The lodge we were allocated was amazing, super clean and extremely well kitted out. Good breakfasts, ate in the hotel on one night, food mediocre.

Staff did not appear to be well trained, for instance one waitress was placing (not particularly clean) wine glasses on the tables picking them up two at a time with her fingers inside the glasses! A knife that was laid on the table that I was sitting at had a greasy thumb print on the blade. One other thing was because we were staying in a lodge we were unable to charge anything "to our room" and this in my opinion is very discriminatory!!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. I stayed with my friend for one night. We had swimming in the evening which was included within our stay, a little gutted all pools weren’t open but enjoyed our little swim. Our room overlooked the back garden, on the golf course. The view was beautiful. Although, curtains needed to be closed when changing as it was right near to where everyone who was enjoying their Friday night drink at the bar. Our room had two small double beds which were clean & very comfortable with 4 pillows each! Shower / Bath, but was only issued 1 toilet roll which it didn’t have much left. Breakfast was £10 each extra on top of the room price. It was a “help your self” service. Full English ingredients, as well as cereal selections & toast. Muffins were also offered but found them uncovered and a fly within the vicinity. The hot plates (the one I picked up) were not clean. I had to dig out a couple at the back and wipe it down with a serviette. We had to check out by 10am.

Our room wasnt quite ready when we arrived but we went to the spa whilst we waited. When we got to our room we had an apology note and a bottle of prosecco! Really didnt expect that. The room was very clean with nice bathroom facilities very modern. Our evening meal was great and what a nice view over the golf course with drinks outside. The spa is amazing with great gym facilities, pool, steam and sauna. Would have like to spend longer there but maybe thats a reason to return!

The air con wasnt working and as it was 26 degrees in the room it meant a very uncomfortable night. Thankfully there was a small fan. The mini fridge wasnt switched on and didnt really get very cold to cool our drinks down when we did find the switch.

Very clean and well- proportioned- mix between the old house and modern styling was spot on. Really beautiful house and public areas well presented. My room was in the old building and was huge with wonderful views. Quiet atmosphere even though it was quite busy. The spa facilities were excellent - lovely pool and great sauna/ steam room etc - really well designed and great size. Changing rooms and shower area were very clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. A great place to relax. Restaurant was good - again the staff were really welcoming and attentive without being over the top. Food prices were competitive with a good range on the food and drinks menu. Breakfast was also good with a wide variety of choices. Would absolutely stay again.

Nothing really - a very minor point would be that my room had a few small places where attention to detail was missed in terms of decor.

Excellent buffet style breakfast with lots of choices, the room was modern and large and clean with comfy bed, A modern Spa Centre, also dinner was available in the hotel at what appeared to be reasonable prices, though we ate out in local restaurants each evening.

These comments are quite picky and did not detract from a lovely stay at a nice hotel. - The breakfast individual buffet items when running out, were not replenished as quickly as I would have expected. The staff (Though they very nice friendly and polite) sometimes had to be asked for replenishments even though they were in attendance, this however did not detract from my giving the Breakfast high marks the food was excellent. The doors to the rooms are, as often in hotels, on self closing mechanisms which caused all the room doors along our corridor to bang quite loudly and could be clearly heard from within our room, perhaps a soft close mechanism could be used or even a simple felt buffer could be attached to the doors to stop them banging.so loudly

Loved the spa facilities. The views were lovely. Just wanted a relaxing night away.

When we checked out the receptionist asked for extra money for a meal and drinks that we didn't have. She said that I had signed for. We had not been to the bar, restaurant or had drinks. She also asked for money for an upgrade of the room. Which I didn't think we had had a deluxe suit. But I paid the extra. Then she wanted money for an early check in which we didn't have. I felt like she was unhappy that I did not pay for these things. But we genuinely did not have the extra things on our bill. I was disappointed that she did not apologise for the mix up. The customer service was not what I would expect from a best western hotel.

Excellent hotel in beautiful grounds. Good sized room with lovely view of golf corse. Very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Automatic choice when visiting this part of Lincolnshire.

Parking is a nightmare, clearly insufficient parking space for the number of visitors, if it were not for the very kind lady on reception who twice vacated her parking space for us I don't know where we would have put the car each night.

We absolutely loved the location, perfect for a quick city escape! Surrounded by nature, with beautiful walking trails and plenty of outdoor activities, and just a 20-minute drive from one of the most stunning beaches in the GB. The nearby national park was a real highlight. The spa facilities were fantastic, recently refurbished and very well-maintained. We made the most of everything: sauna, steam room, heated loungers, jacuzzi, and even an ice room (though it could’ve used a bit more ice!). The swimming pool was great too. Meals were decent, with a classic menu for both breakfast and dinner. We were especially happy to see a Sunday Roast on offer for dinner. Our room was simple but clean, with comfy sheets and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The early check-in option felt a bit unreasonable, and an additional charge of £20 for just two extra hours didn’t seem worth it. The bathroom could definitely use some updating too; it's showing its age, especially with the old-fashioned separate hot and cold taps at the sink.

The dinner for the Cable & Wireless reunion was possibly the best that we have had at our annual reunion at Kenwick Park. The staff were excellent and it was nice to all be on a big table for breakfast in the same room the next morning Overall, my stay was great, but I have a couple of minor criticisms… - The hotel info when you scan the QR code is at least a year out of date – it says risk on it that biscuits as well as tea and coffee are supplied - I was told when I stayed a year ago that biscuits were no longer supplied even though the information said that they were. It also says that there is a safe in the wardrobe . There was no wardrobe/safe. - It was a nuisance continually getting notifications / emails from Booking.com saying I had a new message from Kenwick Park about my stay as I worried that a problem had arisen about my booking.

very nice staff always ready to help great swimming pool sauna and jacuzzi, very warm inside the facility, clean toilets and changing rooms. Great place for quiet relaxation.

We have been to this hotel several times, unfortunately this time we got a very old room with a rather uncomfortable bed and no internet access, I mean very poor coverage in this room. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed and there was no information about it on the hotel website. I hope that during our next stay we will regain the old comfort of traveling.
