Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms had a double and single bed, towels, ample lighting, large flatscreen TV (we didn’t use this), fridge freezer, iron/board, hairdryer, plenty of electrical outlets. Bathroom was very modern, power shower, heated towel rail, washes and shower gel. Kitchen was also modern and well equipped. Situated very close to Boston town centre, it was the perfect location for us and price wise you can’t go wrong!

There is quite an emphasis put on being quiet as to be considerate to the local neighbours, which is understandable. However, the people below us, the people in the property to the rear of us and to the right were very loud at the early hours of the morning through into the dawn. You could hear raised voices and their conversation very clearly which did unfortunately interrupt sleep and result in quite an early wake up.

Clean and tidy (except for a couple of very large spiders), well equipped, comfortable. Very short walk into town.

A spider the size of a plate in the entrance hall, and another similar sized one in the bathroom. The description on Booking.com was a little unclear - it said the whole house, but didn't explain the building had two separate apartments with a shared communal kitchen, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect.

Unable to open blind in room as it was overlooked needs window needs frosting or nets. Car park info needs publishing as it was very reasonable and we would have left the car there if we had have known. A kettle in the room with cups would have been a good idea even if there was no tea or coffee supplied. Wifi code on room door needs updating. The door sign says leave the key in the room and the email says leave it in key safe?

Room was good, everything that we needed. It was clean and the bathroom was really nice. Great location and parking across road. Quiet place, only two rooms.

Kitchen was a good addition. Could have been bit more spruced up with more pots/pans etc. It was also bit grimy in places, but seemed well used so maybe just need little tlc.

Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable. Was with 4 year old, he enjoyed staying there. Apartment in general was very satisfied.

One little minus, neighbors were in front of the entry door since early morning, sitting, washing there feet in the bucket.. Didn't really bothered but a little uncomfortable walking outside.

Tidy and generally well presented. Facilities were good.

A good property, needed some repairs - ceiling. Parking is not free outside as advertised- I got a ticket!

The property was in a residential area conveniently placed near to friends & the town . Everything I needed was there & I will definitely rebook

I was ok with everything but stairs are quite steep for those with mobility issues

Room was basic but had everything we needed and clean. Great location for town

Floorboards were very squeaky, which isn’t handy when you need you’ve got a child I your room. Parking isn’t included there is a pay and display opposite. No kitchen to use.

Loved the flexibility of the space, missed the text to get in but all smooth after that.

It was great we got parking on the street as the car park was closed due to an event.

i liked how secure the house and rooms were alongside having all necessary appliances either in the room or in the shared kitchen
