Everything.. after a rocky start, this hotel and its owner made our couple of days perfect.. we booked a run-down dirty hotel and had to leave. Fortunately, Roosevelt had availability. From booking,it was absolutely perfect..we haven't had time together in 9 years due to taking care of our son, so this was pretty special.. Carl and his Dad were so welcoming that we felt like part of his family. The room was small but cosy and very clean, shower was geat and very warm. Breakfast was amazing. I'm still stuffed from this morning, and it's 21.30. If you are reading this book, you won't be disappointed. My background is hotel management, and I am now a housekeeping manager at a very large private hospital. My standards are high. Roosevelt was exceptional. We will be back with our little boy 👦

Going home

Lovely welcome at the car, host carried the case upstairs for us gave us WiFi password we could come and go as we pleased, room and beds lovely and comfortable, hot breakfast was lovely full English yummy! Choice of cereal juice and toast with jam tea and coffee, kettle and hot drinks in the room tv, carl Couldn’t do enough for us absolutely brilliant will be back!

Carl was waiting outside for our arrival. Helped with our luggage to our room. Nothing was too much trouble. Both him and his father were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend it there. Lovely breakfast to set you up for the day. Reasonably priced too. Thankyou for the stay.

A full English breakfast was provided, together with a cereal buffet and toast. Alternatives were also provided. The room was large enough to accommodate our wishes, with self contained shower and toilet facilities. Brian and, his son, Carl, couldn't do more to make us feel welcome. We visited Skegness to meet with friends who were staying elsewhere. Their accommodation did not provide them with breakfast so Brian provided them with breakfast at his establishment at a most agreeable cost.

The rooms were lovely and spacious and Carl the owner was amazing and was always kind and happy to help out plus he made some amazing breakfast and tea every morning

Excellent service, owner accommodated our late arrival at 11pm , he was even waiting for us on the street to show us where to park. Excellent service considering he does everything himself. Would highly recommend, location is excellent very near town centre and beach. Amazing cooked breakfast every morning great value for money. Hairdryer even supplied in a draw next to the bed.

Nothing everything was outstanding, no issues.

Nothing to dislike

The room was on the ground floor. The beds were really comfy and the room was warm. Carl was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. The shower was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good .Excellent value for money.
