The location was perfect for where we needed to be, and although no parking at the hotel itself there is a large car park on the road behind the hotel. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of tea/coffee in the room.

I had requested a ground floor room for one of the rooms, and received an email back from the hotel to confirm this had been arranged. However upon check in, we were given a room on the top floor which for one of the party in the booking was a challenge to get up and down the stairs. She managed which is the main thing, however it was frustrating to not have been on the ground floor as confirmed we would be by the hotel upon booking. We were told when we checked in that we were the last to check in for the day, so I think our room was given to someone else who arrived before us. The only other thing was the cleanliness of the toilet. There was a lot of marking in the bottom of the toilet which looked like it hadn’t been bleached properly. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Fantastic location. Room was a great size, well equipped, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. Fan provided for those warmer days and nights. Very comfortable bed and the entire hotel was really quiet which contributed to a great night's sleep! The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. They had an issue with WiFi, which can't be helped, but when we requested the WiFi password for the bar next door (owned by the same people), she obtained this for us with no hesitation. No car park, but there was a public car park 2 mins walk away, £9 for a week. Would return if ever we were in Skegness again.

Lower ground room was slightly darker, would benefit from brighter lights due to the lack of natural light but didn't massively impact our stay!

I stayed there in a single room, no 107, Thurs & Fri night this weekend because I had booked 2 couple of shows at The Embassy. The room was spotless, looked brand new. It was very compact but I didn't need any bigger. On the second night heard a few people come in between midnight and 3am, but they were respectful and kept as quiet as they could. My room was the first one passed on the way upstairs. The 2 staff I saw were really polite and helpful. Used the discount cards in their other businesses, Wolfies and Husseys for dinner and breakfast, again there staff were really good, and welcoming, and clean and tidy too. Would definitely recommend and will be back

As it was a small room the only options to sit down were a padded stool or the bed so it was a bit limited if you wanted to watch the tv. I also found lack of storage space a bit of an issue, luckily all I had was a backpack. Not sure what they could do differently due to the room size. Probably made the best use of the space as it is.

All of the reception staff were absolutely amazing and so polite. Lyn was there on our first night and was very helpful, I didn’t catch the ladies name that was there on Saturday but she really did go above and beyond for us so thank you. Our room was very spacious and they also came to top up towels and the complimentary refreshments which was nice. The location was great, so we could easily access everything we needed. Wolfie’s next door is great, staff are amazing and drinks were reasonable pricing. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station too which was handy. I would definitely come back again and would recommend to others x

There was a very bad smell of sewage in our room and bathroom on both nights but the lady on reception offered to swap our room which unfortunately didn’t work for us but we appreciated the gesture. It wasn’t too bad once we left the windows open to air the room out, she did everything she could to make sure we were happy so thank you again x

No breakfast but not a problem. Very clean comfortable and modern. Location great as I was recovering from a recent knee operation and I asked for a ground floor room it was not a problem. No parking but there was a car park a short walk - I did it on crutches - away £9 a week!

Room small so next time I’ll book a bigger one the only niggle was as it’s a no smoking hotel twice a strong smell of nicotine in our bathroom and from outside our window but the great fan soon dispersed this

Loved how modern it was and the location. Liked how we were provided a fan as the room was very warm. Fantastic little set up in the room and got galaxy hot chocolate sachets which never get anywhere. Staff were so lovely and welcoming and it felt genuine not just because it was their job.

Hairdryer plug was falling to bits so didn’t work and we were woken up at 7am to the cleaners above us banging about which wasn’t really appreciated as did several rooms so it was continuous for approx an hour

The room was clean. Choices for hot drinks. Discount vouchers for drinks and meals next door. The lady at reception was very helpful. Ideally placed for access to all of the main part of Skegness. Close to bus routes to other areas Fantasy Island and Market etc, Butlins, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonard's, Mablethorpe. The train station is only a 10 minute PM walk away. All in all a good stay

The shower runs a little slow. A lot of stairs to upper floors, but is on the description of the hotel.

Amazing location 2 minute walk to the beach, lovely interior, modern bedroom and en suite bathroom. Both receptionists we met during our stay were lovely, particularly the lady who checked us in (super friendly and welcoming). Clear instructions about where to park and just overall a really good stay, thank you.

The shower wasn’t very powerful could do with an upgrade but still did the job! Air con would be fantastic as we stayed on a warm day - the fan provided wasn’t great

Location perfect. Rooms spacious, clean and tidy. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate station in room which was well stocked and able to ask for more if needed. Staff were friendly and provided vouchers for restaurant and pub next door. Compared to other hotels this one is perfect, it was modern and allowed us to feel safe and comfortable.

No parking, however parking in the street outside is free from 6pm until 8am the next morning. There is a big car park, 5 minute walk away also.

The rooms were very nice and cleans, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable the location is excellent especially for the price I paid.

No option for breakfast (but this is stated before booking and there are plenty of places nearby), rooms could benefit for some kind of sound proofing as we could hear the couple next door arguing (although this isn’t really the fault of the hotel) and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom which was possibly the drain in the sink/shower. No parking on property but there is street parking for 2 hours and a nearby pay and display car park.
