes doing. We also had breakfast and it was bang on. There is activites on site, swimming and a park to keep the little ones entertained. Overall i would go back there. The beds are cofmy the only thing is the pillows are abit flat next time i go i will be taking my own, but apart from that it was really good.😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The staff were so nice in the hotel and nothing was too much trouble! There was a lovely Thailand lady who was in the breakfast room and she was so kind&helpful(can this be passed into her at all?) A big thanks to her! Lovely hotel facilities and the room had 2 double beds,large TV and very clean. Nice food and pleasant stay,would highly recommend the hotel!

The only thing was that the water from the shower didn't go down the bath plughole very well so feet swimming in water in Bath,shower blew hot&cold at times so needing to regulate it more often to get the correct temperature Other than this no problems at all!

Just realised I asked for quiet room. It was quiet but we were given the room directly opposite stairs door, which I would say isn't the quietest room! Facilities on site are great, free access to the pool and evening entertainment which we weren't expecting. Breakfast is okay and included. Beds were a good size and mattress good. Bathroom very clean.

Be careful at breakfast with the pans they are hot, warning labels would be useful. Use the tea towels to move lids and use napkin to hold plate otherwise you'll end up with a sore hand! There's no aircon too, so room can get hot! I sweated a fair amount one night.

The property’s location is fantastic to use the facilities such as the club house and swimming. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and rooms were clean.

The bathrooms really let the rooms down, toilets didn’t flush or drain away and the bathrooms were averagely clean. Hotel room itself is clean, old furnishings. Facilities such a tea station is great but only enough tea bags for one cup of tea which is fine until you have to go down to reception to replenish. Breakfast isn’t a book service and only tables we were offered is outstanding but it had been raining over night therefore the wooden seats were sodden.

We booked a suite for our stay the room was lovely and big with a balcony which was nice also had a jacuzzi bath and a shower, staff were brilliant also had a smile and very polite even though they are run off their feet, the new girl on night reception was lovely she had a incident with a customer who was very drunk and she handled it perfectly putting the guest first,breakfast OK could do with afew pastries as not everyone wants a full breakfast in the morning ,apart from that everything was lovely, deffernatly stay again if I could get the same room.

Could do with more staff especially at the busiest times.
